Processing time is a little annoying :( – Noticed on there socials that they had the new Jordan x Travis Scott available so I went ahead and ordered it. I understand that they are a resale store and that I would be paying a premium price however I didn’t realise there would be a processing time. I thought because this was advertised online it would be available straight away.

Delivery was a little slow but worth it! – Ordered myself a FOG Essentials Hoodie as I noticed this was on sale which is very rare to come across. I did have to wait a couple of weeks before it was delivered which I think was worth it in the end. It was quite a bargain! Show details

Best place for rare sneakers! – My Daughter was after a pair of Jordan’s for quite some time now and I really wanted to surprise her. She was after this purple pair which she’d mentioned was a pretty rare pair. Luckily I was able to find these at Dough Store and they had her size available. Horrible – I ordered the new Travis Scott lows on Christmas Day after not hearing for a few weeks they said they’d be sent out in a few more business days, they sent me a shipping id on 21/1 however never dropped the shoes off to auspost and have no stopped responding to me emails, I have gone to westpac to dispute this payment, do not recommend you buy anything from this store

No product received – Ordered and paid $600 for a pair of Yeezys in June they never arrived. Was given a different excuse as to why they hadn’t arrived numerous times. Only got a response after leaving bad (factual) reviews promised my money back but never received. Believe this company partakes in this fraudulent activity regularly from similar reviews

Scam DO NOT BUY – DO NOT BUY - SCAM. Have contacted PayPal and consumer affairs. They advised several times I would receive a refund and I got nothing. They even said people are leaving fake reviews…. Do yourself a favour and avoid.

Avoid - Shop else where – AVOID! Ordered pair of shoes almost 8 weeks ago and still not shipping information. Have reached on out email multiple times but get same response that others seem to get their “warehouse is still waiting for shipment or it’s been held up at customs”.

Horrific customer service – Absolute con. Have been fleeced out of more than 600 dollars. Promised shows to be sent multiple times over a 7 month period. Never show up and after promising refund 3 times, that also never shows up. Disgraceful would be an understatement. Avoid at all costs.

Red flag 3, I noticed all of their reviews are terrible, read the Reddit posts too. Same story over, purchased items, never received and they said they were lost with Australia Post but AusPost never received the item to post and no tracking was ever received. I purchased a pair of Adidas shoes I’d been searching high and low for. Didn’t receive them.

Red flag 4, they have 110k insta followers and have no comments on any of their social media. I can only assume the comments they do get are all negative and are deleted. They have an Instagram group however you cannot reply to anything in the chat group…

Red flag 5, I contacted them 3 times, messaged on their website and never had any reply. They replied to a message on Instagram after I managed to get a refund from the third party payment provider I used because they didn’t offer PayPal like a normal retailer at checkout .

Processing time is so annoying!!! – When I looked online it said that this store ships daily however I had missed that my product had a processing time. I’m usually not impatient but this wait was a little annoying. Hopefully in the future they can remove this processing time as they have great products. Show details

Not very happy! – Received my Grey FOG Dunks that i recently ordered and am a little bit disappointed with the quality of the pair. There is a little mark on the leather. I understand this is from manufacturing but i was hoping they would be perfect.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT SHOP HERE – AVOID TOTAL [Content Removed]!!! We bought Travis Scott’s back in August 2023 after MONTHS of back and forth offering to refund we started to get ignored. Avoid - represented shoes as in stock when they weren’t and wasted a lot of my time – These guys sold me a pair of shoes they didn’t have, it had been over a month and still no shoes or refund. for a week, the week came and I have now followed up 4 times since then with no response. By advice from the ACCC and Consumer and Business Services I have lodged a formal complaint and also requested a charge back from my bank. Dough still will be under soon - this isn’t an isolated incident so I recommend never purchasing from them.

I thought I’d give them another shot. Purchasing Travis Scott’s again ($1500) on may 6th 2024. It is now august 7 and I have not received shoes and am no longer getting any responses to my emails or dms on Instagram and haven’t hear from them in over 3 weeks. Absolutely disgusting company preying on people trying to treat themselves to something nice (and not cheap) and then taking their money and going silent. What sort of business model is a company selling stuff they don’t physically have. Be careful

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! – I ordered shoes from this store back in December 2023. They stated they sent a pair then AUS Post lost the Parcel, then they sent another pair and stated AUS Post lost it again. They told me they would refund me, I have been chasing payment for over 6 months.

know that under Consumer Law that it is the supplier that needs the insurance to ensure they are delivered to me. I even ended up going to Melbourne and into the shopfront to speak with someone who gave me a nonsense story. No wonder they have a locked front door to their shopfront? Still they would not give me a refund so I went to Consumer Affairs Victoria and made a complaint. It got to the point where Consumer Affairs Victoria got in contact with them directly and only then would they give me my refund. The case number for Consumer Affairs Victoria is [Details Removed].
