See you again next year – We have used electrodry at my house to have our carpets cleaned and now had them clean the carpets at my parents house. The carpets came up a treat with less drying time than others we have used in the past. Looking forward to having them come back again next year. The personnel cleaning were friendly to deal with. How very disappointing after years of good service – Chased up by not at all nice phone answerer (I would fire her for her approach to clients because she will send potentials to the opposition) for deposit 'right now' for a job not due until 4 weeks in the future. Expensive good quality – One passage, one lounge, one mat. Quoted $189 expected to pay that. $30 for stain remover, quoted $8 to $10 for mat. Cost total $239. Still stains left. Show details

Booking was easy. The technician was prompt, polite and cheerful. He worked extremely hard and did a great job at cleaning three sofas. He also cleaned a chair which had had a previously resistant grease stain. Thoroughly recommend. Show details

We had our parquetry floors restored, and we could no speak highly enough of the result. There was no dust, no mess, it was quick, very reasonably priced, and we were able to walk on the floor by end of day. water marks/damage and scratches from furniture, but the floors look, shiny, even and fresh (we had semi-gloss finish). It has avoided a significant expense from having the floorboards replaced, which we had been considering. The final result exceeded our expectations; we recommend it highly to anyone who is considering it. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful with questions.

Outstanding professional timber flooring treatment – This was a one day floor refurbishment service. The finish achieved on our 1953 Tasmanian oak floor was brilliant; the floor has a range of natural imperfections that we wanted to retain while achieving a robust high quality finish in a high traffic area. Dining room chairs – 7 fabric dining chairs that had become rather grubby. The Electrodry cleaner was prompt, efficient and my dining chairs look like new. Quite surprising seeing they are quite some years old. Very happy with the service and the personable El;ectrodry emplpoyee. Show reply

So glad I got my mattress cleaned!!!!!! – Couldn't be happier really! Mark did a great job and was very thorough and explained the process to me and what he was doing. He was so friendly and gave me advice and every time I would ask him a question he would always happily answer it. I definitely recommend getting your mattress cleaned by Electrodry and the price is very reasonable too!! Great service, wonderful job! – Sam arrived right on time, was friendly and professional and did a wonderful job. Excellent Service By Trevor – Trevor was 5 minutes early, was knowledgeable about carpets and able to explain why my carpets had stretched following another type of steam cleaning. He knew what to use on different stains and removed a particularly bad bile stain from my dog. My carpets were dried very quickly after and now look great. My only beef was that the call centre was based overseas and not in Australia, even though Electrodry is an Australian company. Show details ·  1
