They stopped stocking the air purifier I purchased in October, by December (3 months only) – I ordered/received my air purifier in October 2023. this company again as I now have an air filter that I won't be able to use. The first e-mail requesting filter information was responded to, the second e-mail has not been responded to as of 21/01/23. 10 days after original request sent. First e-mail was responded to by 27 hours. The only reason I'm not posting 1 star is that the product itself was great and the first e-mail was responded to.

The company did finally contact me and they did fix the problem same weeks later. And the product is good quality – And I made contact with them straight away And I got a robot reply 2 times I tryed to call them I left a message. I tryed the next day to call again the next day .Then in the afternoon got a email saying they have already shipped it out to that address. I don’t think any goods will be coming from dry paws – I ordered from this website 2 puppy pads. The email to say it was being shipped went to my spam and was coded as dangerous. It has been weeks now and like others the tracking number provided is fake.

buy from this website or business. They gave me a tracking number that didn’t even work. I have worked in this industry before and when you’re packing and sending out orders you get given a tracking number as soon as it has been picked up by Australia Post or whatever Post in your region. Don’t waste your time or money as they will steal not one but both. They will leave you with nothing but frustration and you defiantly wont be receiving your order. No matter how nice their replies are they sre only trying to make themselves look good against us frustrated customers that are being completely thrown under the buss!!!

Poor customer service shocking shipping – I have been waiting over a week for my product to be shipped there is a tracking issue I emailed contacted via Facebook no solution shocking never again.

I can't live without Dry Paws Pet Pads – I purchased from Dry Paws over 2-3 months ago and I must say, they're the best purchase iv made for my pup. I use them daily in the lounge room and under food bowls now my dog is old enough to go outside. I've made another order for the dog towels... They arrived really quickly and was really pleased with how dry our boys were by the time we got home from the beach. Show reply

numerous emails but no refund for this useless mesh door. I have now advised them I will wait no longer for my refund and be contacting appropriate support to get a refund. Do not buy their product as they answer your emails but do not follow through with a refund.

Very deceptive! I STRONGLY recommend against this website – Bough an air purifier for $100. Device arrived within the week, but was faulty (wasn't able to turn on). The customer service team held me captive with numerous emails, requesting numerous videos to prove the device didn't work. replacement only. Being very sceptical of the quality of this device, I'm not going to bother with a replacement. I've since become very suspicious of the reviews on the product (all 5 star of course) which sound as though they were written by the same person. Please don't buy from this website, it has more red flags than Moscow in 1945.

Beware - my order still not delivered after 11 business days! – I ordered 2 re-usable puppy pads over 2 weeks ago (11 business days) ago and they have not arrived. Dry Paws say delivery is out of their hands and after 3 phone calls the delivery company Aramex have continued to fob me off with 'no gaurantee about when the parcel will be delivered'. Buyer beware – Ordered doggy diapers which were supposed to be delivered within 4 to 6 days. Was bombarded by multple spam emails following this order but no tracking number issued. Needless to say the item which my dog needed urgently ( she is on heat) did not arrive. Obviously this company cherry picks the reviews it publishes. A dodgy company - to be avoided.

Dry Paws DO NOT BUY FROM THEM – Very bad product and extremely poor quality. I asked for a refund and could tell they didn’t even read my complaint but rather just sent a standard email. Then they didn’t reply to any other email I sent. This company needs to be stoppy

They aggressively spam you with deals using personal information provided. I received up to 4 emails per day until unsubscribing.

I ordered a Pooper Scooper from DryPaws, but it’s not big enough for this company’s poop!

Inaccurate sizing – I ordered a large cooling mat for my Chow Chow and it has come a lot smaller than advertised. I made contact a couple of times and no one got back to me. Won’t be buying from this company again

that my enquiry is being escalated. 10 days have passed since that email, unfortunately I’ve not received a response or an ETA from their customer service team or their social media team. Whilst I can appreciate backlog & times of busy period, what would be beneficial Is communication, ensuring the customer is kept in the loop of wait times or order issues. **Update** Dry Paws customer support did get in contact via email today (9 Nov) with tracking information. The product is now on its way. I was appreciative of receiving the email and am glad the order is now on its way.

Very poor quality product – Bought two pair of Dog Diapers. Product is very poorly made and the material is not absorbent. The Diapers only contain what looks like a thin layer of foam which doesn't absorb any fluid at all. These diapers are not a durable quality and the product does not do what it could ordinarily be expected to do.
