We bought the Ecosa mattress in the plush edition and it has been the best sleep ever! The memory foam material helps you sink in and and it’s like sleeping on a cloud but like it’s firm enough. A little pricey but for what you get would reccomned 10/10 Show details ·  1

no follow-up, no real explanation, and absolutely no care shown. No one offered a solution or even seemed concerned about the situation. The lack of empathy and accountability from customer service has been shocking. This whole experience shows a complete lack of respect for customers. I’ve now asked for a refund and will be buying from another company. I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand if you expect reliable delivery or helpful customer service.

Bought King size mattress and told 2 week delivery also they advertise for 2-10 day delivery so not received, I emailed twice finally got answer that it is out of stock and it’s in a queue WTH. Sales said they had organised it with warehouse to be delivered in 2 weeks NEVER deal with them again because of their warehouse and delivery service not their sales service!!!

mattress. I reached out to request an extension of the 100-night trial period so I could fairly evaluate the mattress once the bed arrives, but unfortunately, I was told that an extension wasn’t possible.

That said, the team member I spoke with was responsive and helpful, and the delivery process for the mattress went smoothly. I just wish the trial period could be more flexible in situations like this, where a delay in receiving the matching base prevents a fair trial.

The mattress comes set to "medium firm" and the first 2 days I was worried it was going to be too soft. However after about 3 days my opinion changed and I haven't felt the need to change to the "firm" option.

If anything I've considered swapping to the "medium" side as it is quite firm on the "medium firm", but I'm loving it. I've slept so well, life changing.

There was no smell whatsoever and I've felt quite cool, no overheating (even with using the "ecosa waterproof mattress protector" that came with it.

The mattress is light and I'm able to move it by myself which is great. It doesn't sink in and has held its shape. I've only had it 1 month.

The mattress is also delivered compactly in one box with wheels which is handy.

Would definitely recommend to people who like a customisable option that's lightweight, and for a great price.

almost moulds perfectly to your body, giving you that “ahhh” feeling as soon as you lay down. I’ve been sleeping like a baby since it arrived. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

We love ECOSa mattresses as they offer the flexibility to switch from medium firm to firm. Their water proof mattress protector is also amazing especially if you have young family. Easy to wash and dry. We have so far bought ecosa for all our beds including kids bed. Show details ·  1

Really impressed with this mattress. The flexibility with firmness is great, we settled on the mid firmness. The mattress is also quite light, unlike the usual bulky king’s. The new Ecosa bed and new pillow are ok. The Ecosa customer support however is' missing in action'. They are truly a joke. They don't bother following up on your post purchase enquiries . No phone numbers. just on-line enquiry form which it appears goes unanswered. Disgusting! Show details

I love this mattress! The firmness is perfect for me and I love the fact that I can change it up if I want to. I recently damaged my lumber spine at work and after reading reviews decided to purchase the ecosa. It is perfect for my lower back and I no longer wake up with a sore neck and shoulders. The support is fantastic and my sleep is more sound.Highly recommended.
