pictures as requested by the office only to hear nothing from the company for over 48 hours and now getting a updated quote adding $100 (i have a normal suede couch). In that 48 hours I hired a machine cleaned my couch very easily i will add and other things in my house. All for less then $100 don't waste your time or money with this company.

No hanging about waiting, done in a jiff! – Came as promised, set up no fuss, work done in a professional manner to my satisfaction and my wife (and believe me that's a tall order!!) Wonderful outcome – Drymaster Sunshine Coast. Luke did an exceptional job cleaning our much loved 13 year old fabric sofa which unexpectedly showed slight signs of mould. Appalling – Appalling job. Just went and looked at their handy work and they may as well have not bothered. Real estate aren't happy and I can see why. Terrible – We had our new house cleaned before we moved our furniture. Drymaster assured us that the carpets would be cleaned and dry within approx 4 hours, the carpet on the stairs and in our large spare bedroom was wet for 3 days and Drymaster Brisbane North told us that he had a problem with his machine as it wouldn't remove the wet properly. calling and have left messages to no avail, we called the head office and spoke to an operator their but still no response. The bedroom & stairs carpet has had an odd smell since this cleaning was done.

We will be getting this carpet recleaned though another supplier.

No Show – We telephoned and left a message for them to call us back ragarding a quote. No one returned our call so we telephoned again and left another message. This time we did speak to the carpet cleaner and made an appointment for the quote to be done. No one turned up at appointed time, and no telephone call. Wasted a lot of time on the phone, then again waiting for them to arrive and they never did

Happy with clean – Overall, I was happy with the clean. Old stains were removed or lightened to the point where they are almost invisible. (The carpet is light-coloured and 12 years old.) Fantastic Professional service and Job – The booking was very easy and John turned up on time with a smile on his face. He was professional polite and friendly. Great experience – Lovely experience dealing with Mark, Luke and the team. I work at a Display Home, and they were able to accommodate us by coming in earlier before we opened. The lounges were almost dry when complete, and Luke finished 3 lounge sets (13 seats) in 2hrs! Our white lounges, which see high traffic of people/kids/shoes were very well cleaned. A positive experience overall. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
