Salvation Army to pick it up. They donate refunded mattresses to charity which I think is wonderful. This is good trustworthy company.
The Ecosa side pillow has done the trick no more discomfort along my shoulder ridge line. It took me awhile to gear use to the side sleepers pillow but I am pleased I persevered.

firmer for sure, but with this the partner disturbance is minimal which is a game changer. Aside from that the sofa looks amazing, the colour and soft fabric are beautiful. It is so well made, the quality is top notch. It’s solid and well structured, fairly heavy which makes it feel durable, yet opens out easily and fits queen bedding perfectly. I had issues with another product I purchased (my fault) and each time I contacted customer service they were super speedy to reply and jumped to action immediately. I cannot fault this brands products and services, they obviously have their priorities right and view after sales service just as highly as they do the quality of their products. I have true respect for this company. Ecosa set the standard for how a consumer business should be run. Above and beyond. Truly delighted.

Dealing with both Resh and Sheila from the Ecosa Dream Team was a blessing. I accidentally glitched and ordered a Q sized quilt for my king bed, and it was easily arranged to exchange. instructions regarding the zips on the large cushions such as the cushion with the zip on the flap goes on the bottom. Also it was a struggle fitting the covers onto the angled arm/ backrests.

I’ve tried my best with this company but after being sent three faulty pillow tops (as part of the eurolux mattress), I’m here to tell everyone to avoid Ecosa. through the pillow top constantly along with blue leaching / staining to the underside and the second and third replacement mattress toppers also have had leaching blue staining to the underside.
Albeit, somewhat slow Ecosa have now provided a full refund and picked up the faulty products.

up most mornings with some back pain from the old mattress , but I still have some pain in the centre of my back each morning - whether this is a carry over from the old mattress , or due to the Ecosa , I simply do not know . It is early days ( 3 weeks) . The bed ,relatively light in weight , has solved the problem of making the bed each morning . My wife could not lift the corners of our previous mattress to make the bed because of its ultra heaviness - the Ecosa , although not "light" , is much easier to lift and work with .
Follow-up · Set up was easy . We didn’t buy pillows . Delivery was fine . Both my wife and I have had painful backs over the past few weeks whilst in bed which is concerning . Pain mostly goes away during day. We are both elderly ( 81 and 75 ) . We will rotate the mattress again in case it makes a difference .

Still waiting on the bed heads and while building the bed bases last weekend, we found that the centre leg support is too short and doesn’t support the bed. Have been told that I have to submit a warranty claim for the leg but only after submitting the “batch number” of the bed. Unfortunately we live 4 hours away from where these beds are and will not be able to get this number until our holidays in a couple of weeks. Silly process.
Follow-up · Update. Still waiting for the hardware to attach the bed head to one of the beds. And still waiting for the middle leg for one of the beds that was too short. Ecosa Customer Service Team has been very helpful and prompt with all my queries. We are very happy with the quality of our Rega bed frame. The customizable firmness layers and removable washable cover that came with the Ecosa mattress were great features. We also love the waterproof mattress protectors that came with the Ecosa mattress and kids mattress.

appreciate that this is a particularly busy time of year with EOFY sales, which can put additional pressure on delivery operations.
Unfortunately, this order has been a completely different experience.
It appears Ecosa has outsourced deliveries to Moving with Sam, and unfortunately that decision has significantly impacted the customer experience.
I selected Wednesday as my preferred delivery day, yet it was scheduled unknowingly to me for Tuesday instead. I was initially given a delivery window of 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, which then changed to 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. At 8:20 pm I received a text saying they’d run out of time.
I contacted Moving with Sam immediately and explained I needed the mattress delivered before 2:00 pm the following day. No one could provide an answer. By lunchtime I’d heard nothing, so I followed up again. Still no response.
Only after I advised I’d be contacting Ecosa did someone from their Williamstown office call around 4:00 pm to tell me the truck had been involved in an accident and delivery wouldn’t happen that day….here we go…Surprise surprise
I completely understand that accidents happen. What frustrated me was the complete lack of communication and ownership. I had to chase updates all day, only to be told hours later that the delivery wasn’t happening.
The suggested solution was to leave a brand new mattress at my front door during torrential rain in Adelaide. That wasn’t a realistic or acceptable option.
I also contacted Ecosa’s customer service team. They were polite and professional, but the interaction felt very scripted. There were plenty of apologies and assurances that the issue had been escalated, but no one was actually able to resolve the problem, provide certainty, or advocate for a practical outcome. As a customer, that’s ultimately what matters.
The products are still excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. However, customers don’t separate Ecosa from its delivery partner. The delivery experience is part of the overall purchase, and unfortunately this one fell well below the standard and here I am still waiting, this will unfortunately make me think before I choose Ecosa again.
I genuinely hope Ecosa Australia reviews its delivery arrangements, because the quality of its products deserves a customer experience that matches.

Things were smooth until the delivery. Messaged to say delivery was arriving so we ripped out the existing bed only to have just the base arrive. PC to Ecosa assured it would be fixed.
