No discounts for end of year sales. Prices are as advertised, no leeway whatsoever. I have tried to get a ( matched price before ) what website prices you see are what you get. Other retailers can and will beat them on price! His nonsense slogan is exactly that!! He’s just another super rich multi millionaire. My advice is shop around because you will definitely find it cheaper elsewhere.

Extremely Dissatisfied with Bosch WGA254U0AU Washing Machine – I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with the Bosch WGA254U0AU washing machine. However, the pinnacle of disappointment occurred today, the 24th of February 2024, at 1 pm. A significant water leak beneath the washing machine flooded my laundry, resulting in thousands of dollars worth of damage. Shockingly, the flood sensor failed to function as intended, neglecting to halt the washing machine promptly.

Despite these issues, E&S has only offered, at best, to repair the washing machine. This is far from satisfactory considering the extensive damage caused. I strongly advise that unless E & S provide a full refund, I will escalate my complaint with both OIAC and ACCC if this does not occur as I have issues in the past with products being repaired and not being replaced. Further issues arrised with my fridge that was repaired and not replaced as well as with an older washing machine and older TV. Therefore I am requesting a full refund.

Futhermore E&S have failed to provide me with a hire washing machine so I am left without a washing machine as a result.

This experience has been beyond frustrating, and the lack of a proper resolution is unacceptable.

E&S sold me a Mecina bath, it 2as faulty - short moulded!! The bath was short moulded by 15mm and does not sit flush with the wall. I messaged E &S Customer service through their online chat. Spoke to Emily was absolutely delightful and completed changed how I viewed e&s. I have dealt with e&s before, many years ago, and had viewed it as a very impersonal business back then. We bought from them back then cause they were cheap, but the staff member helping us wasn't particularly personable. Nothing went wrong back then, just not personable.

But this time, Emily helped me via the online chat, then spoke to me on the phone when I requested it. She helped me compare 2 products I was considering, didn't treat me like I was annoying or wasting her time but actually researched for me and helped me understand the difference between 2 products. I was looking at a fisher pykel dryer series 5 and series 7. Reviews showed not much difference, but she helped me understand what the actual differences were, and i changed my mind from going for a series 5, and got a series 7 instead. On top of that she helped me with price matching against a competitor and gave me a great price.

She was friendly, patient, kind, not rushed or annoyed by my questions, and deserves employee of the month!

What Emily didn't know is that I have chronic fatigue and PTSD, and find everything massively exhausting, draining and stressful. She made the world of difference to me and took the stress away from buying a new product. I hope you have an employee incentive program and acknowledge and reward her! I ordered our dryer late afternoon. The delivery driver was at our door 7.50am the next morning. Super fast turn around! Plus free delivery, and took our old dryer away. Brilliant!

 Follow-up  · Uugg 8kg Haier dryer was terrible, didn't Dry flannelette, took sooo long to dry. Replaced with an LG dryer. Stick with the best brand is what I recommend. E&S High St, Epping, online were still a great company to deal with online.

I have had 4-5 deliveries from e&s trading over the years and every one has been perfect. The prices are on par with other online retailers (and they price match if you find it cheaper). The delivery process is super easy - they always arrive when they say they're going to, they call before hand for a heads up and their installation is smooth and quick. ordered from the supplier. There was a small refund due based on the amendment, the salesman had not processed that either. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service and technical competence from E&. I purchased a premium AEG washing machine, which has now leaked three times, causing damage to my flooring. The machine was removed from my home for over six weeks for "evaluation". During this time, I was left without a basic necessity for my family and was forced… Read more

to call E&S and AEG every single day for updates. I was verbally promised a refund or replacement, only for them to backtrack and claim "no issue was found." The machine was returned to me today. On the very first use, it leaked immediately. It is clear that their "testing" process is non-existent. To be left for 40+ days without a working machine, only to have the same broken unit dumped back in my laundry, is disgraceful. I have lodged a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and will be taking this to VCAT. Avoid E&S and AEG if you value your time, your money, and your home.

We were significantly impacted when Elite Appliances in Hobart went into liquidation and it looked like we would be without a kitchen for an additional 3 to 4 weeks. Thanks to e&s, we were able to complete our kitchen renovation without any further delays. We are so glad that e&s now has a store in Hobart. live rural so I was very happy to get the delivery wait text for the second business day after order was placed. We received a text with a 2hour delivery slot a day before and a call on the morning of delivery to say they would be there in 15 mins. I can’t say enough about the delivery team 5stars go to them. They were very professional polite and helpful. In no time our old machine was gone and new machine installed and tested. All packaging was also taken with them. Amazing service highly recommend

One of our great customers had purchased 2 toilet suites from E & S and just after 12 months from purchase the soft close seat failed to work correctly on one of the suites. Not only does their website for Arcisan toilet suites state 10 year warranty with no other disclaimers, ie toilet seat or cistern parts not included, but then rub in your face… Read more
