correctly. Super thankful for their patience as I at one point mistakenly thought I needed to size down, but they could see from the pics I sent that I had it too far forward on my dog’s body. Although it took a bit of time to get here, it was well worth the wait. I can literally use one finger to hold onto the leash when I have it attached to the front ring…Crazy that it can make such a difference! Giving my doggo lots of praise for walking so nicely and I think he is quite pleased with himself. He is interacting way better with new dogs he meets on walks… his confidence is greater, as is mine. I get lots of questions about his harness. Highly recommend!
We are absolutely loving Fi and Bostons new harness and lead sets. Boston pulls terribly on lead and the bungee lead definitely makes walks a lot easier.☺️ I also cannot fault the communication and exchange process. Swapping sizes for the correct ones was approved and done within the week.
Obsessed with Bunnie’s new harness! The White Camo looks SO good with her colouring, and I love that we could personalize it with her name. It’s really well made, comfortable, and fits her Frenchie body perfectly. We’ve already gotten so many compliments! Definitely recommend!

Honestly the easiest harnesses to put on & take off. Material is easy on the hand on our walks and the No Pull D ring is honestly the best!! Saved my arm being pulled so hard.. now we can enjoy our walks and I’m in control & Ronnie walks like the best boy.
Best big-dog harness ever! I have a big Rottweiler named Rueger who’s well-trained, but it’s so nice having that extra control when needed. I recently took him to the beach, and this harness was incredibly easy to put on and keep clean. I could also immediately tell that he was much more comfortable wearing this harness compared to the others we’ve tried. 10/10 would recommend!

Winston got the Navy blue walk essentials and we are very impressed with the quality. He has been using it for 6 months now and recommend to everyone. Took me a second to work out how to put it on him but the instruction videos are super helpful and can confidently say it’s the best harness we’ve used!

So far this harness has been awesome! Max seems much more comfortable during walks and isn’t choking himself anymore when he pulls a little. The quality feels great, fits him well, and I really like the personalized design. Definitely happy with it and glad we made the switch!
Venus is a Bully bread and she’s always yanked me down the block on walks it’s been impossible to walk. Until now. This harness with the front clip had changed the game. This combined with the bungie leash and we can walk for miles with no issue! Super impressed and i love this harness i got her a medium size she’s 50 pounds. There were around 10 different emails back-and-forth with different customer service representatives wanting more and more photos and making me repeat myself. In the end I gave up. They won by wearing me down and I’m stuck with the harness I can’t use.

Love these products! Our dog is a standard poodle who get excited easily and tends to pull a lot, these harness has help him and us decreasing these events and obviously we have to combine it with their awesome collar. Great quality materials and awesome customer service! We get the harness on May and our collar this month. We are very happy!

sizing requirements. EZY Dog was the best option UNTIL I Discovered Dog Friendly Co harness. I would 100% recommend. The quality is amazing. Size is perfect, allowing adjustment to allow space so the harness is not rubbing. Design is perfect, positioning allows you control and it sits comfortably without causing any issues to your fur baby and still allows you benefit from what the harness is designed to do. Other harnesses I have used would always end up being too loose in the front after it was adjusted to fit back enough so it wouldn’t cause any issues under my fur babies armpits. If the harnesses is loose at the front it doesn’t allow for control and defeats the point of a no pull harnesses ( front D-Ring is the only option for a staffy because the back one is permission to drag mum anywhere I can get to). American staffy have smaller heads than their neck, wide chests, can not have anything near their legs, and they easily get sores from rubbing/ material/ heat. I have just put in my third order and I am sure I will be purchasing more in the future. 100% recommend

because I was definitely going to be buying the bungee leash and name patches for the harness now.
I contacted customer service to see if they could offer me a bundle price not expecting anything as it had been a few days and I'd already had the collar delivered. I was looked after by the awesome Rechel and amazingly they gave me the option to pay the difference on the bundle and ALSO waived the shipping for me. This is truly going above and beyond!
They didn't have to do this and I would have accepted if they had said no as it was my error not to buy the bundle in the first place.

It was mentioned I then had to pay extra for replacement name patches because the personalised patches I originally purchased wouldn't fit the smaller harness size. Since the harness isn't adjustable, sizing errors can quickly become an expensive problem - at no fault to the buyer.
I also purchased the additional ring attachment and found it to be unnecessarily bulky.
Combined with the extra Velcro patches, it adds unnecessary weight and bulk to a puppy's harness. The overall design feels poorly thought out and comes across as a money grab rather than something designed with a dog's comfort in mind. The company frequently advertises major sales, but the return and exchange process is unnecessarily complicated and costly for the customer. Communication was also frustrating, with delayed responses and emails that felt automated rather than genuinely helpful written by chatgtp. Overall, what should have been a simple size exchange turned into a time-consuming and expensive experience that required additional purchases at every step. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others. It should have been an exciting purchase for a new puppy.

9-month-old Labrador puppy, but walks were never much fun. She constantly pulled on the lead, and we had very little control over her or the direction she wanted to go.
Then we discovered our new Dog Friendly Co bundle — and we honestly couldn’t be happier!
Our walks have improved so much. The control provided by the D-ring is amazing, and our puppy absolutely loves the fit of the harness. Most importantly, she isn't constantly trying to wriggle out of it.
One of us has also recently had shoulder reconstruction and was unable to walk our puppy. Thanks to the no-pull harness, she can now walk her safely and confidently, with no problems and no risk to her shoulder. The no-pull feature really does work that well!
We will never use anything other than Dog Friendly Co products from now on, and we are already planning to purchase one of their orthopaedic beds.
To make our experience even better, we recently had an issue with the poop bag holder. Within two weeks we lost it twice! Thankfully, because we walk in the same areas and regularly meet other dog owners, it was returned to us both times. Unfortunately, we eventually lost it completely and were disappointed that we had to use a non-matching holder.
I contacted the customer service team at Dog Friendly Co to let them know that we had experienced an issue with the clip that attaches the holder to the leash.
Their response was fantastic. They apologised, explained that this wasn't something that normally happened, and immediately offered to send us a replacement completely free of charge.
I’m very happy to say that we have now had the replacement for around three weeks and haven't had a single issue with it.
I cannot recommend Dog Friendly Co highly enough — not only because of the quality of their products, but also because of their exceptional customer service.
We now happily tell everyone about Dog Friendly Co and their amazing products. Some people have commented on the price, but we always tell them that the products are absolutely worth it — and more!
We will only be buying Dog Friendly Co products from now on. ❤️

I ordered a harness for my dog and absolutely loved it. However, after a bit of use I noticed that it was rubbing on my dog’s shoulder. I reached out to Dog Friendly Co. to ask for advice and we discovered that my dog actually needed a smaller size harness. Customer service was great to work with and has helped me get the harness I need as an exchange. Really happy with this company and product.

Terrible harness. The closing buckle pinches either the dog or my fingers when fastening it. It also doesn’t fit well and restricts the dog’s natural movement. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend the harness. The collar, however, is good.

and agitated. I stupidly left them on for about 6 hours while his body absorbed toxic chemicals. When I tried to remove them after soaking in warm water for 10 minutes as directed, they peeled his skin away which caused bleeding and infection. I immediately contacted the company to which I received a reply asking me how I applied them, did I follow the instructions? Well the instructions supplied were on the box no extra material was supplied. I have requested a safety material data sheet relating to the adhesive that was used to glue these things to my assistance dog feet. Asked me to send a photo of the product I wish to return and get a refund and they would move it to the next process well that was four emails ago. The company has since gone silent, I am now proceeding to Department of fair trading and legal action against the company to cover vet bills, and trauma it has caused to my assistance dog.
