unknown to me, my card was deactivated- I should have been told beforehand. I had to reapply through the whole loan process to use it again after returning to work..my application was denied because I hadn't been back at work long enough, even though it was the same company. Moneyme debits my repayments due every fortnight. Every fortnight I am overdue according to them, even though theyre in charge of the transaction. I have called about this in the past. It happens frequently. Ive just checked the app and once again, Im listed as overdue! How?! Are they doing this to creat more interest?. Ive just called moneyme, but was on hold. So, Im leaving a review. Not happy, never will use them again. Interest is rough also.

I'm so grateful to associate with this company.Im satisfied for what i rate for this loan. how I young dude treated when I fell behind by one or two instalments. He probably has no idea who is talking to, or maybe trained to mistreat the customer... dont know which one is true...

Instead of a calm, professional conversation about when I could catch up, the call felt unnecessarily aggressive. The tone was not solution-focused and i observed It quickly turned into questioning that felt more like interrogation than engagement.

Sometimes timing slips. What I expected was a respectful discussion about how to resolve it. What I experienced instead felt psychologically heavy and demeaning.

There’s a big difference between being firm and being intimidating. I've noticed most loosers from one particular heritage tend to showcase intimidation...

I’m sharing this so others are aware of not just the financial terms, but also the tone you might encounter if you’re late on payments.

Professionalism should go both ways... This is my last time i used MoneyMe.
