said, I was hoping for a bit more variety in some areas. There are plenty of options for certain themes, but a couple of other things I was looking for weren’t available. Other than that, no complaints. I’ll definitely check them out again the next time I need party gear.

Gender reveal with no reveal – Probably the worse supplies I have purchased, ordered online due to scheduling. gave the wrong shipping date and items didn’t come for my kids birthday – Purchased the items from their website where is stated estimated delivery for item will be before my kids birthday. Was told by a customer representative that the items would come before then also. Items didn’t come and I ended up having to spend over $220 at kmart last minute to get my kid her party supplies. Don’t trust them to be able to deliver your party supplies unless you order 2 months in advance. Show details

Melamine Platter Cracked – I purchased a melamine christmas platter. When I received it, it had 6 deep cracks in it, so obviously something heavy was dropped on it in the warehouse. Sent an email requesting a refund, and they didn't bother responding. Won't buy from them again.

Very happy customer – I ordered some serviettes online on Wednesday for a function to be held on Saturday. I was surprised they arrived the following day!!!!!
