Ordered 2 products got billed for 2 - only got one and had to chase other – Pretty disappointing first purchase - bought two of same item yet invoice gave price of two but only listed as one item and only one received - second did arrive quickly after the email chasing it up. Not sure how you can double price and halve order - if I hadn't of chased would not have got. Fake perfume! – Don't be fooled by the '.com.au' website like I was, this company is not Australian, they are based in Hong Kong. bottle of this perfume (which I purchased in Australia) you could smell the perfume on me all day long. I contacted eGlobal about this and I was told its not a fake and there is nothing they can do.

being blamed on the postal service and saying sorry! Well sorry doesn't cut it! If my products ever arrive, it will be the first and last time I'll ever be placing an order with eGlobal Beauty again!!! Disgraceful. And doesn't even deserve the 1 star I've been forced to give them.

Amazingly Fast Delivery – I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I received my order in Australia. Perhaps the only quibble would be that the packaging was overly large but apart from that: terrific. Will certainly use eGlobal Beauty again. Product as ordered. Fast delivery.

Great buy – Bought Lancome Genifique cream from them as they have one of the most competitive prices in the WWW, plus the free shipping! Good stuff – Genuine product, quite quickly sent. I was worried initially that the products wouldn't be real as they were so cheap, but they arrived and all was as expected, even with the holographic seals of authenticity. Eglobal - my favourite – I buy cosmetics online frequently and always do my research prior to any purchase. So far Eglobal Beauty has been my favourite website.
