Using the Remote: • Press the HOME button on the remote control • Select Settings • The next steps will depend on your TV menu options: • Select Device Preferences — Reset • Select Device Preferences – About – Reset • Select Storage and Reset • Select Factory Reset • Select Erase Everything • Select Yes.

Hi Troy R. May you please try the troubleshooting steps below? IMPORTANT NOTE: All TV setting preferences will be deleted. Using the Remote: • Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket • While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. • TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. • After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. • You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

Hi Rod, May you please unplug the antenna and plug it back in then follow the trouble shooting steps below? - Change the time in the settings to manual - then changed back to sync. - Then change the time zone to state (Ex: NSW) where you are located. - After changing the settings, you may try to do a tuning on the tv once more

How do I download the Stan app on this TV there is no Google play on it
Hi Nashy, Upon checking the model of your tv, downloading apps is not available as it is a smart tv and only android tv’s are able to download apps. If you wish to use the app on the tv, you may use a chromecast device and connect your phone to the tv and use the app on the phone.

Hi John, Please use troubleshooting instructions below: Reset the remote: • It's possible that the remote won't operate for a while due to a bad battery connection or static electricity. • Remove the batteries from the remote and press each button twice to ensure that none of the buttons are stuck. • Replace the batteries, make sure they're fresh and working • Clean the TV's remote-control sensor lens. • The remote control has an effective range of 5 to 6 meters. • If the remote is paired with Bluetooth, make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices connected to the TV.

Tv is 3 weeks old, remote froze this afternoon so I put brand new batteries in the remote now tv won’t turn back on? Is there a reset for remote?
We've been playing MKV files off a usb for weeks now and had no problem with them playing. Suddenly it is saying 'unsupported file' and not playing the audio or the video... How can I fix this please? We've tried resetting the TV, which worked the first time, but that isn't working now either... Thanks in advance.
