Worst customer service

I have had my domus lift for 14 years and the communication with servicing department has been fantastic up until mid 2023. They never answer the phone to confirm a 2 or even 4 hour window to come to service and only give a window 8 - 4.30pm. the customer service operator has been emailing the service department for 3 hours to get them to ring me with an estimated time. Booking a service call via phone was equally as frustrating and too 6 attempts as Service Department do not answer the phone.
I have had no trouble with this lift it has been fantastic but sadly the customer service in past 12 months terrible.

Fast and professional

Unreliable and held to ransom on servicing

Have one of these in a girls school constantly breaks down company held to ransom on parts my contracted service provider is ignored, might be ceap but you pay in the end. Facilities & maintenance Manager Sacred heart college

Bad customer service

The lift is OK.
Customer Care is not.
On-line service booking is not working.
If you call them you wait forever.
Then you get somebody who can't book a service and promises that somebody will call you back.
If you can't take this call, you are back at square 1.
Later I found that even their own service people can't get somebody on the phone!

Lift Service

Karl Sowter was the technician who attended and he was very good, he explained things and got our lift working. We understood that a report would be sent to the office as to what further things needed to be attended to and that we would receive an email from the office. We are very happy with the technician but it has been a month and we are still waiting for the email from the office. Show reply

Very delayed repairs

Wouldn’t recommend if you live regionally. The company has just announced an increased fee for regional customers. My lift was out of service for more than three months at a time, twice in the last year. The stated reason for delays to repairs were that there were no available technicians. Really unacceptable when the whole point of the lift is to allow accessibility

Home Lift Support

Lift Service

Karl Sowter came and serviced our lift 2 weeks after it had stopped for no reason we could find and I was trapped in it for half an hour until my husband came home. Luckily I was able to use the phone in the lift! Show reply

Maintenance on home elevator

Jacob Flynn returned to replace consumable parts that had reached their end of life. A recent service had identified the issue. As before Jacob was prompt, worked quickly and neatly and finished ahead of planned. Show reply

Great service from technician

We moved into a place with an easy living elevator. The previous owner had left the left unmaintained so when we had moved in the elevator contains faults. We logged a service call and they were able to fit us in urgently for a service. Karl Sowter Was the technician who attended and he was excellent. He was patient to explain the workings of the lift and had also fixed our issues. Not owning a lift before were unaware of what to expect but Karl had made sure we understood and stepped up through the maintenance. Show reply

Good service call out to fix lift

The recent call out to fix my lift as successful. The technician Karl Sowter was pleasant, clearly knowledgeable with many years of lift experience which was reassuring. He explained what he was doing.
I understand that many people are wanting lifts serviced currently but I would like to see service sooner. Perhaps you could consider a remote diagnosis tool or Tele consultation particularly for customers like me who are outside of metropolitan Sydney. Show reply
