The first e-mail requesting filter information was responded to, the second e-mail has not been responded to as of 21/01/23. 10 days after original request sent. First e-mail was responded to by 27 hours. The only reason I'm not posting 1 star is that the product itself was great and the first e-mail was responded to.

Misleading title when it comes to sizes of their doggy diapers – The tag L on the item , meaning large, was advertised for a large dog, but upon receiving the product, this diaper would fit a very small dog.

Fall apart after single use - cheap! Dry Paws refuse to replace/refund & now ignoring me – I purchased four doggy diapers on 8 October 2022 and she wore them once. In Australia, we are protected under consumer laws for longer than 30 days, irrespective of an organisation stating otherwise. I did reply to Dry Paws of this fact, requesting a replacement, with a refund preferred once I return the diapers, and as expected, have not received a response.
I am in the process of reporting them to the ACCC/Consumer Affairs and will follow up with my bank in the hope of a refund via a charge-back process.
My Opinion. Stay Away - Right Away.
Their products are cheap and not fit for more than a single use.
Ripped off – I purchased what I thought would be 2 air purifiers for $99.99 each. After paying $179.00 through afterpay I received these items and was shocked at what I received. Both items came in the post and were so small in one envelope together they both fitted into an average mail box. I sent it back immediately unpacked as advised in an email. I was charged a restocking fee. 15.00 to put back unpacked item on shelf. Rip off.
Very poor quality and ridiculous refund policy – The product is made in china, i paid $130 for a ridiculous flimsy piece of junk. I can only return if the packaging was unopened AND a 30% restocking fee. Absolute joke.

The company did finally contact me and they did fix the problem same weeks later. And the product is good quality – And I made contact with them straight away And I got a robot reply 2 times I tryed to call them I left a message. I tryed the next day to call again the next day .Then in the afternoon got a email saying they have already shipped it out to that address. I have worked in this industry before and when you’re packing and sending out orders you get given a tracking number as soon as it has been picked up by Australia Post or whatever Post in your region. Don’t waste your time or money as they will steal not one but both. They will leave you with nothing but frustration and you defiantly wont be receiving your order. Very poor quality product – Bought two pair of Dog Diapers. Product is very poorly made and the material is not absorbent. The Diapers only contain what looks like a thin layer of foam which doesn't absorb any fluid at all. These diapers are not a durable quality and the product does not do what it could ordinarily be expected to do.
