Extremely disappointed with Ecosa. I purchase a mattress and frame with headboard on Wednesday before 11. 59pm as it was clearly stated on its website that it would be a next day delivery. I heard nothing from Ecosa. I messaged their customer service and was told that the order would only be dispatched on Thursday and delivery to be 1- 8 business… Read more

days after and furthermore that the subseqent Monday would be impossible. This was baffling to me. I went into Ecosa website to replace the order to see the terms and it clearly showed that it was a next day delivery option and for an order placed today, Thursday it would be delivered on Saturday. When I sent this screenshot to the customer service representative, i was told that Monday would be the earliest as they already have 20 orders for Saturday. This situation is truly strange and even more baffling is that the customer service didnt know that this was a next day delivery order + make adjustments to ensure the deliver was delivered asap on Saturday. Truly disappointing * Customer service person was pleasant and seemed to do a best

Worth the investment! – I'm a side sleeper and love the fact that the mattress could be adjusted according to the preferred firmness, it keeps my spine aligned which tremendously helped with my sore neck, shoulder and lower back. It took me 2 weeks before it molded to my body and now it's the most comfortable mattress I have ever used! Would 100% recommend if you're looking for a new one :) Show details ·  1

werk diva – Mattress is really comfortable, supportive, and makes me sleep like a baby. Literally have not slept this well in a long time. I am always having difficulty sleeping and back pains due to my medical conditions but this mattress has honestly made sleeping a lot easier. I've just bought it though, so not sure about durability. Great mattress for the kids – It was very easy to unpack and the kids find it very comfortable to sleep on! They like that there are two different firmness to it. Only drawback would be it is a very deep mattress and hard to find sheets for. Show details ·  1
