This is a SCAM business. They take your money and don't deliver and then you have to fight to get a refund. I wish I'd read these other reviews before ordering.
I think this company is a scam. Order placed 30/01/26 so far no contact no tracking number. Have tried chat + email with no reply so far. Stupidly I thought because the company was on the Shop app that it would be legit. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!

It appears that it comes from China.via YunExpress which when I go into this tracking my Internet security provider tells me to avoid this site as it appears to be a scam site. I’ve tried so many harnesses for my Frenchie. I bought a Tre-Ponti harness in Rome 2 years ago. Best harness ever but a little big. When I got home and realized I bought the wrong size, I tried looking in Australia with no luck. This year I tried to find Australian distributor again and found Modern Pets are now stocking them. This harness is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

Ordered trimmer and it stopped working in few months. Even though its covered under consumer guarantee they said there is no warrenty. Paid 48 bucks for crap. Have written and email if no refund issued would proceed with contacting my bank for a dispute and also tribunal. I spoke with them regarding sizing of their harness, they recommended getting a medium which was way to big with poor craftsmanship. They then wanted another $20 to arrange for a small. Despite numerous emails, accurate measurements, and following all of their instructions, they refused to take any responsibility. Instead, they repeatedly sent condescending and unhelpful responses.
Their sizing information is misleading and inconsistent, and their customer service is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with!
I’ve since lodged a chargeback through my bank because they refused to refund a product that was falsely advertised, despite claiming on their site that they offer refunds if you’re not satisfied.
Save yourself the time, money, and stress - this company is not trustworthy and clearly has a long track record of unresolved complaints!
Terrible experience. Poor info and content on refund and return on their website. They do not offer refund with the wrong size, and charges customer with return postage and reshipping postage, plus upsize fees etc. without saying on the website. please select the right size before buying. and no refund from them

$16.95 to pay for a warranty resupply. I declined and asked for money back which they have not done. PayPal will not allow the dispute to be sided to me as the goods are over 30 days old.

poor product – I ordered a dog harness from this company. It took at least 2 weeks to be delivered to New Zealand. It was about $70 with shipping. After fitting the harness, the buckle shattered within 3 days. I took a photo and asked for a refund or a new harness. They sent me a new harness. After 2 weeks the pull strap at the top of the harness broke. I don't think this product is very well made or will last very long.
Company will not reply to multiple emails wanting to return a faulty product – As per the reviews below me, we too purchased a toy that was destroyed in less than 5 minutes. We understand these things can happen, but they promised a lifetime warranty and now refuse to respond to any messages (we have sent 5 emails at the time of this post).
