Perfect: Fast Service, Genuine Product
After reading some of the horror stories posted here and on other forums, I was a bit hesitant to order from E-Infinity. However, there seemed to be enough success stories, and when combined with the $300 savings over what I would pay anywhere in the U.S., I took the plunge and ordered a Nikon lens from them.
I ordered on a Friday afternoon (Saturday morning in Hong Kong) and my order sat for two days. By Monday, I was a bit anxious since they already charged my PayPal account. Sometime after midnight on Tuesday I received a shipping notifica...tion with a tracking number and a photo of the product being shipped to me. That was a nice touch. And true to their word, I paid no duties or taxes. I received the product via FedEx on Wednesday afternoon around 2 p.m. All told, from them picking and packing to my door, it took about 38 hours to receive my shipment. The product was new, in the box, with all the accessories. It did not have a printed manual or warranty, but that was expected with a grey market product. I'm not sure if the U.S. equivalent comes with a printed manual, but my other recent Nikon purchases only offered online manuals. I have yet to put it through extensive use, but I'll certainly get the chance soon to test everything out. So far, everything looks great and functions perfectly. I couldn't be happier. Not everything they sell is cheaper than elsewhere, but some things are real bargains. Some products, such as a lens, don't have many points of failure and I felt it worth the risk to order from someplace overseas, given the price and no sales tax. I'm not sure I would order a camera or audio gear from them, but my experience has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for bargains on camera gear.
BEWARE - Took my money, never delivered, lied and stopped answering
On the 27 of July I ordered, and luckily paid with PayPal, for a camera lens on E-Infinity webshop.
On July 31 I sent an email asking about getting an update on the status of my order. They answered that it would take 7 to 14 working days for me to receive the lens.
On the 3 of August I received an email stating that they were processing my order and that I would receive a tracking number within 2 days.

After COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation
After COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic outbreak around the world they have purposefully manipulated their prices and have increased prices on lens and cameras which are non essential items during pandemic. I have complained to them about it and they told me to look somewhere else for cameras. Also they said it is not certain if i order something it will be delivered as there is shortage of deliveries around world.
I purchased a Samyang 18mm FE 2.8 for my Sony a7iii. T'was a very good experience throughout. Would recommend. Received item on time. Item was as described. Great price. Good communication.
My first hand experience of a Grey Market Camera Store - Buyer Beware
I brought a Nikon Lens 300-500 which has a focussing problem. E-finity said they would pay for repairs in Australia and even approved the invoice. The problem was ongoing, and appears to be a lens fault, E-finity will not replace it as it is outside their 4 week period. E-finity also will not reimburse the approved repair as there is no serial number on the invoice from the Nikon approved repair shop That did the repairs (which after 3 services appears to be sorted.....although holding my breath) The reason that no serial number has been put ...on the invoice is because the lens has no serial number on it, neither did the box. So to cut a long story short, E-finity has sent me a faulty lens with no serial number. My advice is spend the extra money and buy a lens from a reputable company.
No warranty on Shure products
Do not buy any Shure products from this company, no warranty. I have send my high end Shure SE846 Professional Sound Isolating Earphones for repair for a minor fault to E-Infinity, when it was returned to me the earpiece literally fell apart. E-Infinity told me that I would need to send it back to them for further repairs. Instead I contacted Shure Customer service and they informed me that they have received several complaints about E-Infinity and any product bought from them is NOT covered by Shure warranty.

Not responding to emails
I bought a canon 100-400 4.6-5.6 mark ii from E-infintiy in January of this year. After a few weeks I could see dust in the lens. I sent it back which cost €40 they said it was fixed. I used it a few times I had dust in it again. I contacted them again they told me that lenses get dust in them which I agree with but not this much or this soon. I have the mark 1 of the same lens for ten years and it has not got that much dust in it. I ask a canon dealer and repair agent in Ireland to look at it but they will not because it's a grey market lens. ...But he did say if I bought it here canon would have replaced a Lens with this kind of problem as it's a fault in the sealed part of the lens. I have been trying to contact infinity by email ask to replace the faulty Len but as of yet I have no response.
Can’t fault their service
Ordered a Tamron 18-400 lens for my Nikon camera on Tuesday, e-infinity had the best price on the internet. It was easy to order and pay via PayPal, email receipt and confirmation was received straight after payment was made. My purchase arrived within 3 days, Excellent parcel tracking and really impressed with the photo sent of the item with my personalised label ready to be sent.
Easy to use site, they had the m50 cheaper than anywhere else online. Delivered within a week. ( and that was with Chinese New Year). I will definitely use e-infinity for my next photography purchase.
Never Ever Again
My order for a camera lens was made on 1 Feb
It was supposedly processed on 4 Feb.
I emailed on 6 Feb and was ignored.
I emailed on 7 Feb and was ignored.
I emailed on 8 Feb via PayPal and was told my order would be processed on 11 Feb.
It's now afternoon of 12 Feb and I haven't been sent any Tracking Advice.
Never ever again will I buy from this source

Invalid serial number, poor repair service - avoid at all costs
Bought some very expensive headphones for them to completely stop working 6 months down the line. Manufacturer would not deal with me as the serial number is invalid. E-Infinity offered a repair, which I had to pay to send back, took 2 months to complete, and then had the exact same fault occur a couple months down the line. Now I am being told to pay for another repair which they will refund!
Customer service has been very poor throughout. I am unable to call anyone, and have to chase for responses to emails.
Will never purchase from this site again.
What a pleasant surprise! The speed of delivery from payment to receipt was completely unexpected. The same goes for the smoothness of the whole process. Based on previous experience elsewhere I was mentally prepared for the worst.
After much looking around on the internet for a decently priced EOS 5D Mark IV, and even contemplating to buy second hand to allow me to upgrade, I stumbled across E-Infinity. The price on offer was better than what other firms asked for a second hand version, and equalled other offers listed on Ebay.
I made p...ayment through PayPal for extra piece of mind. Within 24 hrs of payment I received an email update to inform me that the order has been processed which included a photo of the item and the associated invoice. 48hrs thereafter I received confirmation from the courier company that the item has been picked up by them - I left instructions with the courier company with regards to delivery for the following day. 24hrs thereafter I had the item in my hands and was able to test it. Thank you for the trouble free service!
Everything was just as it should be
At first I was quite reluctant on buying expensive gear through a website that has prices almost too good to be true. And although I did have an enjoyable experience in terms of customer service, I still had my fears until the day the products arrived. But everything was as it should have been. Spot on. Fast response in terms of customer service, fast delivery (especially since I placed the order one week before Christmas and I was absolutely certain it would not arrive before the Holidays, given the high amount of orders placed, but it did). Products arrived well, in perfect condition and seem to function properly. Very happy with my purchase!

Very good warranty service
Lens bought in March 2018. Different than what you'd expect from Nikon, the AF broke down last October. After contacting e-Infin, they offered the option to have it repaired locally in The Netherlands and have the cost reimbursed. We had it repaired by Nikon Service NL and the cost was almost reimbursed on the same day the lens had been sent back to us.

faulty product-great service
I happily bought a canon 50mm 1.2L prime lens and it arrived in excellent condition but didn't autofocus! My heart sank. I contacted e- Infinity and received a response then a follow up email letting me know where to send it back(for replacement or refund). The other option was to get it fixed locally (and they would reimburse). Though some camera repair places said it was a complex lens to fix and I would be better off returning it. Bravely?! I am choosing a replacement so hopefully all ok. Their service however has been excellent.I will let you know how it turns out.

Is the Nikon D5600 you have for sale a real Nikon with Nikon Australia warranty or a grey product with no Australian warranty?
Everything thing the sell is real but they are grey market. But they cover Warranty if anything go worng. I have bought a lot of gear from infinity they are good to deal with 99% of the time
No Nikon products from e-infinity come with a Australian warranty. I have heard that grey market buys them without a warranty and that’s why they are considerable cheaper. I’m not sure if that is true but it does make sense. E-infinity do come with a minimal warranty (read fine print) but it requires the lens to be sent back to Hong Kong.
