Cleaning of ducts – Had my Heating and Evaporative cooling ducts cleaned today. Cristian arrived on time and was so professional. Extremely happy with the quality of the service and price.

Fake reviews for days – An absolute nightmare to deal with. Their service was subpar, and their technicians were unprofessional. The entire process left my home in a mess, and I'm not convinced they even did a thorough cleaning. I would strongly advise against using this company for any duct cleaning needs. Avoid at all costs! Not sure why they have good reviews!

No show !!! – Had an appointment set for this week. They did not show up nor a courtesy phone call to explain why or reschedule. city was 8 hours away. I saw the discrepancy, and notified them immediately, otherwise they would have went to another city. Even with all this blunder, i still wanted the service, but to my dismay they didn't even show up to do the service last Tuesday (3pm-5:30pm). I didn't even bother to call them back and ask why, even though i took the day off from work. They do not work weekends they expained, only M-F. I don't fell its normal procedure for a customer to have to follow up and do that professionally. Really disappointed.

It was extremely disappointing to say the least. Our house is now covered in a layer of very fine dust - precisely what we wanted to avoid. Every surface I touch is dust filled, dust bunnies were left all over the floor and on bed sheets. Dust on the sofa, I even find them in pages in books. It's going to be a very big work to clean everything up, especially with dust allergies and fine dust particles. Had we known this would be the case, we would have hired the maintenance person and covered up the ducts properly ourselves. I'm sure we would have done a better job at preventing dust from flying everywhere and leaving a huge mess!

Rick did an awesome job cleaning my vents and evaporative cooling unit. He was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and even checked over my duct system for me. The ducts are now nice and clean, and I’m really happy with the result. I’ll definitely go with Duct Masters again next time!

replaced with photos to show the extensive damage. That afternoon, a staff member came and redesigned the system so it would be more efficient. The next business day the work was carried out. The staff were fantastic, they removed and delt with all the old ducts, and cleaned up afterwards. Our system has never worked this well in 35 years. The cost of the work was very good value. Thorough cleaning job on cooler – Asish arrived on time, reviewed the layout of cooling ducts and evap cooler roof unit before getting to work. Job was thorough incl cleaning of vents. Frank advice on state of cooling filters was given. Asish has an easy going and pleasant manner.

Air Conditioning Service – After several delays due to adverse weather conditions Ductmaster’s attended to the servicing of my Air Conditioning unit. The serviceman Ayman performed an excellent service of the unit and explained to me the work he was going to prior to commencing as well as what he had done on completion. He was extremely courteous. [Content Removed] Who Should Not Be Allowed Into Females Homes – Absolute [Content Removed] who belong behind bars. I had to ask the tech twice to leave my home as he was screaming at me telling me to respect him. Now I do not feel safe in my own home knowing that these [Content Removed] have my home address. Do not listen to the reviews they are either fake or [Name Removed] calls people and makes them delete them through harassment.

Tich who first came out to do the service was professional, courteous, and with a keen attention to detail! I’ve never been able to see so far into my vents before, they sparkled. The smoke odour and residue was entirely removed and the HVAC and AC systems where cleaned and serviced. He spent a good 3-4 hours on the house which was incredible value for service.

Finally when a week later we noticed the return air duct had slightly collapsed, which we determined was more than likely based on the initial installation rather than the duct cleaning. Anthony from the front office didn’t hesitate to send out one of the team to inspect and repair at no extra cost. I even chased him to pay for labour and he refused multiple times.

Bethnia came out to do the repair and he was just as wonderful as Tich. Explained the reason behind the collapsed being excess duct material that hadn’t been cut to size, and explained the entire process behind the repair.

Honestly can’t speak more highly of Duct Masters. They are lovely to deal with, provide a quality value service and will definitely be using them regularly.

Fabulous job done – Meysam did a fantastic job, staff very friendly. I had been unwell for months with a mould infection in my lungs. After getting ducts cleaned, I have not had to use my Asthma spray. I would highly recommend them. Show reply
