My son pushed a button on remote and now the TV won't stop announcing everything I click on with the remote, I have tried to trouble shoot and get it off but no luck. Please help shes driving me insane

Purched tv from big w today and turned it on and it has a tiny green dot on the left side with a faint red line leading to the dot brand new out of the box box was in perfect condition
This indicate the unit must have been dropped

I picked it up myself and it was fine in the box the line has nearly disappeared now still annoying for a $1000 brand new tv.. other then that it’s a good tv all round
I have vertical lines in screen most of the time would this be the motherboard and can it be easily replaced
I dare say there’s no point it relaxing parts. At this point the tv from what your saying won’t last much longer until you get the blackout screen. Id ask for a refund and purchase another tv that’s not EKO

My TV is brand new. My family has only been using it for roughly 4 months. Last night the standby light at the front of the TV began flashing. The TV would not turn on manually or by remote. There is not USB drive plugged into it, only TV ariel. I turned off at the wall for 10 minutes and then back on. Red light still flashing. I left it unplugged over night. I have tried again this morning and the flashing continues. How do I fix this problem?

Only about 3 months old been away for 5 weeks came back turned on red power light flashing but won’t turn on, turned it off for a day still flashing won’t turn on ???? What do I do
Is there any USB disk plugged in the back of the tv ? If yes please remove it
If not please disconnect all the cables from the tv and wait few minutes then only connect the power and try switching the tv on
I have only the power connected nothing else as I only have wifi, no other cables are connected to the tv

This could appear because of some type of download to breach the tv security .
The fix is to have the tv go to setting and do a reset
I have this also but it’s appearing on normal tv not on anything that has been downloaded.
Also down a little bit further another person complains of the watermark being present and you suggest going into settings to reset the tv? I don’t have any reset option in settings
I have been reading the reviews on this tv. I have had mine for only three months and the picture has gone. Just the same as one of the other reviews on this site. I have followed instructions from your tv manual and unplugged everything and left it overnight and nothing. What do I do? Urgent contact back would help.
