Are ecosoul still in business? Have been trying to contact them after their units failed after 12 months. Now the split system doesn't blow cold air. Have tried to email and call them, and no one is responding or picking up. We got 4 Midea split systems installed via the gov rebate program through them. Ive emailed and called 4 different people from the company and no one is picking up or responding.

Not even worth a star. Signed up for replacing a gas ducted heating to a reverse cycle electric unit. Paid an advance of $200. After dragging and not communicating for weeks told me that they cannot do the job. No reason given and promised to return the deposit within 5 working days. phone number to contact and after further two weeks returned only $175. When questioned I was told the $25 was for credit card surcharge. Messaged Victoria energy upgrade and after they contacted the money was returned within two days. Energy Australia also informed me that Ecosoul is not accredited with them but using an accredited firm to subcontract. There is no office in Victoria and I wonder how long they will last and what will happen to guarantees they give on installations. My brother in law also one of them keeping his fingers crossed,

Had 6 reverse cycle units installed in my home about 4 weeks ago. Tim from Ecosoul did a excellent job organising the installation. Heath and Jason despite a man short, professionally completed the installation in time. They were thorough and friendly, can't speak highly enough about them. Very satisfied with all aspects of the whole project.

I had a bad experience with ecosoul the installers have done over $2000 damage to my property and furniture damage includes, vents pulled down, damaged motorbike helmet, printer full of plaster, the outdoor unit is in a spot where it will fill with water, and exposed aircon piping outside. i would not recommend them to anyone. Show details

As per my earlier msgs. I been warning people but seems like one of the other people got scammed as well by Eco soup special team which i mentioned in earlier posts. And as i before they have never contacted me except replying back on my comments here. Hence proved. Scammers.

The quality of work was unacceptable, reflecting a troubling lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for my home. No protective measures were taken to prevent damage, and what’s worse, there was no proper communication, acknowledgment, or apology following the incident.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking responsibility, the company deflected blame onto a member of my family—an approach that was both dishonest and deeply disappointing. They refused to repair the damage caused by their contractors, demonstrating a total disregard for customer accountability and satisfaction.

I strongly caution anyone considering Eco Soul to reconsider. If you value your property and expect responsible, professional service, this is not the company to trust. My experience was marked by negligence, evasion of responsibility, and a complete lack of integrity.

Ecosoul installed 4 units in my house. After couple of days of installation it was raining and big amount of water is started coming from one of the ducts. In an emergency I called the roof fixer to check. Installers were so unprofessional that they left the roof tile open. Because of small job the roof fixer charged me $400.
