I keep receiving errors when I go into Kayo. Error message is - Unknown encrypted error - I have tried everything to fix the problem but nothing works, can you please help
Apparently Kayo is not compatible with this TV. I found the TV absolutely rubbish. Customer support was extremely unhelpful. Binned it & got another brand.

my Eko won’t work, says storage disk full, we tried everything recommended online and nothing is working just black screen flashing with storage full

Using the Remote: • Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket • While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. • TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. • After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. • You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

Google tv has no live pictures only sound but the apps have picture but when I choose a program screen goes off and I get technical issue retry

Just using mine and a white dot in the corner came up and lines all over my screen and looks permenant as the dot it started at has made a bubble on the screen as well and just out of warranty

Hi We just purchased a K5OUSW3 model EKO tv and cannot auto tune channels or even manual tune channels. We have reset the tv already and still cannot download channels. His has been the only tv EVER to not be able to just plug in antenna cable and have it work immediately.

Hi RachP93, May you please follow the steps below? To access SOUND SETTINGS menu, 1. Select SETTING icon via the HOME screen. 2. Select “Device Preferences” 3. Then go down and select “SOUND” 4. Select "Sound style" and try to select from the options.

On my EKO tv my sound does not work, however when I plug a headset in on my PlayStation controller J can hear through that. Just wondering how to fix that?
We had a similar problem with ours at the start, and I can’t remember how we fixed it.. I think we just unplugged everything and tried to set it up again. It works perfectly fine for us now. I’m so sorry I can’t remember the exact way we fixed it. Contact the support team if you get stuck, good luck

I have a 40 inch model AGL 0858 0280. I recently moved house and Had to reset tv. However, I cannot get the language to change to English.... And I don't understand any other language. Pls. advise if someone knows how to fix. Remembering that the menu displays all other languagues but ENGLISH.....Help////
