Never received item – This company is a scam- over a month later I never received the chicken coop ordered. Communication is terrible, no ability to contact them by phone. They tried to blame AUS Post, but they investigated for me and found the item was never posted. I feel they should be reported to ACCC. Never have I experienced anything like this with an online order.

No customer service - scammers – Ordered an item from them, received a confirmation of order email and then nothing since. I have tried to contact them a Ross all platforms with no response. Couldn’t find a phone number for them. Worried it’s a scam website. Upset that I am unable to get my pets present from here as the item online looked perfect for him.

I contacted the delivery service - Couriers Please. Couriers Please had a dodgy link to a 'live chat' which was probably AI and they kept asking me to check the consignment number which was the one I was provided with by Direct to Pet. I don't expect to see my parcel or my $ Lodging a complaint with Fair Trading.

No correspondence – Product purchased. No delivery advise ever recieved. Multiple correspondence sent across different platforms all ignored. However this company continually emails me to purchase more products , but cant respond to emails regarding where is the product i have paid for. Complaint lodged with depth of fair trading . Do not purchase from this company .

item not received poor customer service – have sent multiple emails and phoned up with no answer or response from this business I would not recommend this company to anyone extremely poor customer service. no item received no tracking or update stay away from direct to pet I have now lodged charge back with my bank.

No order confirmation, and no item – I ordered a cat scratching post Did not receive email with order confirmation number, which makes it impossible to track order 10 days on and no response and no order received. I have to agree with the other reviewers, this feels like a scam. Luckily have purchased with AMEX, so have notified them of the scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! – No way of making contact beside email which they don't reply to. Over 1 week and still item not even shipped. Contact numbers listed for the company are all fake. I wish I read the reviews before proceeding with purchase. Have lodged a dispute with AfterPay in the hope they can assist with the refund.

Buyer beware – This company will take your money, not send the item, ask for extra postage with a bogus excuse about the freight company charging extra for ‘certain’ regional areas. Then they will offer to pay 50% of said extra postage, and if you still refuse and request the offered refund, they will not refund your money or send your item. Great communication until you want your money back or the item you’ve paid for, then they ghost you.

Plastic dog ramp – This company leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered a dog ramp costing $200 and postage of $15. Was then contacted after purchase asking for further $50 for postage and they would pay half. I told them this was not acceptable and asked for a refund. Still waiting and I see from reviews they have done the same to others!!! This is totally unacceptable and I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Neither would I purchase from them again.

Dishonest Company – I looked at a room divider and put it in my cart to see what shipping cost it would be and consequently emptied my cart as it wasn't viable. Still awaiting for a refund – I ordered a dog bed on 30th March 2023 and paid $92.76 plus $15.42 for postage. I then received an email on the 6th April asking for $25.00 extra postage and they offered to pay half of it. So, I had paid $15.42 and was asked to pay $12.50 for extra postage. extra postage-especially after paying a substantial amount already. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. There was no reply to that request. On checking bank details there has been no refund. Another request for the refund was sent and still no reply.

I purchased another dog bed very similar to this one with someone else and no problems, it arrived in great time and I wasn't charged the postage nowhere near the original amount that I paid for that one.

Still waiting for a response to my request. Still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Buyer beware – I have been waiting for 5 weeks for a product that never arrived. When I asked about my product, I got an additional bill for $66 now they won't answer me at all!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM

Appalling service – It took weeks before I received tracking for my item, despite several back and forths between myself and a representative of the company. Absolutely ridiculous and no explanation provided as to the delay. I would give 0 stars if I could.
