resides in California. So I was incredibly disappointed find out, after waiting for it to be re-stocked, that I am not getting this sofa bed after all. If there are shipping restrictions, the website should communicate this clearly. With all that said, I am very pleased with the customer service team. They are responsive, helpful and professional -- EXCEPT that they should have flagged me of the restricted shipping to California, even after they asked for my shipping address. I hope the Nimble sofa bed will be available soon in my state, if I still haven't found another sofa bed by then.
Fantastic quality product (sheets, pillow cases, and quilt cover) for a hot sleeper. There was an issue with our order (our side) and ecosa were highly accomodating in resolving that for us. Show reply

firmer for sure, but with this the partner disturbance is minimal which is a game changer. Aside from that the sofa looks amazing, the colour and soft fabric are beautiful. It is so well made, the quality is top notch. It’s solid and well structured, fairly heavy which makes it feel durable, yet opens out easily and fits queen bedding perfectly. I had issues with another product I purchased (my fault) and each time I contacted customer service they were super speedy to reply and jumped to action immediately. I cannot fault this brands products and services, they obviously have their priorities right and view after sales service just as highly as they do the quality of their products. I have true respect for this company. Ecosa set the standard for how a consumer business should be run. Above and beyond. Truly delighted.

Dealing with both Resh and Sheila from the Ecosa Dream Team was a blessing. I accidentally glitched and ordered a Q sized quilt for my king bed, and it was easily arranged to exchange. The mattress is very comfortable. But it is not a true queen size of 203 cms. Mine is just 197 cms. Apparently this makes it atypical but still okay. Hmmm! Show reply

Could not be happier or more impressed with the Nimble couch and Ecosa as a company from ordering, their communication and courier they use (Allied) excellent !! I’ve tried my best with this company but after being sent three faulty pillow tops (as part of the eurolux mattress), I’m here to tell everyone to avoid Ecosa. through the pillow top constantly along with blue leaching / staining to the underside and the second and third replacement mattress toppers also have had leaching blue staining to the underside.
Albeit, somewhat slow Ecosa have now provided a full refund and picked up the faulty products.

instructions regarding the zips on the large cushions such as the cushion with the zip on the flap goes on the bottom. Also it was a struggle fitting the covers onto the angled arm/ backrests.

Follow-up · I bought the standard pillow and found it helped on the first night. I felt however that I needed extra height and the best combination for me was one 2cm and one 3cm (supplied with the pillow). My wife can attest to reduced snoring as well. The only difficulty with this is that standard pillowcases are very tight and hard to put on. Still worth it and I now take it with me on trips to make sure I get good rest.

up most mornings with some back pain from the old mattress , but I still have some pain in the centre of my back each morning - whether this is a carry over from the old mattress , or due to the Ecosa , I simply do not know . It is early days ( 3 weeks) . The bed ,relatively light in weight , has solved the problem of making the bed each morning . My wife could not lift the corners of our previous mattress to make the bed because of its ultra heaviness - the Ecosa , although not "light" , is much easier to lift and work with .
Follow-up · Set up was easy . We didn’t buy pillows . Delivery was fine . Both my wife and I have had painful backs over the past few weeks whilst in bed which is concerning . Pain mostly goes away during day. We are both elderly ( 81 and 75 ) . We will rotate the mattress again in case it makes a difference .

Look, we had a terrible time with the courier having received an email that said it had been delivered and showing a signature that was not mine. Querying this they were doing research on it but it was taking too long so I had to keep ringing them even though it was all in the same day – it was pretty serious after all someone forging a signature.… Read more
Then suddenly the courier turned up, and I asked him why my signature states that it had been delivered on a signature that was not actually mine, and he quoted that the guy that worked for this Allied courier company apparently did not want to handle the big box and just marked it off and left it for a guy that doesn’t do the area usually. So for a start that was really poor and that was something on a the courier and Ecosa having employed those couriers. To date that has not been looked into nor fixed nor bothered to be chased up when it is blatant fraud. That is not on the company totally so I will go to the product now. Once we got it in, and it was very heavy, we had to fold it out to cover everything with the covers that were required, zip in the mattress protector, and then zip the product together so that it sat like a seat without arms. That last zipper broke immediately. It was a very cheap nasty plastic thing and we could not get it back on. I immediately made a complaint, given that the whole experience was a nightmare, and we were immediately refunded, for which I am extremely grateful - the staff were excellent and cannot be faulted. Unfortunately we are going on the whole experience of the day, but it did look v comfortable, and I liked how well it was packaged, though an awful waste of a lot of plastic, but the mattressing was excellent. Just that without a strong good zipper you have a misaligned sofa when compacted. Looks crap with the unzipped area and off kilter, so no good like that. Awful cheap zipper! You will find this out eventually. But it seemed so nice and I was v upset, vapid by then actually, but the ladies on the chat and phone were great. But as I said, the company’s choice in a courier service and not following through with them nor berating them and not telling me what the outcome of that was,has me worried. Given that this is in the Bendigo area it could be that Allied express couriers are just not good for this area or they have one poor employee. I would add that Ecosa actually told me the product had been delivered to the wrong house and someone there signed for it. That’s untrue. I was specifically told by the non-usual for this area courier the actual facts. So i didn’t appreciate that comment from Ecosa either. The whole experience has done me for this company.

delivered for another 3 days minimum, leaving us without a bed to sleep on, as all our other beds were being used by guests we were entertaining and hosting of the long weekend. There was no urgency by the customer support team, where they requested photos of the products (which made sense), but instead of telling us all the photos needed at the start, they drip fed the need for photos over 5 different emails, over the course of multiple hours and days, extending the process further.
I understand the need for photos and evidence, but it was clear the product was wrong, we were not trying to scam ecosa into getting bigger slats, as that wouldn't even make sense. What would I do with a bigger version of the slats for the bed I bought? We were asked for more photos: zoomed out, zoomed in, slats put together, slats apart, no photos of the slats with a tape measure, photos of the box, the serial number on the slats, the width of the slats, the length of the slats, all in different emails. The customer service representative knew we were time poor as we were hosting people, and continued to ask for more evidence.
Ecosa seriously needs to improve is customer support on the back end.
Decent product, with great staff at the Bennetts Green store, poor customer service via support.
If you want your time wasted buy a product from Ecosa, hope they mess up your order and try engage with customer support. You might even get a long weekend ruined if you are lucky.
