Purchased the collar after our dog ran away (he’s home safe now) so decided to get a custom collar made in case he decides to run away again so whoever finds him will be able to contact myself or my partner. Escape is not an option – Our beagle backed out of collars and harnesses easily. This new harness has her bamboozled. She was actually seen turning and pulling in an attempt to get out and couldn’t manage it. Fantastic result and totally recommend! Show reply

No escape! – I have tried 4 different harnesses for my 46kg baby and finally I can feel secure walking him. He has managed to back out of every other harness except this one. Can even say hello to the kangaroos without stress. This harness has been a life saver and now I actually enjoy walks with my boy.

Shipped From China – Product was fine but came express shipped form China so not an Australian made product as I would of thought when they say 100% Australian.

The Owner of the business has no customer service skills and blames all his customer's for being misled and will not offer any support and will say the say generic information he does to everyone instead of taking ownership

Chinese product from '100% Australian business' – The store claims to be based in Sydney and is '100% Australian business.' I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the dog collar I ordered as the tracking shows it is coming from China. They have also not responded to the email I sent querying the delay. Misleading.

Product is not at all practical/suitable! – I purchased a small and medium collar with engraving. They look lovely and are well made... however are super heavy (think 4x that of a normal collar), make a clunking sound at the metal clasp site and bulge at the site to adjust size. I have a small and medium size dogs and both collars are outrageously bulky and impractical on both. Expect shipping to take 1.5 weeks.

People cannot see the engravings on the small collars – Out beautiful and very loved two Miniature Schnauzers got out twice today while we were out. numbers.- But there was - the engravings did not stand out at all - twice. The collars with their names and our phone numbers have proven themselves to be a waste of money, pretty much a con. Tomorrow we will go and get engraved tags to replace the collars bought to do job - return our very loved dogs to us should they get out from our yard.

attached, wrapped back up in the original package. I waited a week to ask how long the refund would take. I received a reply and said the harness wasn’t in new condition, it had fur on it. Oh wait aren’t I allowed to try it on my dog to see if it actually fits what a joke!!!! I got a reply and they confirmed the fur isn’t an issue. The fur could of been brushed off shar peis are short hair dogs!!! Then they told me there is a stain on the harness. I’m sorry but there was no stain when it left me. I am a returned customer since I also purchased the right size and still they did not want to give me a refund. So I asked for them to return it back to me where I can sell it myself !!! I checked out the stain and it was a tiny little mark on it NOT a stain prob from someone who worked in the warehouse with dirty fingers becoz I simply brushed it off!!! It’s a real shame product is fantastic but bad customer service !!!

Dog harness – Purchased a harness in the largest size, unfortunately its not large enough for my German shepherd of standard size, so requested refund and they are not interested in assisting, rather questioning the armaments of my dog, insinuating i am not capable of assessing the fitment of a harness to an animal?

Zeus loving his new collar – Zeus absolutely loves his new collar and bow tie. The colour and quality are amazing !!!! Definately super happy with this purchase and you can tell Zeus is also as he is looking quite dapper .

Terrible, cheap product for top dollar – Bought two leather dog leashes. Clearly cheap, Chinese crap. The leather is cracked and frayed after only a few months but the worst part is that they keep leaking some kind of brown tannin that stains any clothing that touches them. I've tried to soak and rinse them several times, but they still stain clothes and hands that hold them. Cheap, cheap rubbish, that is met with the worst customer service when addressed.

Delivered from China – I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I paid a lot of money for a dual dog leash thinking it was an Australian product, and when I looked at the tracking it was coming from distribution centre in China. Very sneaky, and the reason for the delays in shipping. I would prefer to spend my money here and get a product ASAP.

Terrible service – When I told Dog Nation that the confirmation showed a different product than the one I ordered, shortly after I ordered it they said it was my own fault. It's my fault their website doesn't work properly? I was then told it might take up to a month for delivery. They did offer me a $5 discount for the inconvenience. Not much help when I've paid over $50 for a product I don't want.

for my puppy around the time that I first got him in March 2021, knowing full well it wouldn't last long (actually, the Medium size I bought was too big, but I wasn't going to spend more money than was necessary). He used it for about 3 months before upgrading to the Large, which he used for about the next 5 or so months, and he's now had to start using the Extra Large size. I wash it, on average, about once a month (he loves playing in the mud, and whilst most of it dusts off once its dry, I prefer to wash it to make sure its clean and gets any bad doggy smells out whenever he has a bath too). I just pop it in the washing machine in a delicates bag, with the clips all clipped together, with a gentle detergent, and let it dry out of direct sunlight. My dog wears the harness when he goes for walks longer than a few hundred metres, and to also strap him into the car. Basically, whenever I pick up the harness, he knows he's going on an adventure! I love the variety of colours, but was disappointed by the black edging on the red coloured one, so opted for other colours. And the colours I ended up purchasing were also influenced by stock availability, as my first preference in some instances wasn't available. When walking my dog, I hook the lead onto the front hook, and loop the lead through the handle on the back of the harness, over my dogs right shoulder, to prevent the lead getting in his way. I've had much more success in managing his pulling by doing this, as opposed to just connecting the lead to the hook on the back of the harness. Though it is, still a work in progress for us! I've also used the LED light clip a couple of times, for some night time walks in the field... and it doesn't seem to bother him, to have a light flashing on his back - but it does help me know where he is. This harness just seems to have a well thought out design.

Great collar and customer service – I ordered a collar for Mini Aussie Shepherd. When it arrived the name looked more like Bamey that Barney. I got in touch and was advised that maybe capital letters may work better. The company sent out a new collar in Capitals and it’s perfect. Worth every cent! – Amazing escape proof harness that I can’t fault other than the back metal fastener would be easier if it was a clip. I feel 100% happy that my dog won’t slip out!

Adventurer no pull harness - highly recommended – Sturdy yet pliable, comfy for the dog, easy to slip in/out of, streamlined and strong. Good control. Excellent harness all round and equally excellent customer service. Definitely recommended.

Made In China – Thought I was buying Australian made . No !! .Had to buy Large size ...As only 3 sizes available doesnt fit well on dogs neck . Never again without reading the small print ...
