Great supportive mattress for a teenager and the best part is you can wash the cover. We have chosen the medium firmness but love the option that later we can change it to be a firm mattress. The mattress is the best mattress I have ever bought and over the years I have had a total of about 5, I recently had a Hip Replacement and it has been fantastic with the hip, easier to lay on the hip with this mattress, it also helps me back which I also have lower back pain. 2026. As a consumer, we can't be forgotten after we made the payment. We need Ecosa to give us a solution for the goods we fully paid for and are seeking compensation for wasting our time and creating anxiety. I will be filling a credit card chargeback for goods not received tomorrow morning, and seeking 20% of purchase price for my compensation according to ACL.

The delivery and customer service around the delivery was poor. I was unable to confirm a less than 4 hour time frame, despite this being promised by the sales associate prior to purchase. On day of delivery the delivery was further delayed. This meant an 87 year old man was waiting all day, stressed. There did not seem to be empathy for this shown by the person on the chat line. Previously purchased a king loved it, had zero issues. Recently purchased a double on the 29th November and still not received. Getting excuses from the freight company and lip service from ecosa. Request reassignment to a new courier which were ignored. Should have gone Koala or Emma. Not happy!  Show details

This is the second time I've purchased an Ecosa mattress. It came in a box that was delivered straight to my apartment door. I was so happy with this service as I wasn't sure I would be able to push the product to my place with an injury. Mattress was easy to get out of the box and unroll onto my bed. I've had it for approximately 2-3 weeks ago. The mattress has afforded me incredible relief from thoracic spine issues. I use it with adjustable base. I've never had a more comfortable mattress, despite having had quality mattresses previously. Show details ·  1

Bought a mattress for my daughter as I love my Ecosa mattress. Unfortunately the one she chose was too soft for her but Ecosa exchanged it for a firmer mattress. The customer service was great and I love the fact they donated the unwanted mattress to the Salvos. It was an easy process and my daughter loves her new, firmer, mattress. Show details ·  1

I ordered an Ecosa Mattress on 14 November 2025 on-line with an advertised delivery of 5 business days. I have guests arriving from overseas and we need an extra bed to accommodate them. delivery cannot be tracked on-line. Ecosa [EMF as their courier] attempted to make a delivery 22 November without providing any visibility (no email notification, tracking system not operable, no sms or call). As no-one was home to receive the delivery, the were unable to leave the goods. Since then, I have phoned, emailed, communicated with their chat bots, trying to arrange a revised delivery date. There has been very little clarity and finally I was advised that the delivery was due today, 6 December, the day my guests arrive. I was asked to stay home to wait for the delivery. Despite their promises, and multiple calls to ask for a progress update as I was still not ale to track the delivery, it has not arrived. My guests have nowhere to sleep. It has been very difficult to communicate with Ecosa and transparency has been limited. Please think very carefully about purchasing from them as customer service is poor, communication ineffective and frustrating and I am still waiting.

It's a comfy mattress and I would say the firmness matches the description. Show reply

The hard mattress is perfect. Only downfall is the fact that the softer mattress is on the bottom which means the ends aren't solid. Otherwise sleep is relaxing and deep. Show details ·  1
