I was booked in by themselves two weeks in a row and both times the service man never even bothered to turn up to do the job, neither did anyone from the office bother to contact me to say why? for about 50 cycles. Now when the door is up it won’t go down and of course it only does this once the car is IN THE GARAGE making it impossible to access the reset and program buttons.
We have to get on a ladder, program the motor and hope it works, usually it doesn’t.
This company is no help, offer no support and never call people back, if you build a new house take the Steel-Line motor off and bun it and get the garage door serviced through a decent company.
I should have known when they said they needed a full payment up front that there could be issues after installation – The colour on the product catalogue did not match the colour requested. They said they will call me back to confirm a booking time/date to fix the useless thing and after a good week, they have still not called me back. When the installation team arrived they were given a pretty mammoth task to install a door into a carport with very limited support structure with out any prior knowledge of what they were up against.
With this in mind the installer decided that the door could be installed give more supporting structure, he went out of his way to ensure the job was not cancelled by writing me a cut list of required materials.
While I went and got the required materials the installation team cracked on with the door install. Upon returning I was pleased to see majority of the door was installed, the installer went ahead manufacturing the supporting structure for the roof. He had to make a support for both droppers, a motor support and a spring support. The old supports were in no way acceptable for reuse with the new door install.
This is just an example of one of the many instances yesterday where your team were faced with a very difficult situation and were able to overcome any issues they faced.
The service that our installation team provided yesterday was second to none, I'm sure doing a lot of new builds they and all the team for that matter would not normally get the recognition they deserve for the efforts that they put in.
Again, thank you to all the team at Dynamic Doors and a special thank you to the installation team for your mammoth efforts yesterday.

the service manager is a joke, and the only way you can get your door fixed is to pay a $150 ‘service fee ‘ if you donot have your door serviced EVERY year by them your warranty is void.
I highly encourage you to NOT use this company either personally or with your builder.
We had a garage door in our previous property, not only did we NOT have any problems with the door it also was NOT serviced.
It took them 10 days to provide a receipt. Of course they provided an excuse as to why it took so long.

Fantastic Customer Service – We had our door installed by Dynamic through Henley Homes in 2017 - we called Dynamic to log our annual service as recommended by them and received fantastic customer service from both the service team in the office right through to the service technician who attended our job. It has since stopped about 4 times in the past month and I keep having the play with the cord to get it back into the tracks.
