Eco Toppers

Not as plush as shown on website. Hardly any filling in them compared to there pics and videos. When they squeeze down on topper to show how firm but plush soft they must touch with a feather like touch. I can flattern mine with my pinky. Because there is not as much filling as described it doesn't look as full as shown on website. Very disappointed.

Purchase was simple enough and delivery was as expected - nice and quick. However, as Ned Flanders would say, it feels like wearing “nothing at all”. The 6cm topper has made no difference to the feeling of jumping into bed at night and no increase in quality of sleep. 6cm simply isn’t enough.

You might as well throw your money in the rubbish !! The product is just a cheap synthetic item made in china and drop shipped from China. This review is about the mattress topper. I currently have a complaint lodged with AFCA and I am trying to get my money back. Nightmare!!!

Ps. Orders ARE NOT dispatched within 24 hours from their warehouse “ right in the heart of Sydney” - they are drop-shipped from China!!! Oh, and for the record, there is no Sarah!!

Cancelled my order. It wasn’t sent and this was organised very quickly after the order was made. They agreed to refund but no refund has been organised or paid. They no longer respond. Very stressful as this was a lot of money. Do not order through ecotoppers

Ordered the topper, plus a sheet set. The topper is good, but the sheet set was wrong, and after many emails, and now a phone call, I still haven't received a resolution. Avoid this company. I'm so disappointed in the lack of service

I ordered 2 x single King size toppers. My husband didn't want, but with the 90day assurance I wanted to give it a go. I am sleeping so much better and well worth the money. Show reply

As pensioners we were unable to afford a new mattress at this stage and I have guest beds with bamboo toppers that have been commented on so when seeing this offer we chose the thicker 10cm topper and are extremely pleased with the results. I feel a little like sleeping on clouds and enjoy being comfortable again for sleeping. Even when we eventually get that new mattress we will still be using this comfortable topper. Bought our topper to rejuvenate our 25 year old plus bed. It was comfortable and still ok but just thought a refresh would be nice. WOW what a difference our topper made. Both sleeping so much better. Thanks Eco Toppers Show reply

This company is a scam, and they do not return items as mentioned on their website. Their products are cheap and definitely like what they have displayed on their website

I still haven't received my order. They advertise that they use Australia Post and offer free delivery but they use some bogus company, that if they can't leave your package inside a secure building, they won't use the intercom, they won't phone you, they just leave. Toppers are answered quickly with copied and pasted emails that make promises they don't keep. It has been reported as fraud to the bank. Eco Toppers won't refund me because this bogus freight company still has the goods.

Buyers beware, what you see advertised is not what you get. I ordered a mattress topper, 10cm plush bamboo with the full fitted skirt. total. I paid the extra $10 for express shipping (1 - 3 business days) as I needed it by the following Friday. Issues - time to receive parcel - I received the first item of 3 on the 6th business day after the order was placed; second item on 10th business day; third item on the 11th business day. I chased it on the 3rd business day as I hadn't even received a notification that the parcel was on its way. Their reasoning was 'we can't control what the courier does with it once it leaves our warehouse'. So don't advertise 1 - 3 business days then. False advertising and no support to follow up. - packaging of parcels - each one was packaged differently, and only 1 of the 3 came in anything that resembled professional, branded packaging. Nothing was branded 'ecotoppers' - 2 items came in dodgy plastic bags with some plastic / paper packaging around them (see picture for example). I questioned the legitimacy of this being an Australian-made and owned business and the items coming from their business and they stated they were just a middle-man, sourcing items from multiple partner businesses. This is not what is on their website. - sub-quality products - the 'Premium mattress topper 10cm plush with skirt - Charcoal' arrived as a 5cm mattress topper with corner straps (not skirt) and in a sage green (and not fully bamboo either, just part); the one I purchased from BigW to fill the gap in time is better quality and was much cheaper. The bamboo quilt doona, temperature regulating and wash in cold water arrived as a Giselle Bedding doona (not Ecotoppers!) bamboo / microfibre blend with a polyester cover, warm water wash only (although this was the closest to the advertised item). The cooling blanket advertised as 'soft, silky, cooling and breathable' reminds me of an army blanket - a normal blanket material with a rough material around the edge and no indication at all of material it is made of, nor washing instructions etc (just came wrapped in a plastic bag in another taped-up plastic bag - see picture). We own other cooling blankets and this is not one. - customer service - it took multiple emails and a threat to take them to fair trading before I received a response that actually looked like it was from a person, not just a standard 'sorry you're not happy with your order, just return the items and you'll get a refund.' There were 3 bulky items and I was expected to pay out of pocket for postage for THEIR mistakes. That was not happening. Eventually I was offered 2 options - keep the items for a 50% refund of the full order or pay to return them and then receive a full refund. After asking yet again if I could receive the items I ordered, I was offered that option also. - delays, delays, delays - getting any answers from their Monday to Friday customer service has been slow. When I finally chose to go with the option of keeping the sub-standard items for a 50% refund (I just want this finished now!), I was rewarded with a 50% refund of the cooling blanket only - the cheapest item and NOT the full order. I responded within the hour about this and now it is almost 24 hours (business hours) later with no response. I am beyond done with this company. I won't ever be ordering from this sham business again. It seems about 50% of customers get what they ordered, and the rest of us are treated like this. It is such a shame because the actual products on the website look so comfy and cosy, if only I could have received at least one item correctly it wouldn't have been quite such a frustrating month.

Do not buy from them. Product didn’t arrive tried emailing buy they don’t answer. Finally they sent a new one but wasn’t as described this quilt makes you so hot as it doesn't breath. There website says they ship Australia post but they don’t as tracking is for a courier service. Very very trash customer service

Absolute charlatans. Sent me wrong size and have been going around in circles trying to get refund or correct size. They say have new topper being sent then another saying investigating issue. Obvious stalling tactics. Have reportedto fair trading. STAY AWAY

Brought this topper for our van and words can't express my disappointment. Putting a doona on the bed as a topper would be more effective than this. Glorified mattress protector. St^pid me for believing the deception behind the lie. Do NOT purchase this item. Report them as scam. Item looks NOTHING like the image on their ad.

Avoid this company like the plague! Product claims are completely misleading as no mention is made anywhere about polyester. They infer bamboo throughout which is simply not true. not exist. 3-5 business days delivery is simply untrue as is the claim of a Sydney based warehouse. I cancelled my order the day after ordering yet on day 3 they claimed it had already been despatched. I received it over 2 weeks later. They emailed me with profuse apologies asking me to send it back at MY cost. This is illegal as merchants pay for refund returns when product does not meet expectations. It would have cost me $55!! Aust Post scanned the label and it came from China with no Aust Post involvement yet they display Aust Post logo to once again infer rather than state the truth. Consumer Affairs Vic., ACCC/Scamwatch are investigating them. I even offered to return goods to the "Sydney Warehouse". Then absolute silence and no refund. Avoid the false product claims, bad communication and hiding. Just don't buy from Eco Toppers. They are a nightmare!

BEWARE- Ecotoppers and Adorearth are the same company. They false advertise the product. The so called 50% bamboo quilt with corner tabs, reinforced edge stitching and OEKO-TEX standard does not get delivered. OEKO-TEX standards. No corner tab ties, no reininforced edge stitching. The quilt inside the package does not even match the picture on the LUXOR packaging - so not even sure where the supplied quilt comes from or even what it's true composition is. The mobile number 0401467099 (that is the same for both Adorearth and EcoToppers) does not answer nor return calls. The support email address does not respond. Adorearth and EcoToppers are not trustworthy.

Product is not what is advertised. Filling is very minimal. Didn't have to bother about using it, just looking at it I knew it was rubbish. Unbelievable! Everything that everyone else has been saying here is totally what I've experienced! The reviews on their website are fake! What was delivered I could have bought from Kmart for $20. Also no invoice with package.
