Turn around was very quick. Easy to apply. Had I understood how the virtual CC actually worked would not have applied for that though.
Repayments are higher than I would have expected.
Bit slow on processing application which hasn’t happened before
Easy reasonable company to deal with wait times not great, but phone service exceeded experience with banks , I found the application process easy just the time on approval longer than expected

My application took longer than expected because Money Me could not talk to my bank.
I also had to keep following up on where my application was at because there was no information coming from Money Me.

There may be nothing I can do for me and my credit, but I hope I can help someone else. Stay FAR away from MoneyMe and any of their affiliates (eg. CreditSimple).
While researching options for personal loans and comparing preliminary “soft credit check” offers, I became increasingly uncomfortable with the language used in MoneyMe’s “Privacy Consents and Electronic Authorisation” (particularly in regards to how they view credit scores). More specifically how the language alluded to a “soft credit check” but really enabled them to perform a hard...credit check, because of this I decided to not complete, finalise, or submit an application. I understand that access to a customer’s credit score is necessary when wanting to provide an accurate estimate or preliminary quote. But the majority of lenders (even ones like CS) achieve this complete this task in a way in which it doesn’t leave a lasting mark on their prospective customers credit report; MM does not. The day after I decided to not proceed with my application I received a phone call (while at work) from a MM agent wanting to “check and see“ if I “needed any help“ with my application. Even though I explained to her that I had just been seeing what my options were (so I could make informed comparisons), and it wasn’t able to talk because I was actually at work; she still tried to convince me to take a few minutes to complete and submit the application while she was on the phone. Apparently this would mean that she’d be able to make sure that someone looked at the application right away and she would be able to send me through a quote that I could either accept or decline later. Eventually I hung up on her, I never got any phone calls or emails afterwards and I forgot about the company. Then I received my credit report. My credit score had dropped from “Excellent” to “Below Average” in less than 2 months, and the only change was a new line on my credit report stating that I had applied for a $20k loan from MoneyMe. I filed a dispute with Equifax with proof that I had never submitted any application to MM, only to be told that this was on MM to resolve. The only useful thing they provided me with was the apparent reference number for my application (something that I didn’t have previously because i had never submitted one).
Quick and easy service, highly recommended! I simply applied, supplied my details and the next day I had funds in my bank. Really good service for people in need. Making payments is easy and I feel much better knowing I can access it when I need to

I searched the app, you can only update address, email, phone and employment history.
I would suggest contacting MoneyMe and inform them that you are changing banks and update information that way. Hope that helps.

I applied for a loan 24 + hours ago and still haven’t had a response, does this mean I’m not approved seeing as everyone else seems to be approved very quickly
