I texted to ask specifically if the covers would fit my son’s doonas (provided exact measurements) then told their covers would fit so placed an order. Only to receive and they don’t fit. Messaged again about this only to be refused help unless I pay for return postage and postage of new ones. Also told they did not make a mistake. I have text… Read more
proof of conversation specifically asking if they’d fit with clear response to a clear question. Still won’t take responsibility for their mistake. Company is just disgraceful.

Received an email with a discount code for 25% off and it wouldn't work. When I questioned as to why they said that offer wasn't available. They then resent a code for 20% off. Misleading and deceptive conduct.
Follow-up · If the company had honored the original discount code this review would not have been necessary. The company never contacted me to explain why the original code came or why they wouldn't honor it. I removed the item from my cart and have decided I would not deal with this company due to their dishonesty.

I had bought some personalised photo frames (canvas) from Doona Kingdom. They were superb on the print and the most amazing thing was the attention that has been provided on packing for delivery.
Great customer service. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size, and when I called them they helped me sort it out straight away. Very helpful team and the delivery was fast too. Really happy with the experience.

Ordered a statue, waited 14days, have not received any update. Sent an email asking for an update, and instantly cancelled the order. Very bad service. Not recommending.
After ordering and then asking politely if I could get a discount on the postage they instantly canceled my order after charging me then I had to wait 6 business days for a refund and thenno communication . instantly. Please don’t use them for a personalised quilt or anything very rude and redicious customer service over asking for a discount as I was $1 under free postage
Very disappointed, I was shown a proof I was not happy with and asked if edits could be done so we could fix it and they replied with no solution and I was told they couldn't fix it, by the time I replied to that email, which I admit took me a few days as I was trying to work out what to do, and I came up with another idea on how we could fix it… Read more
so I asked if that was an option and was told no bad luck it was in production. The doona has arrived and half the picture is cut off, it was supposed to be a present from Santa of my daughter on her horse and half the horses head it cut off, nearly all of it on the pillow case. I have used these guys previously and they were great but this time I would absolutely not recommend them at all.
