She knows the best timing in terms of just the right amount of correspondence to keep us informed and supported but never too excessive. Because of the initiatives she made, we didn’t put off gathering materials (even though at some point it felt overwhelming and I just wanted to put it off for half a day...) me unfortunately I'm not qualified for refinance cause interest rates are so high. I said it's.ok as I already contacted so many lenders and.I got many offers for refinancing with the best lowest rate and zero fees in terms of discharge of loan etc. I told her she is the only lender gave me conflicting information as My.application was sent by my lenders to 60 different banks . i think this lady is junior in her.role and doesnt know what is she talking about.
