The best customer service possible. I brought a Yamaha amp. it was delivered amazingly quickly, however it was faulty, yes a Yamaha, Called customer service and was talked through troubleshooting, to no avail. A replacement was sent next day, I live in a semi rural area 40 ks north of Newcastle, so no mean feat The replacement was perfect. Highly recommend Eastwood HIFI to anyone.

last week and the receiver turned up Tuesday the next week! Considering there was a weekend in between, I was very impressed. They are a great company to deal with as far as pricing, advice, shipping and service. It takes a lot to impress me with customer service, and they excelled. I will happily return there for any other purchases. Update: Unfortunately the receiver had a fault. Eastwood HiFi did everything via phone to resolve the issue in settings, but it didn't work. They organized the courier for a pickup the same day we talked. Although the courier service did not arrive by the given time, Eastwood HiFi phoned me with updates as they happened. A replacement has already been organized and I have the tracking number. I am a sight and sound fanatic who is suffering withdrawals without my receiver, but how can I fault the great customer service? This is what I believe is a perfect buying experience. There will always be problems, but when a store does everything possible to resolve the issue, there is no bad feeling. I am now super impressed!

Not only was their advice spot on, they also provided a package price which was exceptional. Delivery was via courier and they offered full support for any setup related issues. They're obviously passionate about their business and the corresponding customer service. I'll definitely go back to them in the future for any updates or new gear. the Eastwood Hifi store 9 months ago. I have managed to buy enough devices with them to build a 2.1 & 5.1 systems combining some of the left-over equipments. I am not a high-end audiophile but the team at Eastwood HIFI were very helpful & courteous during the numerous purchase visits to the store & apart from a number of advice taken via email correspondences. The amount saved and time spared to pop from one store to another got me hooked with this store. My current systems may not live up to high end HIFI equipments but there's definitely a better sound difference from the old. I always visit their website and hunt for new specials. My third son is engaged to be married next year & will certainly look forward & be excited to build another new system with the team at Eastwood HIFI. I have no hesitation in bringing my friends to the store for the best advice.

The receiver was shipped same day by Craig and arrived to me the next day via StarTrack Express. I'd been tearing my hair out dealing with builders and their rubbish attitudes and to have a buying experience go so well was just so good knowing there are people out there who give a s*&t about their customers.
I will 100% be going back to these guys for anything else I need Hi-Fi wise.

Excellent customer service and follow-up! – I recently purchased a Yamaha integrated amplifier (AS-2200) in silver and some QED Reference 40 RCA interconnects to go with it. Awesome Customer Service renewing my ageing Home Theatre to the 21st Century – I rang to see if the had a Yamaha RX-V6A amp in stock to replace my failing RX-V1800 amplifier. I also wanted to set up Music Cast around our home Network. They were patient in explaining what I needed and told me the features. Ended up purchasing 2 X Yamaha RX-V6A, Yamaha WXAD-10 and Yamaha WXC-50. Listening to CDs, Spotify etc through the house. Faultless service – I bought some sound gear from Eastwood hifi about 20 months ago. Unfortunately it has had some ongoing problems despite it being a high end piece of equipment. The guys at Eastwood have been so easy to deal with. Polite, helpful and genuinely doing all they can to get a resolution to my problem. Great honest opinions – Very competitive pricing if not exceptional. Order was received within 3 days of order from Sydney to Darwin. This is generally unheard of as it normally takes about 5 days even when shopping locally. Very difficult to buy anything hifi without first hearing it but have used eastwood a few times and always found Steve and staff very honest and up front with their advice and knowledge of products.

I would highly recommend Eastwood HIFI because the after sales service is exactly as good as the pre sales service in my experience, this is the kind of company I will stick with and recommend to others.
Incredible Customer service – These guys are so good at helping those (me) who are not so technically smart. Got a problem with a system you have bought from them, just keep ringing up and asking dumbass questions like I do and they just keep helping until they get you perfectly set up!

Martin Logan 60XT and Onkyo is a such a step up in clarity and definition of voice and music that is, drop dead outstanding! The Martin Logan's reproduce music in such detail that I clearly hear each individual instrument and each separate vocal track as if I was in the recording studio!
I am happily beyond pleased with the sound. I now hear parts of music I did not notice before, I guess it is like going from HD TV to Ulta High Def TV, where you get such detail it appears 3D.
Non HiFi friends after a day listening, were shocked that the incredible sound could move them. With the advise and help of the Eastwood people, I believe I now have a HiFi system that sounds as good as some other systems that are four times the price I paid.
Eastwood Hifi's combination of product range, honesty, pricing and technical help was excellent. Recommended.

solution proposed was overpriced, the recommended installers knew less than they did when I spoke to them. I got my chosen speakers almost 30% less on line as well
Don't waste your time, research what you want, buy on line as I did, save over 25% in total costs, get highly qualified installers that are available also on line and save yourself money and time.
Its 2016 and not 1998, and we consumers are a lot more aware thanks to the www and some of these reviews are obviously very well produced and dubious at best

are neither small no light ( theyhave 2x8" bass woofers per speaker) but they look and sound fabulous - and at a price that beats any other supplier on my region (SE Qld) and delivered to my door in 2 working days. Technology has moved on and they exceed by far the sound quality of my older front speakers - not that they were ever bad. Discounted well below RRP too!

Just Off the Boat – Actually, it was a plane as I emigrated from the US in 2009. Luckily, Eastwood was one of my first stops. Great advice and post sale support when one of the items purchased was defective. 6 years on, still going strong. sales support from Nick, who asked me to all him once the speakers where connected so we could tweak the Yamaha amp's auto setup was exceptional, with Nick spending a far amount of time working through the various settings on the amp to ensure that the I got the most from the Studio 100's.
This type of service is extremely rare and I would recommend Nick and the team to anyone.
I have always been a little hesitant in purchasing rather expensive speakers sight unseen, given I live in Queensland, but these guys great.
Cannot complain – Bought a sub and cable 50% off retail, arrived the next day. Sub works great and they even offered to help with setup..... Bookmarked for future purchases
