my personal account to ensure they got there money back. DD accepted my proposal however they insisted I set up Direct Debit. I refused, said I didn't apply for the loan, I'm helping them to get their money back and will pay by way of a recurring payment which I will set up. I did that, in the meantime they were still attempting to take money from daughter account incurring reverse charges and overdraft fees to the amount of $800.00 whilst still receiving money from me.

To date I have paid $1900.00 balance left $495.00.

3 days ago DD took bank details from the payments they received from me, and increased the amount from $25.00 to $2500.00 and requested it as an Authorised Transaction from my bank account via PayPal. At no time have I given DD authority to use my details, change my arrangements, or any other matter relating to me. Their behaviour is deceitful and dishonest.

I did a search on Google where on their website they advise they are no longer operating. Their website boasts about helping people, I disagree!!

My Bank and PayPal are onto them, next is the Credit Ombudsman an then the Police.

A helping hand when you need it! – We were really grateful to DD for helping us out when we needed it. The staff are helpful on live chat and they addressed the questions i needed answering fully. I would recommend the service if you are in the position that you need help and you have a poor credit rating.

Multiple Credit Enquires & High Interest – You get multiple credit enquires on you credit file every 3rd loan I have had a few removed from file but had to go through Veda to get done. Interest is high 48% borrowed $1000 paid back $1480 over 3 months.

can't because only 1 loan per house and he can't answer any questions because I don't have authorisation. The stupid idiot basically just said they are trained to not answer any sort of questions even if they are not related to an existing acc. Disgusting service he would talk over me and he wouldn't escalate my call because it's the same answer from their manager, he confirmed calls are recorded but he will not be in trouble because I'm not authorised. I needed some simple answers for myself if I wanted to borrow in future but after dealing with "[name removed]" I know now not to bother. I called back spoke with a [name removed] who forward my details to manager, still waiting for a c/b no other contact info for complaints. Good luck if you come across bad service obviously they will deal with your escalations too and if you have questions make sure to avoid an [name removed] unless you want your time wasted and deal with an idiot.

Not recognising ING Bank – Does not recognise ING Direct as a bank? Not impressed with this at all, and there was no information given as to why this was not accepted.

This is perfect! Can't live without it – I just want to say as a value customer, how grateful I am to have you as my lender and I would love to thank you for understanding my situations. they don't accept your payments!! – I got a loan through them months and months ago, I have tried to pay it off in full twice and both times they rejected the payments even though they had the physical evidence the refused to take them, now they have dragged it out also trying to get me to call a number overseas. Not happy at all!!!!!!!
