Absolutely horrendous – When we approached domaine homes we thought we had found builder who knew what they were doing. We were told we would be fast tracked and have a contract in seven days and they would start the build in 8 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting we still had no contract. When we contacted our sales representative we were told because we needed an… Read more

articulation on one wall they couldn’t fast track us due to the variation and we wouldn’t get our contract until October 5 2022 and then a build time if 30 weeks. We spoke to domaine homes and was advised they had changed the rules and not told the sales representative. The sales representative told us we could pull out and get our deposit back as she “ didn’t need the contract”. We gave them every opportunity to do the right thing but they said to bad. They are horrendous to deal with promising the world and delivering nothing. We were told but we will build you a beautiful home but it will just take longer. We didn’t have that time and we made them aware of this. They do not care and their management team hide behind their desk whilst the sales representative takes the angry phone calls. They are gutless spineless people with no interest in communicating with you. Do not waste your time or money with this company

There were few usual suspects such as minor site costs and some extra driveway as we requested balcony at front pushing house back a bit - Possibly the most competitive quote compared to other builders in area. - Domaine has been very upfront on timelines involved for all works and give out early notification for any surprises - Azad was available late in the days, weekend and even on his day off to work with us on our build. We are from Sydney and only had to visit Domaine office ones for our own satisfaction. Otherwise, Azad was responsive enough to work out whole process over the phone and emails. Time savings were definitely worth it.

Our experience with Domaine and in deed with Azad Singh has been amazing. Azad has been our go to person through out the process. We currently have 4 houses locked in by Azad and we will definitely be bringing more business to Domaine in future.

Fast forward today, our build is at the pre plaster stage and we could not be happier with our choice to sign with Domaine. Everyone throughout the process after Azad were all amazing, like Tara Diete CSC, Kristy Craft (Contracts Administrator). SS Nathan Pearce is UNBELIEVABLE in today's standard i think. He updates us very regularly and is very efficient in how he managed the build. His planning has allowed the build to progress with very little disruption even through covid and the floods. The most helpful home builders ever for admin stage – During admin stage we had the lovely Tara from Domaine Homes and nothing was to hard for her, she made the process so easy with her friendly and kind nature.
