Expensive for Low Quality
Initial review: I did the reviews then they emailed me and found it interesting they only wanted to publish my positive review on their website, so I thought I would review here.
The delivery was prompt, although everything comes in it's individual boxes, so would be easy to lose part of your order.
The sheets are a cheap, wide weave, so they are quite light and see through, which if you are a hot sleeper, is fine. I feel this is also the reason why both the bamboo and flax linen produces a ridiculous amount of pilling, mainly around the bott...
Read moreom half of the bed. I am constantly vacuuming the floor, which is frustrating. They have only been washed once and not a rough sleeper. The overall size of the sheets are good, if you have a think mattress, they are a deep fit. Could be too big if you have a thinner mattress. Bottom sheet moves a bit because of this. Personally, I don't think they are worth the price. The silk quilt is very light, again good if you sleep hot, the only down side is you can't wash it. Will see how it wears. Weighted blanket is good, again you can get these at multiple places now, so shop around, price is higher here.Terrible delivery: Not for apartment customers!
I live alone at an apartment and the couriers refuse to deliver the bed base to my unit - despite having direct lift access to my unit. I have bought from Ecosa previously with no issues in 2021 but this refusal from the couriers is very disappointing. Ecosa needs to get the courier company to deliver to the unit and stop using covid as an excuse as THEY WILL BE LOSING CUSTOMERS at this rate.
I live alone and it is humanly impossible to carry the solid wood bed base to my unit. As a result, I had the delivery sent back to depot and canceled my order.

They make it really hard to return items
I spent over $1000 on new bedding (bamboo sheets). They came quickly and the packaging on the KS sets was lovely. The sheets feel amazing and look lovely and almost shiny, with a rich colour. The pillowcases are enormous and swamped my normal-sized pillow, leaving a large flap at the end that was empty. One of the pillowcases arrived with a bug in it which had spread some kind of webbing so I washed it straight away. Read morehe lint from the wash. I have other brand bamboo sheets and they don't so that after washing. So I decided to send the unopened sets back. What a rigmarole. So far I've had to exchange 4 emails with them and still don't have an address to send the sheets back to. The rep I have been emailing with is polite, but not forthcoming with any useful information. This is beyond frustrating. So many other companies have 'no questions asked' returns that are simple and easy to process and obtain your refund. Avoid their linen sheets
Ordered the linen sheet in white and it’s SO thin and flimsy that it’s almost sheer. It’s like having a sheer curtain on your bed, you can completely see any mattress protector underneath. Couldn’t return it because I had taken it out of the box (hadn’t used it). So now am stuck with a paper thin cheap quality sheet I can tear with my own hands.

Terrible delivery and communication
I was informed my mattress and bed base would be delivered at the same time on the date I booked.
Only my mattress was delivered and then the courier informed me he did not need to deliver it to my apartment door he was only required to leave it on the ground floor foyer. This was not communicated on purchase and made it very difficult for me to carry it up 3 flights of stairs myself into my apartment. Additionally, I have asked 3 times for ecosa to provide a date for delivery of the bed base and they still haven’t provided this.

My partner and I ordered our Ecosa mattress and bed frame to arrive at our new property on Friday the 14th. They arrived in the afternoon after delivery time and we took the boxes upstairs to unpack and found that they had sent us two different colours of the frame. We informed ecosa and they said they would pick up the wrong parts and swap it over the next day. Then changed it to the Monday so my partner took the day off work..they never showed up.
We contacted them and they said that they would deliver the next day so my girlfriend came home...

If I can put a 0 rate I would
I bought the ecosa pillows which was fine but the sales person also convinced me to purchase their silk pillow cases. I asked if I needed them they said If you buy ecosa pillows you should buy our cases too . I received the cases they are so ugly and they were too big for the pillows and I wanted to return them but there is a no refund policy which is disappointing given I was told to buy it from them as my pillow cases wouldn’t fit . But they were wrong not only did my own cases fit but my cases look much nicer then their ugly ones. Just warning you and I won’t be buying anymore from Their company . Buyer Beware !

Customer service
I was suppose to get a new silk pillow case which I never received. I had lots of communication with customer service via emails. I went on holidays, when I got back l checked my emails and because I didn’t reply to their last email the request was cancelled? Even though they agreed to replace it? I spoke to different people each time. I really don’t think they know what they are doing.
