Our gas oven after 21 years finally had to be replaced. Jim Fettell from electrical was upfront with us about what oven was available showing us on the computer none was available but his honesty only helped ease our concerns telling us about how long it would take but it came in a lot quicker. His service was really great Also the company who installed our new oven Southern Style Kitchens & Joinery was terrific in their work & service. So happy with the service from Domayne Warrawong. Chris and Alex are amazing. Fridge blew up on the weekend. I ordered a new fridge and it was delivered within 2 days of being ordered. Unpacked and set up with old fridge taken away. No mess left. Awesome service. Couldn't ask for better. Will definitely be ordering off them again!

Absolute disgusting service
Audio and visual section, i was harassed, bullied and made to feel stupid by a few people in this section. I asked for a refund because my technician couldn’t connect my mini fetches with the code that fetch had sent him. I took them back under his advice and was told that “there was No way i would get my money back”, this person actually had his arms folded whilst telling me this !
I received a phone call after my complaint by the manager who said he would get back to me, i said that i just wanted to make him aware of what had happend ( as there was more to it), i said no it’s ok but he Insisted that he would ring me in the next couple of days, I never received one back .

Salesman was extremely deceptive
My last experience at Domayne was not enjoyable. The abundant 1 star ratings definitely do this place justice. I went in with the intention of purchasing a MacBook Pro interest free, however the Salesman conned me into a "Flexi" deal which included insurance, ext/int damaged for the 12 month contract period. 3 hours later after signing the contract I realised the agreement I signed was "flexirent" and I was only renting the goods. The salesman was being intentionally deceptive to sign me up for a deal he knew I wasn't after. He didn't use the t...erm "rent" once. I was clear from the beginning I wanted to purchase and pay off the laptop. This "flexirent" company they use to finance should be outlawed due to the outrageously high interest rates and unjust end of term options. After 2 phone calls I had to fight my case in order get the contract overturned less that 24 hours before it was signed. Fortunately the Manager was reasonable and I was able to pay for the laptop outright with no extra hidden costs. Whenever financing, always ask for "interest free" and don't let yourself get pushed into anything else!! Lesson Learned
Worst Customer Service at Warrawong Domayne
I found some beautiful dining chairs today that were being sold directly from the floor as is. A sales person very quickly approached us and when I asked if there was room to move on the price as it was floor stock, she immediately replied NOPE. I was shocked at first being told NOPE and then how quickly she came out with it. If you're selling floor stock as is, I would have thought she would have checked with her Manager if there was room to move on the price. The sales rep then proceeded to tell me to close my eyes and imagine these chairs at...my home. You have to be kidding I went to buy furniture not be psychoanalyzed. Sadly for your store, you lost my sale and money. I will never ever go to this particular store again and I would not recommend this store to anyone else.
Domayne has really good items / I went in.there a few years ago and checked out their choice beds unfortunately they were out of my price range I could spend as they were about 4 thousand dollars which is more than 3 grand over my budget even if they were 40 to 50 percent off I probably still couldn't afford it so I had to give it a miss / great atmosphere as the building is large is easy to move around in
Refuse to shop here after my experience!!!
i bought a tv from domayne, placed a deposit and was told it would be sent from the warehouse and be in store between 3-5 days. 6 days later, no phone call. A week later i rang them to follow it up, being notified that this tv was not being made anymore. The staff member then notified me that he will try and find me a tv matching the tv i had bought. A few days later i received a phone call and their offer was the stock off the floor. I wanted a brand new one, what i had paid for! i was promised more phone calls and never received any of them. ...I followed this up being told that they could order me one and it be sent to the store in a few days with a phone call being told that it had been dispatched. Again, no phone call. Following them up once again i received the most disgusting customer service. The 'manager' who i found out wasn't the manager and lied treated me with disgust. Telling me that he didn't care less if i didn't purchase from them and making up information about my purchase when he had no information about it. Finally reaching the actual manager we were told he couldn't do anything about it, it was my fault and 'it's not the end of the world'. Most disgusting customer service. Over a month later, still no tv and still no answers. I refuse to shop at Domayne and will be advising others not to either. Customer service.
Misleading & Bad Refund policy
I bought a Macbook Pro from Domayne not knowing they charge an extra $150 service fee to install an extra 4 gb ram to be 8 gb. They didn't even explain that you could get a 4gb ram version! After realising i had paid too much i returned to the store. After having a heated discussion for 20 minutes they finally allowed us to purchase the Retina display version for the same price as advertised on Apples web site. Mind you they made out as if they were doing me a huge favor. At the same time i was wanting to return Microsoft word for apple as i r...ealised i didn't need it (it was also for 3 computers even though i only need it for one computer, i don't even own 3 apple computers). I have no idea that Domayne's return policy is no return if you change your mind even if the product is up opened. Misleading, Bad Refund policy
Open ended promises
I recently contact Domayne Warrawong regarding the purchase of my Asus E Slate. Two weeks after I purchased the item, it fell by over $500 dollars. At the time of purchase I asked the sales rep, "Are the E slates coming down in price"?
He replied,"This is the best deal around."
I have tried to ring Domayne about my circumstances and they either, leave me hanging on the phone for more than 20mins, the line drops out, I ring back and then I am informed that I have been transferred to the wrong department.
I will never recommend this store. I should have went with Kogan!

Domayne at Warrawong NSW beats Harvey Normans in Customer Service
We are currently upgrading our kitchen and needed to replace our wall oven, gas cook top and rangehood James in white goods went out of his way finding out exactly what I wanted and showed us the best deals he even took the time to find a similar freestanding oven that I have at home now and measured the oven to make sure my new oven was know smaller then I have at home now. This was very assuring knowing that the new one is of similar size. The cook top I was wanting the wok burner in the middle James actually showed me the disadvantages of...having it like that once I saw the 4 burners and a wok burner to the side what James was saying made perfect sense. So thankyou James for taking the time to explain everything to us and answering our concerns in a simple way to understand and for not be pushy. it was easy to understand
