D#mn - wish I had done my homework before buying the dog coat. The coat itself looks OK - but the sizing is incorrect - went up a larger size to be sure - but it was still too small for my Golden Retriever. I have sent 2 emails asking how to get a bigger size - with no reply. Very disappointed that it says it's an Aussie business - only to read that they ship from China.
Disgrace service. The dog harness was so small it wouldn't even fit. I contacted them the day it arrived asking for the return address and refund. They refused the refund and won't give me the return address. I asked them to resend a XL size but now they want photos of my dog. They are scammers Don't buy anything from them.
Purchase the calming duck , a virtually indestructible toy for the dog , so confident stupidly got 2 , destroyed in 30 seconds ask for refund as was not what I thought getting , no way Jose

Absolutely disgusting !!this toy lasted 30 seconds before my dog destroyed it. Offered replacement but had to pay $15 worth of postage. Wouldn’t waste my money as it would also have been destroyed. Beware. Scam company that I’m reporting to the ACCC for false advertising. They are not Australian. Shipping from china. Advertised a life time warranty on the duck toy. My dog destroyed this it 10 of receiving it and he is only a puppy. No response to my emails. puppy tore the leg off the toy in under 10 minutes and destroyed in a day. No refund was available and whilst they did offer a replacement, delivery was $20 for a cheap and nasty dog toy that you could buy at the dollar shop for $10.
Follow-up · They didn't follow up with me. I replaced the chew toy as mentioned in my review for $10 at the local 'Dollar Shop' which in fact we still have. I wouldn't risk going back to them for any other products and they don't care.

of harness (I have a XL as well and the stitching is hugely better) they would only honor the warranty if i paid for postage, even after being informed of Australian Consumer Law regulations. Do Not Give Them Your Money.
Follow-up · The harness fits OK, dogs can still pull easily The stitching on the XXL is not fit for purpose and the lead ring can detach, Customer Service is poor and I have referred it to the government regulator.

I’ve tried so many harnesses for my Frenchie. I bought a Tre-Ponti harness in Rome 2 years ago. Best harness ever but a little big. When I got home and realized I bought the wrong size, I tried looking in Australia with no luck. This year I tried to find Australian distributor again and found Modern Pets are now stocking them. This harness is definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.
Pawsome – I bought a size medium for my Jack Russell which is just perfect. He absolutely loves it so bought another one for my other Jack Russell so they have one each. Wash up lovely as-well. Highly recommended to a friend and she ended up buying 3 for her one dog!

all I get is an "apology for the frustration". Seems the company wants to follow up when they have hit the mark, but doesn't want to know about it when they drop the ball. Ordered trimmer and it stopped working in few months. Even though its covered under consumer guarantee they said there is no warrenty. Paid 48 bucks for crap. Have written and email if no refund issued would proceed with contacting my bank for a dispute and also tribunal.
