I have made a booking with DTDC who were using Hunter Express. They failed to pick up my package on Friday and I have tried contacting them several times. DTDC Australia courier service is the worst. They don’t even deserve a rating in the first place. The customer service is awful and pathetic. My parcel has been routed to Adelaide instead of being delivered to Brisbane. courier service which doesn’t even have a contact number to start with and there is no way for me to contact the local service (who are worst than DTDC Australia). Please be very mindful and do your research before making any business transaction with DTDC.

destination” (Brisbane) no one at their office knows where the parcel is. We have even offered to pick it up from anywhere in Brisbane , Goldcoast but the issue is that they don’t even know where is the parcel. Today is 10th Dec , I’ll post an update if we ever receive the parcel . Don’t go cheap .

I waited three weeks for my refund, but it never arrived. I then reached out through PayPal to inquire about the refund of the money. Meanwhile, I decided to use another reputable company to transport my luggage, which arrived in a few days. I definitely do not recommend this company, as it offers poor service and is unreliable.

office in Australia, they told me they were not responsible since the parcel is already in Nepal. On the other hand, when I reached out to the DTDC office in Nepal, they told me to contact the Australian office. It’s been a frustrating cycle of being passed around with zero accountability.
I was later informed that the parcel is stuck with customs in Nepal and that a large amount of money is required for it to be released something I was never informed about in advance. Even after this, I have not received any clear timeline or updates on when the parcel will be delivered.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid using DTDC, especially for international shipping. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no resolution after weeks of chasing absolutely unacceptable.

The DTDC headquarters management in Australia has been embezzling a large amount of money I deposited for over 9 months and I don't know of any complaints department at the headquarters in India where I can complain about the manager in charge. They gave us every excuse for being unable to locate the package including, Border Force issue, package seized in air, security breach, and eventually, after refusing their claims and confirming to the contrary with customs, they declared the article “lost” on board a flight from Melbourne, even though tracking shows the article landed in Sydney. Lost must mean stolen. This company may be cheaper, but they are untrustworthy. Choose a reputable company, and receive your package.

Fill out the form and send it back - Monday morning driver standing outside my door to collect the goods. rang the CSR team again she said I needed to pay $30 for every time the driver missed, upon checking she found that I had canceled the service already. there is not update, I have followed up again with DTDC they advised me it has not been scanned yet and it is normal for late scanning in my area (i live in Melbourne Metro). They are just a bunch of liers. No one is even answering call as well. Please do not use this courier company for any parcel even if they provide you with free services. I wish i can give them negative reviews.

When I chose to cancel they say it will take 3 weeks to get my money back and they will deduct a 4% processing fee. They will win either way - either charge extra after booking is accepted, or deliver nothing and still collect a fee.
