I was initially skeptical about ordering from this company, but when I ordered my pillow at half the normal price, it was promptly dispatched and sent via AusPost. Surprisingly, I didn’t receive a note from AusPost indicating an attempted delivery. However, the customer service team was incredibly helpful in tracking the shipment. Elan linen is a LEGITIMATE COMPANY. Don’t let the forums discourage you.

Great quality and good customer service – I've bought a set of Park Avenue Bamboo Cotton sheets from Elan Linen. They're my favourite sheets for summer. Dare I say, they're even better than my more expensive branded sheets! I reached out to Elan Linen, after not seeing a postage update ,after a few days, and their customer service was great. I will likely order more sheets, but in other colours.

Great customer service – Ordered a weighted blanket for my son. The one we chose was out of stock and discontinued. They contacted me via email with suggestions of similar products they had available and arranged for the alternative to be posted straight away. My son loves his new blanket

Terrible if they didn’t have stock why did they take Payment – I ordered an item in late November. It appeared to be in stock. 2 or more weeks later I get an email to advise it’s out of stock and on back order. A month later I see it’s on sale for less at Myer so surely it’s back in stock. It’s Jan 17. I’m still waiting for something more than order processing online and the price match promised. I wanted to use pay pal as I didn’t know you and now regret the order.

Don’t buy! – If I could put zero stars I would. One item was supposed to be refunded and never was. One item was supposed to be shipped and it never was. Total scam. Others have had the same happen to them.

Wont be buying from here again – I ordered a black reversible comforter set and a European pillow slip for a Christmas gift my order arrived today and instead of receiving what I ordered I got a blue comforter set and my European pillow case didn't arrive ! Show details

I’m really happy with my purchase - a St Albans blanket - with Elan Linen. I had a few questions before placing the order and the customer service was very quick and helpful. Shipping was also fast. Will be back for more!

Quick and easy – I purchased a set of bamboo sheets which I’m extremely pleased with. I did however not like the original colour. I had absolutely no problem in returning the sheets getting a credit and purchasing another set all within a couple of weeks. Their site is very easy to navigate. I highly recommend Elan-linen

Flannelette sheet set 175gsm – Received my order after a few hiccups all sorted now and received a discount from Shah as well, sheets are cosy and warm just what you need in the central west.

Brilliant Mohair throw purchase from Elan Linen – Love the Sky Blue St Albans Mohair large throw. Impressive that Elan Linen could deliver well on price and time. Well packed and passed expectations. Will definitely use Elan again

Alpaca blanket – We were thrilled with our purchase of a beautiful alpaca blanket. It was sent to Germany as a Wedding present. The online purchase was so easy, with it arriving soon after giving us tie to send overseas. Elan linen should be very proud.

Nice coverlet for summer – Ordered a grey and blue striped coverlet for a Christmas present. It arrived before Christmas even though I ordered fairly late. King single size is not easy to find in stores. Very satisfied.

Super King Coverlet – Took us months of frustration (out of stock, discontinued lines, called super king, but not etc) before finding this sharply priced, stylish, antique white Coverlet - that was actually big enough to fully cover our king sized bed! Show details

Lyon Teal Bedspread Set by Classic Quilts – My internet search for this coverlet design brought me to E Linen website. They were cheaper than other online sellers and even reduced it further before ordering. The product arrived within 6 days of order with no problem.

Never received item – Poor customer service Never received product Ordered product in May and never received it and it has been over 4 months. Fantastic products – I have ordered 2 beautiful warm soft mohair rugs and 3 mohair socks. I play tennis in the socks and they are so comfortable my feet don't ache anymore. The rugs have been warm in these cold nights.

Great customer service – I was wanting some mohair and alpaca throws for a photo shoot and was able to source them on Elan Linen, but I needed them urgently: that day. The customer support team organised it with the supplier and I was able to pick them up directly from the supplier! Item never received – I ordered a pillow in July. 3 Months later I have yet to receive the product. I have sent 4 emails, 3 requesting a refund. They keep telling me the item will be sent in a week. Their site sais they have the item in stock. I believe I have been scammed. Show details
