Very disappointed – I ordered and paid in full for six containers of Muscleze Night in April and it never arrived. I have tried to ring and have emailed several times. The records show that it has never been dispatched. I have been a long term customer of Discount e pharmacy and now they have taken my payment and have not sent me the goods. I am unable to contact them so I am very disappointed .

Take the money and run!!! Avoid at all cost!!! – Have used this site previously and on each occasion a follow up call or email has been required. The order I placed in March however was a completely different situation. Follow up email with an apology. Another email stating my order was to be sent the next day, again an apology. No tracking available. Further 5 emails just disappeared into the ether. Thank goodness I used PayPal.

Good experience – Placed order 2 weeks ago and received products via post today. Never received any mail tracking details but arrived all the same. Had read the reviews, so wasn’t positive i would receive anything. pleasantly surprised when it arrived! Besides the poor communication on delivery, can’t fault the ordering or product.

Prompt delivery of ordered goods – My order from this business arrived today, 12 Jan, ten days from the order date. Great service in the current climate of delayed delivery times.

Goods not delivered – I ordered two bottles of Lipoec tablets on 13th September and I have not received these items. I did not receive a tracking number. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I have emailed the company but there has been no response. I would be cautious when ordering from this company.

Horrible Customer Service and Inneficient – Put in my script, got told to sit down and wait. 40 minutes passed and i had to ask where my items were. it was all ready and she said she forgot to put it through all while i was in pain waiting to go home. didn't get an apology either.

Stay away from this company – Two weeks after order was due heard nothing from company, no tracking info etc. No response when I lodged a dispute with them. Fortunately PayPal arranged refund immediately I reported the transaction to them. How are they able to keep operating? Stay away and tell your friends.

Scam Website according to Fair Trading – No response to emails, just takes the cash. Avoid like COVID. Just type in the website name and read the warnings from Fair Trading, Channel 7 & channel 9.

Scam scam – Never got my product . Will be calling Consumer affairs . Can’t contact them at all only raise dispute but that doesn’t do anything at all . Stay away.

Paypal has been removed as a method of payment – I was suspicious when, in the middle of placing an order, Paypal was removed as a method of payment. The email address [Email Address Removed] is a personal email and [Name Removed] will ask for your payment into his personal bank account. I decided it would not be a good idea after reading the other reviews here.

Don't have control of their online stock – I ordered some products and 4 days later was refunded and told that the products were unavailable. They don't have control of their stock levels, very inconvenient and a waste of my time

Had to open a dispute with PayPal – Heard nothing and got no tracking info after a month and a half. All attempts to contact them were unanswered. Thank goodness I used PayPal and I opened a dispute and two days later they gave me tracking info. Not sure if it will actually arrive or even will be what I ordered. I would not waste your time with this website.

THEY ARE HORRIBLE! – I did not receive my supplement after over a month of ordering. NO replies from them via email, and couldn't ring them as their phones are not even connected. This company is supposedly located in NSW, so I lodged a complaint to NSW Fair Trade. You would think with all the complaints this company would have been shut down by now!
