VerifiedMPN: K750USNPurchased EKO 4K 75" from big w 2 days old it just turned off & wont turn back on. Tried all resets, just keeps coming on black screen with red light on tv blue light comes on when trying 2 turn on then straight back 2 red light. Anyone having same problem?? How do i fix the problem its 2days old for fark sake??
It sounds like a hardware issue. I suggest to not bothering with EKO's non-existent support and ask for a refund, as I've also previously had a similar screen issue that was never resolved or addressed and had to throw out my unit.

Have had the same issue as another person here Loved the 75" TV but 2 nights ago stopped working. Went to turn on in the morning, the standby button flashes 3 times and tv sounds comes on but we have a black screen. Double checking cords weve done the switch off and on switch off hold power button down trying to reset etc still no good still doesn’t work. had it switched off overnight still no good. We dont know what to do we purchased 11th July 2022 so just over 2 years old. We’re back to using our 7year old Hisense 65" tv which is quite a let down.
Hi Nat Harrison, May you please try the troubleshooting steps below? IMPORTANT NOTE: All TV setting preferences will be deleted. Using the Remote: • Unplug the cord of the tv on the socket • While you press and hold the VOL+ button for 5 seconds, immediately plug the TV back into a working power outlet. Make sure remote is pointed directly to the TV sensor. • TV will then enter the recovery mode screen. You will see “Entering recovery system! Erasing”. • After the recovery is completed, the problem will be fixed. • You can use the remote control or the buttons on the TV to power ON to confirm whether the unit has been repaired.

I recently bought a 75 in 4k ultra hd tv, when watching a movie the black lines at the top/ bottom seem gray not really black, when the movie has dark scenes it is difficult to make out what is happening. This doesn't happen with my other tv. Is this a tv issue or can it be resolved with troubleshooting??
