appreciate that this is a particularly busy time of year with EOFY sales, which can put additional pressure on delivery operations.
Unfortunately, this order has been a completely different experience.
It appears Ecosa has outsourced deliveries to Moving with Sam, and unfortunately that decision has significantly impacted the customer experience.
I selected Wednesday as my preferred delivery day, yet it was scheduled unknowingly to me for Tuesday instead. I was initially given a delivery window of 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, which then changed to 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. At 8:20 pm I received a text saying they’d run out of time.
I contacted Moving with Sam immediately and explained I needed the mattress delivered before 2:00 pm the following day. No one could provide an answer. By lunchtime I’d heard nothing, so I followed up again. Still no response.
Only after I advised I’d be contacting Ecosa did someone from their Williamstown office call around 4:00 pm to tell me the truck had been involved in an accident and delivery wouldn’t happen that day….here we go…Surprise surprise
I completely understand that accidents happen. What frustrated me was the complete lack of communication and ownership. I had to chase updates all day, only to be told hours later that the delivery wasn’t happening.
The suggested solution was to leave a brand new mattress at my front door during torrential rain in Adelaide. That wasn’t a realistic or acceptable option.
I also contacted Ecosa’s customer service team. They were polite and professional, but the interaction felt very scripted. There were plenty of apologies and assurances that the issue had been escalated, but no one was actually able to resolve the problem, provide certainty, or advocate for a practical outcome. As a customer, that’s ultimately what matters.
The products are still excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. However, customers don’t separate Ecosa from its delivery partner. The delivery experience is part of the overall purchase, and unfortunately this one fell well below the standard and here I am still waiting, this will unfortunately make me think before I choose Ecosa again.
I genuinely hope Ecosa Australia reviews its delivery arrangements, because the quality of its products deserves a customer experience that matches.
Dealing with Ecosa has been very positive. I had 2 pillows disappear and not delivered once the package had been picked up by the courier. Ecosa were very helpful and prompt and sent out replacement pillows. I have purchased multiple items from Ecosa and the rest of the items were always promptly delivered and high quality. Show reply

over $500 Worth of Bamboo Sheets They Sent Filthy Packaged Items, NOT in Sealed Boxes and Nice and Clean, Emailed them a Few Times The Only Answer was We Want More Pictures and More Explanation Each Time, They were in Plastic Bags and The Pastic Bags Have a Small Hole to Allow the Air inside Bag to Get out, and as I Explained about that they Wanted more Info About it, When They Could Go and Look at the Bags they Have at Their Place themselves, They Just MESS You Around So Your in an Endless Loop after They Send You Filth Covered Items. Dealing with both Resh and Sheila from the Ecosa Dream Team was a blessing. I accidentally glitched and ordered a Q sized quilt for my king bed, and it was easily arranged to exchange. instructions regarding the zips on the large cushions such as the cushion with the zip on the flap goes on the bottom. Also it was a struggle fitting the covers onto the angled arm/ backrests.

through the pillow top constantly along with blue leaching / staining to the underside and the second and third replacement mattress toppers also have had leaching blue staining to the underside.
Albeit, somewhat slow Ecosa have now provided a full refund and picked up the faulty products.

promised date of November 25th came and went without a word. For over a week, communication was non-existent or consisted of unhelpful, generic replies. We were forced to spend significant time and energy escalating the issue just to get basic answers. The delivery finally arrived over two weeks late, turning what should be an exciting purchase into a stressful saga. The service during this phase was unacceptable.
Chapter 2: The Product Excellence (5 Stars) Thankfully, the product itself has been worth the wait. After sleeping on it, we find the mattress comfortable and supportive, with next to no partner disturbance. While on the firmer side, it's a great choice for us. The bed frame is of great quality, very solid, and was easy to assemble.
The Resolution & Final Word: (3 Stars) To Ecosa's credit, after escalation, a manager resolved the issue and issued a $150 goodwill refund for the severe delay. This was a fair gesture.
Verdict: You are buying a very good mattress and bed frame. However, especially if you are regional or need it by a specific date, you must be prepared for a high-risk delivery process and the need to aggressively manage your own customer service. I bought a silk pillowcase from this company and in my opinion there is no way that it's 100% silk. I've got a skin condition and silk is one of the only fabrics that doesn't irritate it in flair - these pillowcases got stuck on my skin and irritated it all night. I'm quite sure they're polyester. condition please consider saving your money and purchasing from somewhere else because I'm not sure this is 100% silk. The pillowcases are also conveniently not covered by their warranty either. In saying that after much back and forth I was finally able to return the pillowcase and get my money back, and the customer service team are very pleasant and mostly prompt in response to deal with.

Mattress arrived mouldy. Clearly poorly packaged & I now have to dispose of it when I don’t have the means to do so. Will never buy online mattress again, so stressful. 1 WEEK UPDATE: return has been processed (funds hit my account within 24 hours) & Lane from Ecosa customer service has gone above and beyond by arranging a local company to collect and dispose of the mattress for me. mattress is and apparently cannot contact courier company. Have cancelled order being told up to 10 days for refund to clear. Still haven't spoken with an ecosa representative as they do not answer phone, seldom respond to email and txt ping pong is a terrible way to conduct business . Order has been cancelled. Sending complaint to accc/consumer protection. Edit. I have made a purchase through 40 Winks, ordered yesterday, delivered today, 40 Winks kept me fully informed of delivery details and arrived at the appointed time. Ecosa could learn from 40 Winks.

centre leg support is too short and doesn’t support the bed. Have been told that I have to submit a warranty claim for the leg but only after submitting the “batch number” of the bed. Unfortunately we live 4 hours away from where these beds are and will not be able to get this number until our holidays in a couple of weeks. Silly process.
