Never received my items!

I ordered three things, a total of over $100. They shipped to the wrong address. Even though it was their mistake, they refused to refund my items or send a replacement. Terrible, terrible customer service. Terrible experience. AVOID!

Won't stop emailing

I have unsubscribed over 30 times, haven't bought anything in years and the emails stop for a day and go back to receiving 3+ every single day. I have emailed them telling them to stop and it never does. They are spam, who email 3+ times a day and it's impossible to make them stop.

Also the clothes rarely look as good as pictured. They don't have structure or support and the bigger the size the worse the quality. Show details

never again

Items were not delivered. after may emails back and forth and assurance that the issue would be resolved, I got a blunt email saying that my parcel was destroyed due to not being delivered for some time and they would not be returning my money and I could read their terms and conditions. It is too much of a gamble buying with this company and I will not be doing it again

Disgusting

Terrible quality worse online shop I have ever shopped from. It is disgusting don’t even know how they are still in business. They entice you with nice photos but the reality is totally different. Not to mention their customer service that doesn’t even exist. I tried to reach out so many times but they don’t even bother to reply. Don’t shop here people, it is a dead set scam. Show details

Amazing Customer Service

I ordered some swimwear and 2 out of the 4 items were too big. I contacted their support centre and they were more than willing to send out replacements. It was such a stress free process and they were very willing to assist in fixing my issue to my satisfaction. Incorrect sizes and no refunds

My husband ordered 8 shirts, a mix of short and long sleeves. All sizes were ordered in small. The sizes received were all marked small however ranged from xs to large in fit and one of the long sleeve shirts had super short long sleeves. The shirt quality varied substantially as well, some good and others poor. I spoke to dresslily about returning the shirts that didnt fit, sent several photos showing the size differences and they sent me the information to return the shirts. I was made to pay for the return postage and when conveniently the shirts never turned up the company said bad luck. I will never buy from this company again. Show details

Dresslily is a scam!!

I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM

Supposedly they were sent in two packages, the first in October 6, 2019 11:18:35 and the second in October 17, 2019 09:25:33. If the order was made at the same time, why the 10 day difference to sent a item? Notice that I've received the the first package before Halloween, but for the second package they ask me to wait till the 16th of December.

They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV.

When I call them out explaining that the package was never received, the information I have is that I have to wait while they keep stalling for time. Can somebody explain how can a order take two months to be delivered?

Again when they were faced with the situation at hand, instead of assuming that something probably went wrong on their side, they immediately direct me to your terms and conditions where they claimed they won't take responsibility if I didn't bought any kind of insurance.

I already considered the money I paid as lost funds, but I'm warning you DO NOT TRUST DRESSLILY!!

Today is the 18th of December and still nothing. Don't get fooled like I was.
