Insta360. That camera was plagued with issues and could not edit videos on my android phone. Multiple messages and insta never replied to me let alone found a solution.

I was an original purchaser for the dji mavic pro drone, I now have the osmo 360 camera and becuase of the amazing support I will continue to purchase dji products over the competors as I need them. A thanks to Coco as well for dealing with my return.

Dji neo apparently is not able to sense over water. As a result it took a dive but I thought because I have the dji warranty it shouldn't be an issue. This claim is now being disputed and they are refusing to help, such a pity because I used to be a fan of the product. Don't bother with the DJI warranty because it seems to be a complete waste of money. Show details

The only company in the world that makes you do full diagnostic tests and upload a video of same for support while making you pay 70% of the cost if the drone flies away. With the US looking carefully at banning DJI, the company is NOT doing itself any favours when it should be making things easier, not harder.

contacted asap. No other work-around was possible apparently & loan parts not offered. No refund/warranty was allowed even though the product has been rendered inoperative.

Since then over a year ago I've tried to find the part all over the world with no success even ordering other adaptors & piggy backing etc. all to no avail.

The DJI Mic's should not be sold if the replacement parts are not available - full stop! A $600 investment is worth zero now...so DJI will not receive anymore purchases from this little vegemite!

they told me to check with my neighbors and search for it myself, My town has 300 people, it's not here. I showed them their own tracking info that shows it was delivered to the wrong state. Short version. Weeks later after contacting support again, and emailing again and again and again, they replied with a tracking number, that they now insist is the correct number. Showing the item was delivered to me. Only problem is, that was an order I did, and received well before this order. I accused them of being dishonest, an have contacted my bank to file a disputed transaction.

They are good if you don't have a problem, but absolutely horrific if you do, I am out $1370 through absolutely no fault of my own. And they could not care less. They will fudge their own tracking numbers and info to say they are not at fault. No idea what would happen with a warranty claim.

So far they have given me credits to compensate every time I go thru support, i'm up to $57. My wife said to me, "basically they are giving you your own money back as compensation" I told support I doubt I'd ever buy from DJI again. Sadly I own a few of their drones, and was thinking of getting their care package. But if it's like this to simple get what you paid for I have zero faith in a warranty claim.

Apologies for the long rant/review?. But I am beyond frustrated

I purchased a DJI Action 5 Adventure pack and the selfie stick broke on first use on the day of receipt. Their response was extremely poor. Effectively too bad too sad…

 Follow-up  · I eventually got a replacement. Outcome was ok but it should not have taken following up and refusals to get to that point

days later received an email from DJI confirming water damage but informing me they were repairing the drone and remote free of charge and sending everything back by courier at their expense. I thought that was as good as it got, but when I received my unit I found they had given me a brand new combo (not refurbished) including a new battery. Well done DJI. Can't beat that!!!

devices. DJI support confirmed that compatibility with new phones and operating systems is not provided for this model. That means a premium product becomes effectively disposable after a few years due to software abandonment, not hardware failure. This is not what I expect from a company that claims to offer high-end, professional equipment. A drone should not become obsolete simply because the app is no longer maintained. Very disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend DJI to anyone expecting long-term reliability or support.

reached out, I was told the item would be shipped via TGE with express postage, but there was no real tracking information and the delivery kept being delayed. Their live chat support is a joke—no one responds—and emails feel like auto-generated apologies with no accountability.

If you're expecting prompt service or genuine customer support, look elsewhere. I could have received my item faster and with less stress from a major platform like Amazon.

D1 Store needs to seriously improve both their logistics and customer support systems. Until then, I won't be shopping here again.

DJI website brings up so many warning messages from my Samsung mobile OS that I cannot bring myself to ignore them all. I am thinking of using one of my old mobiles as a dedicated mobile for this drone. This should not be necessary.

The world worst company – This is the worst company by far. I ordered a DJI Osmo pocket 3 for £500. They send it to a different address, when I contacted the company to ask about it, they shut me down and denied the claim. thing I did. Received a phone call, answered a couple of clarification details, was told that repair service has a couple of them in Melbourne, it will be shipped to Sydney's store and I'll be given a phone call. A week later - received a call that it arrived, came and took this part for free. No hassle at all.

Bad service – I ordered the DJI Mini 3 Pro on sale. Payed in full only to receive the notification the next day that it won’t even be shipped till over a month. Why put a sale on if you can’t even ship the product? Or bare minimum before you purchase it tell us it’s out of stock?! I did receive a full refund as I went through PayPal thank goodness. Only for days later there to be another bigger sale when they couldn’t even stock the first sale!

Could not be happier – I bought a Mini 3 Pro. It’s a great drone. I crashed it after a month and made a claim under their protection plan. I had a new drone within 30 hours. That’s very impressive. I’ve heard contacting customer service is a nightmare but as far as I’m concerned their automated processes are great. Show details

Appalling customer service! – contacted this company over a year ago about an issue and they never got back; after trying numerous times over several months someone actually responded but then they mixed up the email addresses, apparently keep losing my email responses and once again, no response... so this has been going on for a year! was Friday had to wait until Monday to talk to someone, the person I talked to Didn't know anything about the product in the end it was found to be faulty and so they wanted me to send it to them to be checked. Customer service was atrocious didn't even know their own products, should have just replaced the faulty product.

will be some expenses to be paid for the repair and I paid immediately. It was already shipped last april 20th to the Philippines, but until now I haven't received the drone. It’s been more than 4 months since they received the drone and the process just to assess if it needs repair took almost 2 months. I live in Australia and my family is coming here next week so no one can take a drone when the drone arrives in the Philippines. Now, DJI Philippines gives me different ETA for the drone, and I was told that it was repaired in Japan even if DJI Hong Kong said they were the ones who repaired my drone.

They sent me a faulty product but still wants to charge me for repair – DJI's quality check is terrible! Best to make sure the product you receive is not faulty immediately after receiving.

controller would be dispatched. Received before the ETD. Quick turn around from WA to Victoria (DJI Repair) and was kept updated on the progress of my claim. The only charges were for the box from Australia Post to send it, no postage costs or costs for replacement. Care Refresh was definitely worth it. Thank you

Poor and unethical customer service! – Agreed with replacement of batteries and then tries to negotiate their way out after. Delay with response up to 48hrs per email with indecisive content. Taken over a month to resolve the problem. “Help” and “sorry” are words used too commonly but the reality and aim is to rip off customers!!!

Asked if I ordered on line would it come from interstate or Carindale. If interstate I would drive to Carindale from near sunshine coast on Friday as I know the Xmas issues with shipping. Its in Carindale. Ok so order the expensive one mini 3 pro with fly more. Has to be by paypal. Thats OK as I use paypal exclusively for eBay and not had issues for years. 4 days later I get an email from shipping company who are just about to pick up item from Victoria (yep not Carindale near me) and ship to an address in Brisbane I move from over a year ago. PayPal has my new address for over a year indeed its the only address in PayPal and I have had many eBay deliveries to new address with no one going to old address . Tried to redirect shipping but system said cannot change to a different zone. So got onto D1. Well it went down hill from there. Their first response was it was my problem and I need to cancel the first order, place a second order and if and when the wrongly addressed drone was returned to D1 they would refund. Not acceptable of course - how could I trust them when they play these games. Needless to say numerous calls and emails occurred. They do not read the emails. They do not listen. They keep saying "company policy does not allow XXX ".... In essence they messed up big time. Their company policy is not part of the transaction conditions (Aust Law) and hence irrelevant. They lied about where the item was to be shipped from. Took 4 days to dispatch (was told it was going to be immediate after order) to wrong address then were extremely unhelpful. I doubt drone will arrive before Wednesday afternoon and as at time of writing they have not sorted this out. Not going to be here after that for 10 days. I have spent a lot of time on phone and email to them. Never ever going to deal with this company again. DJI drones might have a good reputation ( i have used them at work along with others and they are OK) but with service like this from DJI and D1 I will buy from others in future.

Lack of software support – Despite spending thousands on the drone, DJI dont provide updated software when your phone is updated. I now have a drone Phantom 4 that I cannot fly. Numerous youtube videos to try to get around this but every time the phone updates these stop working also.
