in to paying more than they should have. I have never had to commit to anything I have bought on the spot and I stated this to the sales person. No time to think about the offer. I still think the blinds were over priced. Brayden the installer was efficient and knew what he was doing and his side kick polite. The product is of high quality though.

These guys were professional and on time. They even called to say they were running a bit early, which wasn't a problem but I saw that as courteous. Thanks guys fantastic. Show details ·  1

Poor quality & NON EXISTENT customer service – Installed in May 2022. Within a few months I noticed that the felt strip in the channels was being pushed out as the shutters came down. I had to ring 3 times over a period of several months before someone finally came out to fix the problem. The fix was a screw driver and a hammer and he made a dent at the bottom of the channel. for a while but it started to happen again.

Also I have noticed in summer that the light from the sun comes through the gap between the channel and the mortar of the brickwork as well as all along the tiles on the window sill as there is no rubber/felt strip along the bottom of the shutter. Now I had shutters at my previous house that were mounted the same way but they used rubber strips all along the channels as well as the bottom of the shutter. When I closed those shutters it was pitch black inside (not like these ones)

Since the install I have had 2 visits from them trying to sell me more products. Each time I would tell the salesman that I wasn’t happy and explained the reason why and showed them. Each time they would say that they would pass it on and that someone would be in touch to resolve the issues.

Needless to say, this has NOT happened. So as far as I am concerned, their product is very poor quality, their customer service is NON EXISTENT and all they are interested in is getting you signed up and then forget about you.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE

Then as December arrived I was advised the shutters would take around 2-3 weeks to install and they would get them in before they break up for Christmas. They were there first thing on the day as promised and installed my shutters with no issues.

I wish other companies were as pleasant to deal with as Dynamic have been. Their attention to detail and professionalism really showed me that there are great companies to deal with. I only hope other projects around the house I plan to do in the future with other companies go just as well!

I love my roller shutters. They look great on the outside of the house and they keep out all the light and noise . I haven’t slept this well ever. The process was wonderful from start to finish. Worst door to door salesman experience I have ever had. Pushy to the point of harrassment and I was expected to answer his reasoning why I politely declined and justify my choice to say no. Felt more like an interrogation when he refused to accept my answer. Left nothing but negative feelings and now wouldn't want to use based on my experience. Show details

If I could give zero rating I would. Good in theory but useless in weather. Overpriced, poorly installed, fell to pieces twice. Manager was rude, bombastic and bullied me over the phone. Please don’t be another victim, there are better options out there. Show details

Had two large roller shutters installed. Look great and good quality. However, when we spoke with the salesperson we were sold on the promise that the installers would leave the job spotless which did not happen. on. They also left our rubbish bin completely full. The shutters also catch the wind which we were told would not happen.

Very happy with the product and process. We were talked through the process from sales to install well and felt happy with our choice. Matt did a great job on installation especially with the sort of fiddly placement. Working smoothly so far at about a month in.

Last two windows installed with roller shutters. Our whole home is now much safer, and energy efficient. Many thanks to Josh the rep who once again looked after us. We were really impressed with Brayden. His knowledge of the product and his enthusiasm were excellent. He answered all our questions and didn’t rush us.We are extremely impressed with our roller shutters and they look amazing. I am in country SA so there was limited time to view the product in my home. I was shown a couple of different quality shutter samples and options of mechanics. so the chap then made a phone call to the office manager, who gave me a discount down to $2800 if I signed there and then (with a sign out the front for 5 months)...Possibly I would have liked more time to consider the offer as felt a bit pressured by time restraints. However, I did purchase and am happy with the result...although my son thought I paid too much . (I had no other price or shutter to compare with due to no time to consider doing that.) Was impressed with the installer Matt and his team who were professional and cleaned up afterwards. Shutter looks good and does the job well.
