Never received item – This company is a scam- over a month later I never received the chicken coop ordered. Communication is terrible, no ability to contact them by phone. They tried to blame AUS Post, but they investigated for me and found the item was never posted. I feel they should be reported to ACCC. Never have I experienced anything like this with an online order.
No customer service - scammers – Ordered an item from them, received a confirmation of order email and then nothing since. I have tried to contact them a Ross all platforms with no response. Couldn’t find a phone number for them. Worried it’s a scam website. Upset that I am unable to get my pets present from here as the item online looked perfect for him.
Nothing like I purchased – I purchased a scratcher from this company. The picture online is great just what I needed for my cats. When I received my scratcher it was nothing like what I ordered. and backwards trying to get a refund. The supplier requires more proof and deems it as a change of mind so therefore it incurs penalties and they will not give me a full refund. While there are some great reviews about this company mine has been terrible and I urge you to read the terms and conditions. Think twice about buying from this company.

I contacted the delivery service - Couriers Please. Couriers Please had a dodgy link to a 'live chat' which was probably AI and they kept asking me to check the consignment number which was the one I was provided with by Direct to Pet. I don't expect to see my parcel or my $ Lodging a complaint with Fair Trading.
No correspondence – Product purchased. No delivery advise ever recieved. Multiple correspondence sent across different platforms all ignored. However this company continually emails me to purchase more products , but cant respond to emails regarding where is the product i have paid for. Complaint lodged with depth of fair trading . Do not purchase from this company .

Buyer beware – This company will take your money, not send the item, ask for extra postage with a bogus excuse about the freight company charging extra for ‘certain’ regional areas. Then they will offer to pay 50% of said extra postage, and if you still refuse and request the offered refund, they will not refund your money or send your item. Great communication until you want your money back or the item you’ve paid for, then they ghost you.

Plastic dog ramp – This company leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a dog ramp costing $200 and postage of $15. Was then contacted after purchase asking for further $50 for postage and they would pay half. I told them this was not acceptable and asked for a refund. extra postage-especially after paying a substantial amount already. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. There was no reply to that request. On checking bank details there has been no refund. Another request for the refund was sent and still no reply.
I purchased another dog bed very similar to this one with someone else and no problems, it arrived in great time and I wasn't charged the postage nowhere near the original amount that I paid for that one.
