Was a smooth process from quote to finish. A beautiful blind. V sleek easy to operate. Installation v quick on the day. Only reason not given 5 stars is bcos they had a promotion on and I had to make a decision to go ahead on the day I got the quote to go ahead or not to get the discount so wasn't able to get another quote. went to their factory where they were all standing out the front smoking, I waited in the office for 10 minutes while they finished their cigarettes, some guy in the workshop asked me if I needed anything, advised I wanted to speak to [Name Removed], came in the office and advised my blind wasn't even in the state so the blind wouldn't be here in time, said he would prioritise getting it installed but I had holidays planned, said he could do it on the 24th, guess what, no blind, no communication. Just a joke the way they operate and don't communicate until you turn up at their office. So given they broke their promise and don't know how to communicate they get 1 star.

DHE is not supportive and not responsive even when the installation not yet happens, imagine problem or warranty claim – Rang up the installation manager just to learn that our order was not even started and that the salesman left almost immediately signing us up and so was the supposed installer. Pushy sales- lack of product knowledge – Provided me a quote, then discounted it for 15 minutes to get a an immediate pushy sale. It took three days to get the answer. Quote subsequently went up! Turns out some of their shutters even have a lithium battery in your hot roof space.

Perfect all the way lads – Just too great. I don't usually leave reviews but the misso made me do it. We couldn't be any happier with the quality and service of dynamic home enhancements. Show reply

BAD Customer Service – Absolutely 0 customer service. They can't even answer your call. Requested a quote for roller shutters ... nothing no contact at all. Tried to call to find out what the hold up is and noo e can even answer the phone!!!!! Well you won't be getting my business
