transparency regarding the risks involved has left me feeling completely let down. I have been left to cover the repair costs myself ( 7 K ) to have my property re-painted.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Prospective customers should proceed with extreme caution and ensure they fully understand all potential risks before agreeing to any mould treatment work.

three tasks we required to be completed. After a couple days I rang the Real estate to see is they had been contacted by electrodry. They had received no such call. The real estate said they would ring Electrodry and arrange a suitable day. Subsequently I got a call on my mobile while I was out driving. The foreign accent female (call centre?) said she was from Electrodry and wanted to know what I thought about the E mail quote they had sent me. I advised her I wasn't home and not seen this email. I asked if the email quoted on all three requested items. To which I was told only a quote for one item was quoted on. This female didn't seem to know any other details. Subsequently I tried to ring Electrodry many times to get someone to answer. Messages were left but no one returned my call. Eventually someone answered the phone but this foreign person didn't know any thing else either.
An absolute joke!! He turned up on time hence the 2 stars. . A consultant came here to let me know why it wasnt do- able to remove mould from 4 walls. The entire conversation was based around why they couldnt do the job. It will be no less than " 400 an hour" he says. Ridiculous amount as Electrodry said it would take 4 to 5 hrs. So dishonest and a huge waste of time. I dont even know why he came here as it was nup no nah no negative all the way. I strongly advise caution if you're considering using Electrodry for mould removal. After their treatment, the paint in nearly every treated room of our home was damaged, resulting in costly repairs. refund if I agreed to remove the review. Since then, they have stopped responding and have not returned my calls or processed any refund.
This has been an extremely disappointing experience — both in terms of the initial service and their handling of the issue afterward. I feel misled, and I’m now left to deal with the consequences entirely on my own.

Troy from Electrodry came out today to clean a three piece leather lounge (that had been supposedly been cleaned by another), the difference is amazing it is brighter and all the grains in the leather clean and with a low sheen that draws attention. I'm so pleased with the result, and the rug clean that was done also. Can't recommend Troy enough, as he said, "I do the job as if it's my own place".
