Don't waste your time – I ordered a modem online and paid for it about 6 months ago. It still hasn't turned up. The company is very difficult to contact. Impossible by phone and very slow to respond by email. Despite several promises to get the item shipped immediately, this has never happened. I am now seeking my money back and will resort to taking legal proceedings if that doesn't happen soon. I suggest finding someone more reputable online or shopping at a store. Show details

after I ordered only to be told they had tried to deliver it twice but no one was home, which was absolute rubbish. I asked for tracking numbers, but they claimed that they didn't keep these after a month. They also claimed to have received none of my e-mails.
I have requested a refund but don't have nay faith that will be processed either, so I have also lodge a dispute via my Credit Card provider.

months without any updates to shipping, or even a courtesy call or email to tell me it has been delayed. I was initially happy to wait and I appreciated that shipments are being further delayed everywhere due to COVID, but eventually, I decided that this is far too long and requested a refund via email ... with no response. I have since sent off 2 more emails requesting a refund, attempted live chat (which initially seemed to go somewhere, but then the other user disconnected after saying they would find my order and get back to me), and I opened a dispute on their website (#177 which has yet to be acknowledged from 02 Oct). In line with consumer affairs advice, I have now sent off a letter requesting the refund and honestly, I am preparing for the lack of response and so am also preparing to lodge a formal complaint with CAV.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service and company - their prices may be competitive and they seem like a decent established seller at first but definitely stay away from them - and if you want to take the risk, pay by credit card so the charge can be reversed if you run into any issues. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Another 3 weeks past and I have to contact them again and wait weeks for a response only to be told that the order in fact never arrived and they now don't expect it until the end of September. It is now October and I still have nothing and can get no communication from their staff as to when if ever I am likely to receive my order. Never again. Don't buy from this place - its not worth the stress or time you have to put into it to receive your product. I'd rather pay $100 more for the same product just to not deal with this place again.

Customer service representatives were very rude, and after a month of calling them as soon as they heard our order number they either hang up or transfered the call in never ending waiting queue (waiting until the call is disconnected because of being on the line for too long). All emails are unanswered. 2.5 months later we still didn't see our money and didn't receive any communication from the store. Please think twice before you order from this place because you might need a lawyer to get your goods / money back.

spoke to the manager and he assured me it was on its way and it would be here in a week, that was almost a month ago. He also gave me his personal number which I have called and messaged several times alone with emails to the company and calling the company number and only now that I have threatened to take action to retrieve my money dose the manager respond with an apology email for their negligence in responding. I'm waiting to see if he follows through of his latest promise which is a tracking number for the order provided within 48hours. I somehow doubt this can be achieved.

message from guy named Joe saying that the item was out of stock. This was the 1st red flag because their website didn't say it wasn't in stock. I was offered to find a similar item on a different wholesale electronics site, where these guys apparently get their stock, as a replacement. I was told that I would get a good deal. I found an identical match to the product I missed out on. This was the 2nd red flag because how can there be no stock if there is stock on the website where you get your stock from. Until now, communication was fair (same-day or next-day replies). I waited for 2 weeks for an update on the "replacement" from Joe. I couldn't get through by phone so I opted for a full refund. I waited a further 2 weeks without a word and decided to send Joe an email threatening a complaint to the ACCC and a bad online review if I didn't at least get assurances about a refund. Joe got in touch straight away and asked me to contact their accounts department for the refund (seriously???). It's now 3 weeks after I emailed their accounts department without a word back and still no refund.
In the meantime, I ordered and received the laptop I wanted from a different seller, in about 5 days.

for the next 2 months with no refund and when I tried to get in contact with E4 either by email or phone I was not given any response.
On July 29th I tried to get a response from support aka "Joe" and lo and behold I get a response, "I have pushed this through twice now" and at the end of the email some broken english that I can only hope is a joke but due to it's crude nature I will not be posting it here. I then sent another email asking if I could be directed to the correct person I need to contact to get my refund...and I had no reply to that.
I really do hope E4 Electronics manage to sort this issue as I may have to look into other avenues for getting my money back.

I then called back the next day, gave him a list of 3 other laptops, and once again had to keep calling back, and once again he had none in stock that I wanted. He even tried to persuade me into buying a different type of laptop but I was not interested, by the end of the phone call I decided that I would like a refund and he was fine with that and told me to send through an email with my details, which i sent through. I know it was the right email as when I sent through my list of other laptops he received it during our phone call. So now it seems they aren't answering my emails, and now I cant even call them! it seems they may have blocked my number as it goes to voicemail right away!

When asked about my goods, I was told that the monitor I had purchased was on back order but if I was happy to swap for a different monitor in stock (similar specs and price) they could post straight away. I agreed and on the 12th of May I received a call from [Name Removed] telling me my items had been dispatched. I monitored my account over the next few days but it did not show any change from my order being 'packed' (ie no tracking). I gave it another week and then sent an email.... no reply. I sent a number of text messages....no answer. I ended up leaving on a work trip for about 10 days (so didn't pursue it at that point) but on 5th of June I received an email with a tracking number with the monitor and speakers delivered on the 8th of June (to Brisbane). So in the end I did receive what I paid for....it just took a long time.
