wasn't necessary, but was appreciated. He then "cleaned" the carpet in an astonishingly short time. He asked me to inspect it, and the main traffic areas were just as dirty as they were before he started, although they did have cleaner streaks alternating with dirtier streaks. I complained, but he insisted it was wear and tear on the carpet, and it couldn't be cleaned. As soon as he left I had to clean it myself, and the "wear and tear" areas are now clean again. Using Drymaster was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Carpet cleaning is good; but don't opt for tile / grout cleaning – Carpet cleaning was done good. No complaints about that. $140 worth spending. But we had asked for tile & Grout cleaning as well. They charged $150 for the 2 bathrooms. But just the floors were cleaned not the tiled shower walls, skirtings, etc. They did n't say that only floors would be cleaned and nothing else. We had paid them $150 for spraying soapy water on the floors ...I would say plain waste of money!!!

The technician got angry and raised his voice unnecessarily – I had booked this service for cleaning our three seater fabric lounge. When I am paying for a service, I have all the right to ask questions but their technician ridiculed me. In a raised voice, he said, “don’t you understand what I am saying, I have repeated the answer to your question many times”. Firstly he never answered any of my questions and secondly by repeating the same reply to my questions every time he made me look as if I am illiterate.
I don’t know about other people who work with Drymaster carpet cleaning they may be good. But after experiencing this sort of behaviour from their technician, I will not recommend this service to anyone.

Amazing service! – Brett came to clean three thick pile carpeted rooms which were heavily stained. He made it his duty to make sure every stain was removed. He even called us to check how the carpets looked once dry and came back when some stains remained. He made it his duty to make sure our carpets looked like new. April 8th 2019 Update: Highly recommend!
Customer service went above and beyond. Our thick pile carpet was covered in stains which other cleaners couldn’t remove. One room had stains which were hidden under the dirt and as the carpet dried they resurfaced. I let Rob know and he immediately came and removed those stains. Can’t fault their service and will use them next time!
