This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Nearly a month has passed since we placed the order, and the lack of communication is shocking.

Very disappointing experience. We regret choosing Ecosa and would not recommend it based on this level of service.

Love how convenient it arrived to move and unpack. I found it a little harder to move the inside layers around and the 'firm' option was still a little soft for an elderly individual. Overall, sleeping well though! Show reply

I set up the mattress to firm and I really like the hardness that the mattress provides. The extra springs don't let the mattress sag and the pressure feels even across the entire surface. So far after 3 months it feels very supportive and comfortable. My sleep has improved, although I don't sleep much, I can say that I am not sore on waking. Comfort and Support: The new mattress is set to the default Medium-Firm configuration. While it feels softer compared to the Firm mattress we are accustomed to, it still provides excellent support. Our son seems to be sleeping comfortably on it, and we are pleased with the overall quality of the mattress itself.

Delivery Issues: Unfortunately, our experience with the delivery process was far from satisfactory. The delivery contractor left our property without delivering the mattress and took it back to the warehouse without providing any information about when it would be dispatched again. This led to over a week of frustration, with multiple emails to Ecosa Support going unanswered and numerous phone calls with the delivery contractor to understand the situation.

Customer Service: It was only after escalating the issue and threatening to request a refund or reverse the charge via our credit card that we finally received a response from Ecosa Support. This lack of communication and delayed resolution was disappointing, especially given our previous positive experience with their mattresses. Our mattress was eventually rescheduled for delivery shortly afterwards, and we received it.

Conclusion: While we are very happy with the King Single Ecosa Mattress in terms of comfort and support, the delivery and customer service experience left much to be desired. If Ecosa can improve their delivery process and customer support, it would greatly enhance the overall purchasing experience. For now, we remain cautiously optimistic about future purchases from Ecosa.

contacted them through online chat and had a wonderfully helpful and efficient chat with Karen who flagged the order for immediate follow-up. Waited a few more days for updated delivery details but still nothing. Left another message through the 'contact us' page, no response, and still no mattress arrived. Finally, the mattress arrived on the 28/10, with no warning it was coming. Otherwise happy with the quality of the mattress as suggested in other reviews.

Update: Was contacted by ecosa for a partial refund and apology for the lack of communication. Again, the mattress is good quality and would recommend for a kids mattress.

Feels like an oversized pillow more than a supportive mattress – Very uncomfortable. The mattress feels unsupportive. I didn't have any neck or back pain before but after sleeping on this mattress I'm waking up with neck or back pain every day. It feels overly plush that you sink in the bed but in an uncomfortable posture. Trying to get a refund as it is unbearable but customer service hasn't responded in days. Purchased the medium firmness King single mattress for an existing bed. Found the medium firmness too hard in the first few weeks as I'm a side sleeper. Our teen needed a longer bed so we upsized to a king single - ordered the Ecosa king single on the weekend and it arrived on Monday. I really like this mattress for my daughter. She sleeps well on it. I tried on the mattress a few nights as well. It’s really comfortable. Supportive mattress, great price – I bought the ecosa king single mattress. You can change it from medium, to medium-firm, to firm. It gives great support and is really comfy.
