Worthless warranty! – It's good as long as there is nothing wrong with the purchased product. The lens I bought 6 months ago developed a fault with focus. I returned an item for warranty repair and after many emails from me, I got it sent back after 8 weeks. The lens wasn't fixed at all, not even inspected. Now I requested a replacement or refund and E-infinity doesn't respond to my emails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WORTH THE RISK!!!

DON'T BUY! – I bought a nikon d7500 from this site which unfortunately broke after a few months. the support has always stalled and never repaired the camera, gave a replacement or refunded the money spent in 18 months!!!.. DO NOT BUY; rely on shops with a European guarantee!!!

(Saturday morning in Hong Kong) and my order sat for two days. By Monday, I was a bit anxious since they already charged my PayPal account. Sometime after midnight on Tuesday I received a shipping notification with a tracking number and a photo of the product being shipped to me. That was a nice touch. And true to their word, I paid no duties or taxes. I received the product via FedEx on Wednesday afternoon around 2 p.m.

All told, from them picking and packing to my door, it took about 38 hours to receive my shipment. The product was new, in the box, with all the accessories. It did not have a printed manual or warranty, but that was expected with a grey market product. I'm not sure if the U.S. equivalent comes with a printed manual, but my other recent Nikon purchases only offered online manuals. I have yet to put it through extensive use, but I'll certainly get the chance soon to test everything out. So far, everything looks great and functions perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

Not everything they sell is cheaper than elsewhere, but some things are real bargains. Some products, such as a lens, don't have many points of failure and I felt it worth the risk to order from someplace overseas, given the price and no sales tax. I'm not sure I would order a camera or audio gear from them, but my experience has been great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place for bargains on camera gear.

BEWARE - Took my money, never delivered, lied and stopped answering – On the 27 of July I ordered, and luckily paid with PayPal, for a camera lens on E-Infinity webshop. order and that I would receive a tracking number within 2 days. On 7 August I still hadn't received anything so I sent them a new email asking about my tracking number. They answered that my lens should have been sent the day before but just before shipping they found that my lens was defective, and that was the last lens they had in stock. They asked if I wanted a refund or if I wanted to wait. I answered that I wanted to wait. Between the 14 August until the 25 August I occasionaly sent emails asking if they had any updates, but they continued saying that it was still not in stock. On the 28 August I received an automatic notification from their website stating that my lens was in stock again, so I browsed their weshop to confirm that was correct, and it showed the lens in stock again and it was possible to purchase. I sent them an email stating that I saw that my lens was back in stock and asked if it was being shipped. I received an answer saying "sorry to let you know that it is still not in stock". I then sent them another email saying that I could see it was in stock and sent them the URL to their webshop with the lens. They answered that it was a glitch on their website and they would correct it. On the 31 August the lens was still available to purchase on their webshop so I sent another email asking them to clarify what was happening. On 2 Sep I received an email saying the lens was not in stock, but no answers regarding my questions about it being possible to purchase on their webshop. After 2 Sep, they stopped answering my emails... I had to raise a claim through PayPal and they made sure I got a refund.

second hand to allow me to upgrade, I stumbled across E-Infinity. The price on offer was better than what other firms asked for a second hand version, and equalled other offers listed on Ebay.

I made payment through PayPal for extra piece of mind.

Within 24 hrs of payment I received an email update to inform me that the order has been processed which included a photo of the item and the associated invoice. 48hrs thereafter I received confirmation from the courier company that the item has been picked up by them - I left instructions with the courier company with regards to delivery for the following day. 24hrs thereafter I had the item in my hands and was able to test it.

After COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation – After COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic outbreak around the world they have purposefully manipulated their prices and have increased prices on lens and cameras which are non essential items during pandemic. I have complained to them about it and they told me to look somewhere else for cameras. My first hand experience of a Grey Market Camera Store - Buyer Beware – I brought a Nikon Lens 300-500 which has a focussing problem. E-finity said they would pay for repairs in Australia and even approved the invoice. number on the invoice from the Nikon approved repair shop That did the repairs (which after 3 services appears to be sorted.....although holding my breath) The reason that no serial number has been put on the invoice is because the lens has no serial number on it, neither did the box. So to cut a long story short, E-finity has sent me a faulty lens with no serial number. My advice is spend the extra money and buy a lens from a reputable company.

No warranty on Shure products – Do not buy any Shure products from this company, no warranty. Shure Customer service and they informed me that they have received several complaints about E-Infinity and any product bought from them is NOT covered by Shure warranty. Also E-Infinity refused to provide me any information and internal communication about my repair even after I quoted GDPR guidelines. I will be starting a small claims court procedure because E-Infinity provided me an unauthorized product and destroyed my Shure SE846.

have the mark 1 of the same lens for ten years and it has not got that much dust in it. I ask a canon dealer and repair agent in Ireland to look at it but they will not because it's a grey market lens. But he did say if I bought it here canon would have replaced a Lens with this kind of problem as it's a fault in the sealed part of the lens. I have been trying to contact infinity by email ask to replace the faulty Len but as of yet I have no response.

Never Ever Again – My order for a camera lens was made on 1 Feb It was supposedly processed on 4 Feb. Nothing happened. I emailed on 6 Feb and was ignored. I emailed on 7 Feb and was ignored. Fantastic service and a fast delivery – It is so good that it's difficult to stop buying lenses and stuff. Bought a Canon eos M50 with lenses and a Canon eos R with lenses. Everything delivered within a few days. Super.

Invalid serial number, poor repair service - avoid at all costs – Bought some very expensive headphones for them to completely stop working 6 months down the line. Very good warranty service – Lens bought in March 2018. Different than what you'd expect from Nikon, the AF broke down last October. After contacting e-Infin, they offered the option to have it repaired locally in The Netherlands and have the cost reimbursed. We had it repaired by Nikon Service NL and the cost was almost reimbursed on the same day the lens had been sent back to us. Great warranty service and quick efficient communication.

they don't honor their 12 months warranty – Bought earbud headphones with them through ebay and item became defective in less than 2 months (45 days). Contacted them and shipped it back. Then more than 2 months (10 weeks) later after they received it, still no update. I should have bought the item in a local store for a few hundred $ more who for sure will give a better service and much less hassle.

Don't trust them – Very but service I tried to cancel my order 1 hour after my order and they are not accepted. The shop is promising 1 to 2 days to send the product but I'm still waiting for 2 weeks.

Thereafter by Monday, they sent me a picture of the lens box with my name and shipping on it advising it would be shipped within 2-3 days. Come Thursday it’s arrived, brand new. Very happy and highly recommend. RRP of the lens £599.00 with most retailers saying that it was very popular and stocks were either out or short. E-Infiniti price £469.00, cheaper than any brand new lens on eBay too.
