All the reviews online are true.. they don’t return calls, provide no delivery details, blame the last person you spoke to “told me they lied” but they happy to take your money and don’t deliver the product. request for tracking number (which I was told would be sent to me but never was) unfulfilled promises of delivery date, I was offered a refund.

Now, my refund is late. I was told 3-5 business days. Now it has been 7. On the first follow up, I was told it was processed. On the second follow up, I was told to supply my bank details so I did, then they advised 'We will proceed with the refund and update you once it has been completed' - yet they told me it was already processed on the first follow up. On my third follow up, again, was told it will be processed the comingMonday when the team return from the public holiday weekend? They keep telling me it's processed, then saying it will be processed on x date.

I've also tried to call the number - 07 3036 5227, a few times - the receptionist tries to forward me through to the team that helps me but says 'it goes straight to voicemail'.

So as a result, I am taking further legal action, as I have no product and no refund of my $1883.

UPDATE - After waiting from 11th April until 30th April, I now have received my full refund

Dr Techlove received the parcel they quickly refunded my monies being over $500. I would definitely use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

excellent communication – I went to them to buy a particular mobile phone,,,they told me it had been discontinued and were most helpfull in sorting out a satisfactory outcome. showing available for purchase online waiting for some other poor purchaser to come along. I advised NO and that I wanted my money back and this is where the fun begins. A certain contact said yes no problem we will refund you ... that was over a week ago and still no money. So I went back and asked where my refund was ... again response was "looking into it" .... Turns out to be a joke ... every time I ask where is my refund same response is given "looking into it for you" . Moreover I receive an email from internal document to show that the money was refunded but absolutely NO REFUND received by me. Evasive response to all my email enquiries. Paid through PayPal so I will be seeking a refund through their processes. Hopeful.

After providing all required information to PayPal they promptly and immediately gave me a Full Refund. I assume, by this action that this company is on their "Red-Flag" list due to complaints received.

AVOID THESE ABSOLUTE FRAUDS – I bought a product that they said was in stock. After several emails telling me that they had shipped my item, nothing arrived, no shipping details were sent. Luckily I used PayPal, and requested a refund through them. No surprise that they never received any information from the seller, so my refund arrived. AVOID THIS SELLER. THEY ARE FRAUDS.

I paid in full for the item, but the item did not arrive until 64 days later!

Since the day I ordered, the website has, and still does indicate that the product is available and can be delivered within a few days.

Dr Techlove did not return any of the messages I left with their answering service operators.

After 4 weeks the item still had not arrived. Dr Techlove responded to my email and said that they could not provide a delivery date, and they refused to provide a refund.

I complained to Fair Trading who contacted Nuestra Development Pty Ltd / Dr Techlove on my behalf and requested a refund, which Dr Techlove refused. Fair Trading recommended that I make an application to QCAT, but the QCAT application fee was higher than what I paid for the item, so I did not go to QCAT.

More than 4 weeks after I paid, Dr Techlove emailed a tracking number, but did not advise the carrier. Dr Techlove’s website states that they use Fastway Couriers. When searching for Fastway Couriers you find that they are Aramex. The tracking number only indicated that a shipment was created and that Dr Techlove had NOT yet handed the parcel to Aramex.

Aramex received the parcel from Dr Techlove 32 days after the tracking number was provided to me!

The item eventually arrived 64 days after I had ordered and paid! The cardboard packaging was battered and torn.

This has been an extremely stressful experience and I hope that you can avoid experiencing something similar.

Never again – Tried to use an Aussie based Company. Bad choice. Said product was in stock and 5-7 days for delivery. After constant phoning (call centre). No one ever phones back. I finally ordered via a China web site. My product arrived within 10 days, so I cancelled with DrTechlove. Now after 7 weeks, I get a delivery from Drtechlove and now I have 2 items. Totally un professional.

Unreliable and uncommunicative – I ordered a product that was in stock and got no tracking confirmation. I rang each day but had a message taken by the front desk, no callback. Just don't – I ordered a steam mop from Dr Techlove on 22 August and after at least 6 emails and 3 phone calls asking where the item was, it finally arrived today. I rang the office and was told to leave a message no one returned my call. Was told on the third occasion that I rang that the lady who answered the phone did not work for the company but was just an answering service. Not sure if that was true or not either. Take your money elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs. Thankfully I purchased this through PayPal and I received my money back by raising a dispute with them otherwise I would definitely have been out of pocket.

Purchased something via express delivery, didn’t receive ANY updates for over a week, gave them a couple calls (5 to be exact) and the staff was useless lol. Scam company, grey market / refurbished stock out of warranty – This site sells grey market, aged and refurbished stock. There is no way to contact this company and the address listed is not correct. Shocking company, buyer beware!! – Shocking company, no goods, waiting for refund. Very dishonest about the goods in transit when they were on back order with no date. Their phone number is outsourced to an independent company. You can't speak to anyone from the company. Have reported to consumer protection. To add to that I chased my refund today and somebody called [Name Removed] started screaming abuse down the phone and completely lost it. I have that recorded.

Product took some time to get but am happy – Purchased a drone and was promised 4 days deliver ex thier warehouse in Syndey. Over 6 weeks later still no delivery. Took some time but goods did arrive. Really helpful service – The team were very helpful to get me the product ordered at very last minute before Christmas. The product was great from my perspective but unfortunately was not what my daughter really wanted. The Dr Techlove team were very understanding and helped me return the product and provided a refund. I would recommend and will be shopping here again.

waiting for the ones I'd already ordered from China.

DrTechLove seemed a bit slow sending the shipping notification (first warning sign), then I received a tracking link that didn't work (second warning sign). I waited... and waited... and waited... A week after the time that I had expected to receive the items, I enquired re the ETA and the broken tracking link. To their credit, a representative responded quickly and gave me a working Australia Post tracking link. The link revealed that the item had only just been posted - some 9 days AFTER I'd received an email stating that it had been shipped.

I received the items I'd originally ordered from China (time to deliver to me = 20 days), then a few days later, the ones I'd ordered from DrTechLove (time to deliver = 19 days). Don't buy from these guys if you want something with less than a few weeks lead time.
