I would give zero stars if I could. They send damaged products and the service on top from bigw and their seller is pathetic. I have been on calls with them since 3 months. They promised a refund of the sofa because it ripped from seams within 1 week of delivery. Nobody is collecting the sofa and issuing refund. Poor product quality and worst… Read more

service ever. Never buying from them again they're a scam in the name of service. The bigw team and seller keep tossing between each other and customer is hanging in between. Please do not even consider buying from them. I've been telling them to deal with seller i bought from bigw I have nothing to do with your 3rd party. However, no resolution. They're a scam!
