Cause the width of the mattress is short, my bed sheets is even bigger then the mattress.

Contacted the customer service after reliezing the width is at least 3cm shorter, they tell me is because it still haven't fully expend so waited a week to see if any thing changed, but nope. Contact them again, but apparently 20yrs warranty does not cover this. (which is normal) but didn't expect when u get a mattress that is not the proper size. (have just received last week) Price is fair and the firmness is gd, but I don't think I will ever purchase from here again.
