So Professional and Knowledge – Joseph was punctual, reliable & extremely knowledgeable in determining the extent of the water damage following a leak from the bathroom. I should have said no to clean when they did not have a van mounted unit ! – I had read that a good carpet cleaning system is van mounted industrial unit and on the day the carpet technician turned up with a portable unit. Carpet clean – After reading all positive review so decided give this company ago. Had carpet steam cleaned the other day. The work is just average. They didn't go into very detail of cleaning. All edge carpet still have lots dust. Price is standard compare to others even after the 10% online discount.

Unsatisfactory service – I expected a lot from them. I got the service for spot dying permanent spot on my carpet. The cleaning was really good but – Andy did a really good job cleaning the apartment carpet but I had some issues with booking through their website. Punctual and professional – We needed the bedrooms carpets steam cleaned after moving out. I booked a steam cleaning service with another provider but they did not show up.
