Awesome Customer Service renewing my ageing Home Theatre to the 21st Century
I rang to see if the had a Yamaha RX-V6A amp in stock to replace my failing RX-V1800 amplifier. I also wanted to set up Music Cast around our home Network. They were patient in explaining what I needed and told me the features. Ended up purchasing 2 X Yamaha RX-V6A, Yamaha WXAD-10 and Yamaha WXC-50. Listening to CDs, Spotify etc through the house. The amplifiers are excellent value for money and delivering great audio quality. Will be back.
Customer service down to a fine art
I recently purchased a Denon AVC-X4700H av receiver online from Eastwood Hi Fi. They were very happy to negotiate on pricing for me.
I placed the money in their account and was going to phone them with the advice, but they beat me to it. They phoned me and thanked me for the payment and told me they would organize the courier.
I paid on Wednesday last week and the receiver turned up Tuesday the next week! Considering there was a weekend in between, I was very impressed.

awesome service, better than yamaha itself
Purchased RX A8A. had major dramas setting up. called yamaha australia and john was NO help. rang mike to see about swapping for denon. mike went through some set up issues and sound came alive. in fact rang eastwood hifi 4 times. the RX A8A is a nightmare to set up compared to the marantz. got working but $6000+ and don’t get a manual. i don’t have a mobile phone so an app is a waste of time. 30 years of using various brands and this was the first to beat me. marantz 6015 was awesome yamaha rx a8a so frustrating.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Nick was completely professional, offered us a variety of choices without any pressure to purchase. I’ve been in sales for thirty years and haven’t come across a salesperson who focuses on the client, listens and applies attention to detail in all aspects for a very long time. I bought some sound gear from Eastwood hifi about 20 months ago. Unfortunately it has had some ongoing problems despite it being a high end piece of equipment.
The guys at Eastwood have been so easy to deal with. Polite, helpful and genuinely doing all they can to get a resolution to my problem.
The stock quality brands and are knowledgeable about what they sell.

I purchased a couple of items from Eastwood about a year ago. Dealing with them was a great experience as they are really knowledgeable and will only recommend the right product for you. Their product range and prices are excellent as well. But the main reason I'm posting this review is because I had an issue with one of the product after almost a year and contacted them via email. Their response was pretty much straight away and one of the staff called me and sorted the issue for me without any delay. I'll be purchasing from them in future too.

Great hifi store
I've always had a great experience purchasing from Eastwood Hifi, which I started doing back when the store was still in Eastwood. Since I recently purchased from them again, I thought it fitting to write that the salespeople handling my order were nothing less than incredibly helpful. Eastwood Hifi is always a first stop when looking for something for the home theater.

Great honest opinions.
Very competitive pricing if not exceptional. Order was received within 3 days of order from Sydney to Darwin. This is generally unheard of as it normally takes about 5 days even when shopping locally. Very difficult to buy anything hifi without first hearing it but have used eastwood a few times and always found Steve and staff very honest and up front with their advice and knowledge of products.
Excepetional After Sales Service
I bought a DSP3100 sub from Eastwood HIFI a few years ago and it recently got damaged. Sent an email to Eastwood HIFI explaining the damage and the team were so helpful and informative. They knew exactly what the problem was but still consulted with the sub manufacture to be sure, organised a replacement part at a great price, that fixed my sub.
I would highly recommend Eastwood HIFI because the after sales service is exactly as good as the pre sales service in my experience, this is the kind of company I will stick with and recommend to others.
