Stay away - hurt and disappointed with their attitude.
Please stay away. one of the worst customer service, a bunch of call centre exe with no empathy, personal intigrity and credibility. the flight company cancelled my flight and i have asked them for a refund. to confirm that I will get a refund or not has taken them more 7 days. I writing this review as I am still waiting on hold, the call is already 48 min hold.
will soon be filing a legal suit on them.

Could have been much better!
Due to confusion on my part I had difficulty understanding why I needed to change my reserved flights. I really wasn't given time to consider any changes, as this inferred with other reservations going and returning from our destination. I would've preferred more time before making a decision. I was 'pressured" by the person who spoke to me.

Never use dreams
If you use edreams, be prepared for the trade-off. You might save a few dollars on the ticket, but you won't see your money again if anything goes wrong with the flight and it's cancelled.
After months of Covid-related delays in getting my refund – after the carrier had sent me confirmation that my refund had been accepted and paid – I've been told on 4 occasions that the refund would be in my account "within 72 hours". That's over two months.
I've now given up and written off the refund. Exactly what dreams hope customers will do. I've learned a valuable lesson. Use edreams to compare prices, but then book directly with the airline.

WARNING!!!!! Do not use eDreams for any flight bookings. There was a mistake in my booking (from their end) that I tried to correct within 24 hours of booking and not only did they not have a contact number that would take my call so I could change flight dates (booking was outside of 7 days of flight), but they will also not issue refund even though I paid for their "premium" service that would issue refunds or change of flights. The problem was I needed to fly within the next 7 days but booking was changed to 3 weeks away......

4743998198do not go to these guys. they are incompetent and they will rip you off. I have been waiting since march for a.refund. They finally offer it . I call and tell them it needs fo be a new card because my back is inactive. nope there like its not my problwm. i was promised a phone call and nothingm they are robbers . they stole 1200 from me

Terrible service
I had similar problems did a booking for an internal flight with qantas or so i thought until i saw my statement saying money going to spain.i was sure that it was a refundable ticket.I cancelled a week in advance and asked for a refund nothing happened so i rang and even though i had the cancellation email they said i was a no show and had to ring qantas for a refund qantas didnt want to know about it when i questioned them about dealing with such incompetent travel agents then i rang edreams who said they would look in to it which would take 1 week that was 3 weeks ago.

Edreams: No Refund received.
I had bought tickets from edreams along with 'Cancellation for any reason guarantee'. I was promised a refund of 80%. 5 months have passed but still no refund. Edreams states that they are waiting for refund from the airline. However they should pay the refund to me as the 'Cancel for any reason' guarantee money was paid to them.

the most unprofessional company
I have came across many terrible companies but this is the worst. No wonder why they have low ratings I wish I read these reviews before using their services. see them in court soon.

Are they frauds?
My flights were cancelled by the airline due to Coronavirus. EDreams said they would organise vouchers. There has been no refund and there is no way to contact the company.

Do not use eDreams!
When my flight had changed the time, they didn't bother sending me any information after $94.68 was charged for the so-called service fee with $24 included clearly stating for notify me if any changes of the flight. When the flight was cancelled, they don't want to know again. Online Manage my bookings is useless asking you to contact the airline directly for refund, when the contact centre was contacted, the agent is somewhere in india, the signal is so patchy, you can not hear what they were saying. finally talked to someone on line, got told the service fee is non--refundable . How ridiculous !!! My advice? Do not! Never book anything with eDreams! EVER!!!!!

When my flight was cancelled they disappeared: the call centre number was disconnected, the email disappeared from their website, I send them a message on Twitter and there was just an automatic reply saying to wait for assistance. After almost one year they wrote me (always on Twitter, what a poor customer service!) that I was going to be refunded in three months - THREE MONTHS!
Still waiting for it, I'm almost sure I won't receive anything and I'm considering to sue them

Inaccurate pricing
Booked flights accepted their price and then a few minutes later I received my receipt and I was over charged by $310 and another transaction fee of $38. This is called fraud and this company should be banned from fraudulently operating on any site. I emailed them and am still waiting for a reply. I won't hold my breath. Please check reviews before you deal with these fraudsters.

Request for air fair refund.
I found the customer service chat easy to get through and I am extremely grateful for Naveen's help to produce a refund of our Easyjet air fares. We have been waiting since early May when our flights were cancelled to obtain a refund and expected Easyjet to refund us. But a call to Easyjet today indicated that we should have used EDreams to request our refund in the first place.

Wasnt refunded
Was told that they will refund money, but they charged me normal ticket price plus some $3.50 or some amount like that as extra charge or booking charge, thats the only amount i received but not actual ticket amount.

No one looked into my cancellation
I had to cancel one of my flights. After the online cancellation I got an email that an agent would look into it 5 days before my flight was due. No one has looked into it yet and the flight was due this morning, so no refund for that.

Overcharged once credit card pmt was processing - deceitful and fraudulent
They over overcharged me $93.06 from what was in my shopping cart which is illegal. I tried to chat online, after 15-20 mins was told they have computer issues and cant help. I spend 32 mins on the phone and the man says hes sending a link so I can 'request' a refund (IF they say yes it takes 21 days to get back). He says if I cancel I have to call Jetstar and do myself, but they can cancel QF flight but they still wont refund the service charge they were paid ($132) even though it was their fault. it will be hard to get other flights. (Not true, but hardly worth loosing $132 to get the $93 back). After an hour and half booking etc they can charge you whatever they want. Don't be fooled by the shopping cart total. This man said even though I accepted an amount (mine was $1124.26) when you put your credit card details in they add a pop up you have to accept to increase the amount. This never happened, and its not very ethical to add an extra payment after you have accepted the amount. e-Dreams claimed I "probably accepted this pop up request", that never appeared. It was just in the processing payment state for 3-4 minutes when the confirmation email was received with a bigger deduction than I agreed to. No accept the new amount button ever happened at all. I re-entered the details of my booking under another name to check any possible flight 'increases' and HELLO it was the same total $1124.36. No flight increase. Never use this company unless you want some random taking whatever they want fraudulently from your personal funds. eDreams told me they would send a link to request a credit for the difference and never did. I went on the chat and they said they wouldn't give me a credit as the airlines billed me and even though the amt they said they would charge is different to what they did charge, they said the individual costs were correct. They said there is no link for a credit (so earlier consultant lied?). The whole thing is against Australian consumer standards and I don't believe any Australian airline should be supporting this. After a long 'chat' online, the consultant eventually told me they operate from India. They did not want to assist with a credit for the difference and were very reluctant to tell me where they were. They charge 3 fees against your card but only show you the cost of both flights return in the shopping cart so it is hard to lodge a credit with your bank. Well done
Working out that I could not do what I wanted to do through "manage my bookings" was a little confusing. But once I made the call, I got an excellent response.

Worst Customer Service, 3 months later no refund for cancelled trip due to Covid19
eDreams customer service is the worst, cant speak to them. Our trip to Europe was cancelled due to Covid. We requested a refund which was processed 12th May, nothing done. We sent nearly 10 emails no response.
I will tell my family and fiends not to use eDreams, they are horrible to deal with.

My flights were cancelled by Qantas due to a Tasmanian State Government decision. I explained that I would like a full refund and Shashank's response was efficient, informative and friendly.

Takes hour to request.
They have an option to pay a non refundable fee for cancellation no matter what.
I don't trust them at all. There customer service is horrible. I've traveled for 20 years and never in my life have i experience such incompetency.
If you haven't bought a ticket pay extra for the peace of mind. I honestly now wish I had. I'm waiting on my refund since MARCH
I purchased spent the extra and purchased premium ticket. It was booked for the incorrect date and when I tried to cancel the only way I could contact them was via FB messenger. The guy kept giving me phone numbers that didn't work, he said he couldn't do anything to help.
Luckily when I spoke to Qantas they gave me a credit but told me that isn't normally what's done. I think the women felt really sorry for me because she said she had heard about them before and it's been nothing but bad.
My suggestion is DON"T DO IT

So far we have been unable to speak directly to anyone. I have tried their Brisbane landline but it hangs up after you put in the reference details. It is extremely frustrating. I tried to submit an online feedback request today but there was no submit button!!!! Sorry I can't help
I managed to get through on 0282 784 214. Good luck, but don’t expect them to action or do anything. I’m at nearly 100 days and counting...

“We are pleased to advise you that your refund has been processed and credited to the same payment method used during the booking”. 92 days later, nothing. I keep chasing through staff members and an utterly useless chat system. Note the customer service team can’t even call the refund team. They generate tasks which are then seemingly ignored. I’ve submitted a complaint. Who knows if that will ever be actioned, probably not given their track record. I would never book with this company again, and will be discouraging anyone I know from doing so. One simple question. Where is the refund? Does anyone from edreams even look at this? Doesn’t look like it.
