The mattress itself is fine - very comfortable. However unless you are a very strong person and a bit of a risk taker I would not recommend the "standard" delivery option. For a start they leave the mattress very tightly rolled up and bound in thick plastic inside a cardboard box outside the house even if you are not home. I dont know how long… Read more · 1
ours was there for but its just lucky it was not stolen and it didn't rain that day. The next problem was trying to drag the cumbersome almost 60 kg mattress inside and to the bedroom. However the worst bit by far is the danger involved in unfurling the mattress. As mentioned it comes very tightly rolled and held by thick plastic. As we cut the plastic from the mattress it suddenly sprang out with such force that my partner was thrown bodily against the wall. He sustained bruising to his back and shoulder and several cuts on his arm. Furthermore, as a result of the way he was catapulted backwards the curtain was dislocated and the gyprock in the wall damaged. I will say in their defence that Ecosa was quick to reply to my complaint and seemed genuinely concerned. So in short I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the mattress itself but the standard delivery process is definitely both a safety risk and inconvenient.

great. We also noticed we didn't roll side to side as much resulting in a sounder sleep. 2 weeks later and we both agree that it was 100% the right choice. We will only buy ecosa in the future. We also recently purchased the mattress protector and are extremely happy with the quality.
Very heavy! To be fair, I knew this before purchase, but this seemed to be the best option. Still, it is heavy. Also MUCH higher than my previous mattress, and also MUCH shorter! firm! Too firm in fact. The old hips don't like it, and I wake up sore. But not as sore as with the old mattress it is replacing. It is definitely way more comfortable than that. Just too firm for me unfortunately. Am considering returning. But unsure about that. So I've ordered the mattress topper to assist. A bit annoyed that apparently Koala offer a mattress topper for free if the mattress is too firm. Wish I knew about that previously! Oh well, have ordered the mattress topper and will see what that is like when it comes. EDIT Mattress topper works a treat! Ecosa contacted me and provided a refund for the mattress topper which was awesome!

a gap the size of a pillow at the head rest, see video. We tried to reach out to Ecosa but found they can only be contacted via email. We emailed them on 24th March 2025 after the first day to notify of the issue and hoping to get a replacement. We didn't hear back from Ecosa's [Name Removed] till 1st April 2025 asking if we still had the issue. We replied the same day confirming the issue was still present but didn't hear back from [Name Removed] till the 9th May 2025 over a month later. By this point we had contacted AMEX under a disputed payment to force the refund. I have attached the correspondence with Ecosa below. So if you are comfortable taking a gamble on a $1300 mattress with no accountability and customer support if it is a lemon then go ahead, but I would never purchase from this company again and would highly recommend buying via credit card to ensure you are protected. Happy snoozing Ecosa but its a hard no from me

The staff at the Midland store were so helpful with deciding on the right mattress for our teenage daughter. Once at home and after a couple of weeks she decided it wasn't "cloud like" enough for her. We bought the medium/firm Pure Mattress, but have only tried the medium side. A friend had recommended Ecosa after trying a lot of options. We have had for 3 weeks and it has exceeded our expectations. My wife no longer has a sore back in the mornings (we may have been well overdue for a new mattress…). Bought the mattress back in March 2026, still within the first month but no issues or concerns so far! Delivery person helped me get it to the upstairs bedroom (it’s quite heavy packaged) so that was very much appreciated! feels good and I appreciated the ability to change between two different feels (though it isn’t as easy, but it’s not even an option with other brands).
Overall I felt the purchase was good and thankfully no discernible back or neck pains whilst adjusting to the bed, let’s see at the 1 year mark!

We ordered the Medium Soft. It arrived in good time. I think the medium firm would suit us better (we are using the medium side up). It's still warm to sleep on but not as hot as the Eva mattress which we had previously. Show details · 1

The fact that Ecosa allow their mattresses to be tested by Choice is a real win. I have always dreaded buying a new mattress because there was no way of comparing them. Now that I have the mattress is very comfy. I also recommend you pay the bit extra to have your old mattress carted away and properly recycled. Show reply
Happy so far. I think $1200 for an Australian made hybrid can’t be beaten. Unlike the other brands they have a showroom which was extremely helpful. It came the day after as promised. Show details · 1
This is a wonderful mattress upgrade, super comfortable and very well priced. Ecosa helped me out with a minor issue so quickly. I also loved that they partner with a recycler so I could pay to have my old mattress properly disposed of. We are sleeping well at night. Show details · 1

Good quality with affordable price. I did a few research online with many brands including popular ones from department store before changing to this new mattress and I felt like I did the good choice. I like how comfortable to sleep on with plush medium firmness and good air flow( no sweats for me ). I still have the good back support too. Show details · 1

We got new mattresses for both my father and ourselves. (Queen and Double). Both arrived in the stated time and the delivery people where very helpful. The mattress itself is excellent, super comfortable from day 1. A massive improvement on our sad old mattress. The delivery otherwise was awful. Fyi Don’t click authority to leave (I actually thought that was for the other smaller bits in my order) as the delivery drivers won’t knock, even if you’re home and then you’ll have to figure out how to get it up a flight of stairs by yourself. We also chose the option to recycle our old mattress - no brainer when you consider the hassle and fuss of otherwise trying to dispose of the old sad and rejected mattress.

Ive found it extremely comfortable, and I continue to have a good nights sleep. Pleased that we purchased this. So far I’ve not had any major aches or pains. It's been a month since I got this mattress. So far so good. It was initially hot to sleep on but that resolved as the mattress decompressed completely in a couple of days. Carla from sales is unmistakably the sales person that makes the Ecosa company outstanding! She even answered my email on a Sunday. The delivery came the next day & they even moved the 70kg mattress into place. The Pure mattress is everything to me now, comfortable, supportive, adjustable & it disassembles for cleaning.
