Electrocdry where quick to quote and then managed to juggle appointments around to complete the works in record timing. There quotations are reasonable compared to other companies. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone! Experience thus far exceeds 5 stars! Special shoutout to Rebecca!

remove...as time progressed I started to notice a few more scuff marks that again I could not remove. I rang Electrodry probably around late January/February to tell them of my concerns thinking the work would be under 12 month warranty. It was a big job so i guess that's why i assumed 12 month warranty. They arranged an appointment and they day before they were due to come out I received a text message saying they had to cancelled. Another appointment was arranged and the same thing happened. The appointment was again cancelled. I rang to tell them I was disappointed a second time as I need to reschedule my work days. They then looked at their records and said that the warranty was only valid for 1 WEEK after the works were completed and I would have to pay that if I wanted someone to come have a look. I told them i wasn't happy at all and that I was not going to pay...needless to say they didn't come out to see the damage they caused. I am now noticing so many more scuff marks on my floor boards that I am unable to remove. It almost seems like they polish that applied is coming off. My floor boards were in great condition before they carried out the work, only 2 areas that really needed a refresh but, as our house is an open living style it would make sense to refresh the whole house. What a big mistake. They did not even ring me to try and discuss how I can fix the issue. I DO NOT recommend Electrodry at all in regards to refreshing floorboards. I do not know how to rectify the problem. They have truly ruined my floorboards.

Paul's service is exceptional: he's friendly, on-time and brilliant at what he does. We.feel lucky we were able to call on him to sort our carpets and rugs pre-move, there's no way we could have got them so clean and sweet- smelling otherwise. Paul was professional, friendly and arrived 10 minutes earlier than appointed time which is excellent when you have a busy schedule. He was quick, informative about stains, drying time and did a thorough job. The carpets were clean with a fresh smell. I recommend his services. I booked a week in advance. After taking my deposit, they did not turn up at the specified time. After numerous phone calls they rescheduled for 3 days later ( they could not explain why the job was never logged - go figure???). carpet. The technician was lovely and said this happens quite a bit. If it happens quite a bit you would think they would ask that when I was booking in the job. It was a frustrating experience. We called Jim’s carpet cleaning and they came around straight away and were cheaper and did a steam clean - a terrific experience. Go Jim’s!!!

Tried to charge me service for paying CASH! 3%! As soon as I spoke about how disgraceful that is they seemed to wave it quickly. Not very trustworthy as there no option to pay without a few which is an ACCC rule!

Terrible service!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! – Terrible service!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!! The manager quoted and did not state that the wood needs to cure and is soft for a week. He said we would be fine to move in 2 days later but did not tell us that we can't have pets or rugs down on the floor. We did not go ahead once we learnt this information and the General Manager threatened me with a law suit for leaving a negative review after asking for my deposit back. Show details

We had a number of jobs completed on the same day and were extremely happy with the results Our 4 bedrooms had the carpets cleaned, along with 2 couches and the large area of floor tiles. 2 employees completed the jobs on the same day and explained everything as they were going along with any concerns they had with stain removal etc Very happy with the final results in all areas. Show reply

I have used Electrodry twice in the last few months, in preparation for selling our home. They were flexible with booking dates and times and communication around this was clear. The team members who came to my home were professional, polite and offered their advice of stains and treatments. Came on a Saturday, which was very much appreciated, very attentive and efficient, the carpets and couch have come up looking fantastic, especially the harder to clean areas/spots! I had my carpet cleaned by Electodry Victoria. The technician was knowledgeable and his customer service skills were excellent. I am fully satisfied with the result. I will definitely be using Electodry again. With the cost of living expenses I felt Electodry prices were expensive. Carpet Cleaner Success!! – I had despaired of ever getting marks out of my carpet due to hiring three carpet cleaner companies who were not able to do the job and in fact, just left my carpet wet. When the carpet eventually dried the marks were still there!! I contacted Electrodry to give it one last try, and I am thrilled to say that this time it worked and I am thrilled with the end result. Expert cleaning – A very professional company with great communication before the event. Matt was very professional and cleaned my lounge suite expertly.
