years were just a “sales offer” on service fees—clearly trying to cover up the real story. If you try to cancel, they hold the extended warranty hostage. It feels like the warranty was just bait to lock customers into overpriced servicing later on. Very misleading and disappointing experience.

Heating/cooling – The lads worked very hard on the two worst days of this year where in the roof it was extremely hot. Unfortunately a leading brand of heating/cooling hardware had a fault. Installation of split air conditioner unit fitted today 07July 2023 – I am satisfied with the installation today, executed by Jacob and Shawn. Two really pleasant guys to deal with. Be careful, the warranty is conditional – We chose this company because of their longer warranty, but only found out after that we need to let them service the unit regularly otherwise the warranty would be voided.

What a load of crock they spin – Quote!!..We will beat any written formal quote on either quality of units & materials, workmanship warranty or price I had a quote for the exact same system for $500 less but they wouldn't move on their price even though I wanted to go with them because of their great reviews & seemingly knowledgeable staff. Went with the cheaper option & didn't regret it.

Totally Deceitful company – I would prefer to give no stars but a miminum of 1 is needed to post a reviw. We are extremely unhappy with this company. discovered we did not need to replace anything after they had installed one unit on xmas eve. We have since tried to reach a compromise with them but have been ignored.They have left 2 units here unconnected. We think they have covered their costs with the 50% that we had to pay to secure a date, so have no need to return or come to a solution. Reading through the reviews they are very friendly and helpful at explaining to a significant amount of their customers why they need a new system. However if you read the reviews that are not 5*, there is a running theme of people been given false and misleading information. Like many in the negative reviews I was asked to give a 5* review to go into a draw to win $1000. I honestly would be surprised if a raffle exists, and it explains why they have so many 5* reviews. We are now in the process of reporting this company to the ACCC and ASIC.

past 4 days and no-one is going to come out for another 3 days.....it was only installed 2 months ago! Maybe these things are designed to save money but right now our power costs are sky-rocketing.

New evaporative cooling – Efficient plumbing r great just had new evaporative cooling system and ductwork fitted . A Pleasure to Deal With - Truly Efficient – Our old Bonaire evaporative cooler broke down in early September after 20 years service unable to be revived. duplex, but they were quickly able to adapt. The full installation took about 3.5 hours with little further problem. The installers were very friendly and ready to discuss the location and the way the Magiqtouch controller was to be operated. Initially the mobile phone/Magiqtouch controller option was planned, but this was quickly changed to a WiFi arrangement when it was realised that the distance between the Magiqtouch controller, our internet modem and the rooftop cooler was not suitable. The Magiqtouch controller with WiFi is able to be removed from its normal wall location on the lower floor and moved around providing flexibility. We were advised to run the cooler for about 5 to 6 hours to get rid of the small amount of odour associated with the new pads in the cooler. The installers added some eucalyptus oil to the cooler reservoir to assist with the odour, which worked perfectly. As suggested by the installers, Matt, Jacob and Michael H, we also ran the unit while we were out shopping. The smell is now completely gone.

one man attached to a rope, causing damage to the unit. The roof was left with huge gaps and broken tiles. When we complained Daniel Sheppard, who can talk underwater, had an excuse for everything and did not address our concerns. The other guy, Darren Lochhead, was only interested in signing us up and taking payment. Please ask to see previous work before engaging this company rather than looking at the reviews.

Sold hard but delivered – I don't believe we needed the duct replacement that we were told we did, but other than that the install by Kirsten and Joel was very professional, prompt and I am happy with the final product.

I am actually deeply disappointed from such reaction from the team, given the fact and not kind of service you would expect to receive, after paying thousands of dollars. Could not ask for better service – A request for quotation on line two days later the salesman is at my door and a week later three Daikin Reverse Cycles are fitted to my home. Was one of the least stressful things I have to do in 2020 and was everybody was super efficient and professional from the office staff to Brenton and Matt who fitted the units and Chris the electrician. Great service – Thanks Daniel and Sam for fixing our old ducted heating. They did a thorough investigation, advised us what they were doing and why and promptly resolved the problems. They also explained why putting filters in the floor ducts is not a great idea. Extraordinarily great workmanship and service – What a wonderful experience to finally enjoy the comfort of an effective and efficient cooling system. Yesterday, Joel came to my home and successfully found the space needed to install an additional return air duct enabling the cooler to work more efficiently as the existing return air duct was too small.
